- Ana Paula (9/5): - O lugar é simplesmente lindo! A pousada é cheia de detalhes, tudo muito bem cuidado, e as acomodações são bem aconchegantes. A trilha até a cachoeira é super bem feita e dá pra ver o cuidado em cada parte do caminho. Quando chega lá, é ainda melhor: natureza preservada, aquele contato direto com o verde… um lugar pra relaxar mesmo. A comida também é uma delícia! O único ponto que incomodou foi o barulho entre os quartos, dava pra ouvir tudo do vizinho, como se as paredes fossem bem finas. Inclusive, outros colegas comentaram a mesma coisa. Também sentimos uma pequena falha de comunicação: no último dia, ficamos esperando um prato que depois descobrimos que não estava disponível… mas acontece. No geral, a experiência foi muito boa! O ambiente é acolhedor e as pessoas são muito atenciosas, o que faz toda a diferença.

Ficamos em uma quarto que no corredor só tinha o nosso que não fazia parte de um grupo de amigos super barulhentos e que não respeitavam o horário de silêncio. As 23h, muita gente conversando, rindo alto, crianças correndo, gritando e mexendo na maçaneta da sua porta para abrir. As 6h da manhã, o barulho voltava com as crianças correndo e gritando e os adultos falando e rindo alto. Em cada quarto, no espaço externo tinham 2 cadeiras com uma mesinha. Quando saímos do nosso para ficar um pouco fora, o grupo havia pego nossas cadeiras (lembrando que cada quarto tinha as suas). Falamos com os funcionários, mas não fomos atendidos. Fizemos nosso check-out mais cedo e fomos embora.

Funcionários mal treinados, não foi explicado que a booking somente faz a reserva e lá na hora do check in que é feito o faturamento, funcionário falando como se eu já soubesse, explicação péssima. Após as 22:00 não há mais nenhum funcionário pra nada, então qualquer dúvida que você tiver ou em previsto, apenas no dia seguinte. Valores absurdos!!! UMA XÍCARA DE CAFÉ 18 REAIS.

Detalhe que havia uma lampada queimada no baheiro A parte de restaurantes é mais complicada, precisa agendar o jantar ate as 17:30 e so funciona ate 19:30. Como cheguei as 19:15 nao consegui jantar. Almoco tambem demora de 1 a 1:30 para ser servido.

Com certeza a melhor hospedagem que já fiquei em Presidente figueiredo O ramal de estrada de terra não é muito longo, se não me engano uns 2 km mas é bem escuro e escorregadio na chuva, necessita de mais sinalização. Na chegada na recepção, a recepcionista estava atendendo um grupo e não foi capaz de dar um boa tarde ou já lhe atendo, simplesmente virou as costas e saiu sem me dirigir uma palavra.aguardei uns min até um rapaz chegar, este me atendeu muito bem e ao chegar um casal, ele deu boa tarde e falou que já atedia eles assim que terminasse meu atendimento. O rapaz tá de nota dez mas a moça....

O café da manhã é variado e itens de qualidade. Almoçamos lá e também estava delicioso. Os donos e equipe foram bastante acolhedores e atenciosos, ambiente familiar. Limite de horário para o jantar, achei muito cedo. Acabei saindo para comer na cidade.

- sonia (7/5): Lugar lindo - Da decoração, dos jardins, da natureza e da cozinha. As crianças brincam no corredor dos quartos e a acustica é ruim, fica muito difícil descansar. Não existe uma preocupação com o silencio nem mesmo dos serviços realizados no entorno dos quartos. A cozinha é boa mas muito limitada para quem vais ficar mais q dois dias, como nós ficamos 6 dias, tivemos q repetir o cardápio. A pousada escreve na porta: é proibido consumir qq tipo de comida ou bebida vinda de fora, evite constrangimentos! Como sou celíaca, tive algumas dificuldades com estas limitações. No quarto tem um aviso: se vc sujar toalhas ou lençóis com protetor solar, será cobrado por isto.

- Ary (9/5): Experiência maravilhosa, recomendo! - A pousada é muito bem cuidada, muito bonita, quartos confortáveis, café da manhã muito bom, e a presença de um riacho com 2 pequenas quedas d'agua nos fundos da pousada dão um toque especial. Um pouco de desorganização no check in, as reservas não foram encontradas, precisamos apresentar os vouchers da reserva. Os quartos que ficamos tinham isolamento acústico frágil, até o ronco do hóspede do quarto ao lado era ouvido.

A pousada é muito charmosa e bem equipada. Um das melhores opções na região. Voltaria diversas vezes. Não foi informado que precisávamos solicitar e deixar a chave para limpeza do quarto. Deixamos o aviso de limpeza na porta, mas ao chegar vimos que nosso quarto não foi limpo durante o dia. Acho que para o tipo de pousada, esse tipo de procedimento não faz sentido. O padrão deveria ser limpeza todo dia no quarto e a exceção ser não limpar.
- Márcia Helena (8/5): Conforto em meio à natureza - Café da manhã sensacional! A tapioca com a mandala me encantou, frutas uma delícia, bem variado e com reposição direto. A cachoeira maravilhosa dá pra relaxar até perder a noção do tempo. Se puderem explorar até o fim eu indico muito. Os preços da comida a la carte são bem caros e preferi pedir isca de carne e outra de calabresa que vieram banhadas no oleo, duras e queimadas 100 reais nisso porque vc não tem opção lá no meio da floresta. Portanto, se puderem levem pequenos lanches snacks etc. Ficamos no chalé de dois andares, fica um pouco difícil pra quem tem problema de mobilidade ou idosos acessar por causa escada de madeira.

- Laura Maria (9/5): Pura Natureza - A Pousada fica em um lugar lindo. O quarto é muito confortável e a limpeza impecável. O café da manhã é muito bom. Do restaurante. Ter somente até as 17:30h para reservar o jantar é muito cedo. Geralmente as pessoas voltam depois desse horário das cachoeiras. Outro ponto confuso é como são controlados os consumos dentro da pousada, tudo anotado em um monte de papeis e não é solicitado ao hóspede a assinatura destes papéis. O que causa problemas. No nosso caso na hora