• Jan (6/5): - Vstřícné jednání při check-in. Přišli jsme o hodinu dříve, ale nebyl problém s ubytováním. Koupelna by potřebovala opravu. Hlavice sprchy nebyla plně funkční, úchytka na stěně chyběla.

• Gabriela (3/5): - Personal kann man nicht bewerten, er hat uns nicht verstanden und die Chefin haben wir nur 1x getroffen. Im Waschbecken, im Bad,hat Abflusskorken gefehlt. In der Lampe über den Betten hing Spinnengewebe.Geschlafen haben wir super. Frühstück war für uns nicht in Ordnung. Nur das wechselnde Wurstangebot war top. Die Butter war hart,die vertrockneten Baguettes sind beim bestreichen auseinandergefallen. Vermisst haben wir Obst,Honig und Streichmargariene . Vom Gemüse war nur die grüne Gurke zugenießen. • Jan (1/5): Doporučuji stáhnout z booking - podvodníci. - Nic, jelikož jsem se do ubytování vůbec nedostal - majitel nekomunikuje.
• Alena (9/5): Skvelá poloha - Príjemné prostredie, blízko centra, blízko vlakovej stanice. Prišli sme neskoro, pokyny sme dostali včas. Radi sa znovu vrátime.

• Jaroslava (7/5): Dobrý poměr / cena, příjemný majitel. - Pan majitel byl vstřícný, byl ochotný připravit i snídani dříve. Na jednu noc bylo vše v pořádku. Je vidět snaha, aby byli hosté spokojení. Čistota v koupelně mohla být lepší - zejména zástěna u sprchy by potřebovala vyčistit či vyměnit. Na druhou stranu větší pokoj, který jsem dostala, protože ten menší byl v rekonstrukci, nebyl, asi úplně 100% připravený - nicméně to zástěnu u sprchy, určitě, neovlivnilo, ale je možné, že by třeba, obecně, koupelně byla lépe vytřena apod.

• Pascal (10/5): Immer wieder gerne - Alles was man braucht, top. Auch der Besitzer, sehr herzlicher Mensch. Freundlich zuvorkommend und super Frühstück! Es war sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Bett war gemütlich, Lage war super. Wir kommen wieder!

• Udo (9/5): Ein sehr guter Aufenthalt - Unser Aufenthalt in Franzensbad war dank dieser gemütlichen und gut gelegenen Unterkunft besonders erholsam. Alles war sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bot uns alles, was wir für einen komfortablen Urlaub brauchten. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet – frisch, abwechslungsreich und mit viel lokalem Charme. Die Gastgeber zeigten sich jederzeit äußerst hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend; auf jede Frage oder Bitte reagierten sie prompt und freundlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft bestens weiterempfehlen!

• Uli (8/5): Für das Geld vollkommen in Ordnung!! - Das einchecken war sehr unkompliziert,ein kurzer Anruf,Code bekommen und rein in die gute Stube. Nachdem wir mehrere Doppelzimmer gebucht haben und wir wohl die einzigsten waren,konnten wir uns die Zimmer selbst aussuchen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ausreichend,es gab sogar Pfannkuchen, wahrscheinlich weil wir zwei Kinder dabei hatten.Zum Frühstücksraum geht es runter,was zuerst etwas verwirrend war und wir dachten nicht dass sich dann doch ein netter Raum zum Frühstücken auftat. Im großen und ganzen muss man sagen für das Geld vollkommen in Ordnung! Das einzigste was nicht so toll war waren die Matratzen,die waren nicht so bequem!

• Krzysztof Str (6/5): - Podobała mi się lokalizacja - blisko centrum i jego atrakcji oraz cena. Zamawiając pokój wysłałem prośbę, aby w miarę możliwości przydzielić mi jeden z pokoi na jak najniższej kondygnacji ze względu na moją Mamę, która ma ponad 80 lat. Nie otrzymałem odpowiedzi na prośbę, a ona pokoje znajdowały się na 2 piętrze. W hotelu nie ma windy. W drzwiach pokoi piętro niżej znajdowały się klucze z czego wnoszę, że były wolne. Dziwne, że ani jeden nie pasował do mojej prośby. Same pokoje dość przestrzenne i czyste, natomiast na korytarzu brzydko pachnie stęchlizną i dymem papierosowym. Po przybyciu szukałem kogoś z recepcji samej recepcji - była na najniższej kondygnacji i pusta. Po chwili odnalazła mnie jakaś pani, zakładam że tylko mocno zaspana i oświadczyła iż klucze do pokoi są w drzwiach, a parking przy ulicy. Ta kwestia jest dla mnie najbardziej irytująca, bo zaznaczając na booking warunki (darmowy parking) przyjmuję, że właściciel hotelu ma na to wpływ, skoro oferuje darmowy parking. Otóż w tym przypadku właściciel szczodrze poleca parkingi w całym mieście. Tyle, że trzeba sobie takie miejsce znaleźć, a tu już gwarancji nie ma. W ten sposób, to ja chętnie polecę darmowe parkingi w dowolnym mieście na świecie. W ciemno. Śniadanie skromne, nie było nic na ciepło, ani nikogo z obsługi z kim możnaby to poruszyć. Szczególnie, że ekspres do kawy podawał tylko jedną kawę i do tego dość średnią w smaku, żeby nie napisać bardziej dosadnie.
• Buršík (1/5): Přišel jsem o peníze, opilá majitelka mi slíbila ubytování, které nebylo k dispozici. Šílenost! - Komunikace s ubytováním byla naprosto nefunkční – na zprávy ani telefon nikdo nereagoval a po příjezdu na místo jsem zjistil, že slíbené pokoje nejsou k dispozici. Musel jsem si narychlo zajistit jiné ubytování ve městě a na žádost o vrácení peněz nikdo neodpověděl. Bohužel moje nejhorší zkušenost s ubytováním.

• Jana (3/5): Never more! - Location is great to visit the spa area and all walking trails around, location is great! First of all, present WIFI and TV here is one big LIE! Did not work!! TV not at all, wifi at very low level, after 30 connection tries you just give up! Like I said lie! No proper sound isolation, i was bothering by guests talks from upper floor, mattress need change, overall dirty walls, need desperately renovations! When I came, nobody there, when i called, the woman seemed to me be drunk, had problem to pronounce door code. I thought it is only my impression, but within previous reviews is the same experience. NEVER MORE for me!

• Patryk (3/5): But for the good reviews, I would have not picked this hotel even for a one night stay - The breakfast was really nice with a few options to choose from - typical continental breakfast. The room was poorly cleaned up - there were cobwebs in the sleeping area and in the bathroom. Apart from that, there was a lot of mold visible on the walls in the shower and under the mattresses. We tried to contact the property and ask for a room replacement but they ignored us. Not sure if this is typical in Czech Republic - but despite booking a double room, we got a room with two mattresses put together. The payment was also an unpleasant experience - as they do not accept card payment, I was informed that I should go to the ATM in order to withdraw some CZK money (I had only some euros). When I came back, another guest in front of me paid with euros without any issues... Because of that I had to pay a commission fee in the ATM when it was not necessary at all.
• Marie (8/5): Very good - Value for money was great. Free parking. Nice cosy and clean room. Offer of fruit for breakfast was very poor, only apples and no yougurt at all.

People already accommodated there trying to help us and calling owner, no response. No chance to contact someone, on the phone line just message box working, no response. Our fault, rules are defined, money spent, service not used. Booked another alternative in the city.
• Robin (8/5): Good stay for a low price with a good breakfast. - Nice family, small hotel. A lot to choose from during breakfast with homemade pancakes. The owners are friendly and the city center is at walking distance. The pictures on booking are a bit to 'positive', don't be disappointed. We had to call a phone number on arrival to get a code to open the door. No shower gel, only a small hard soap.
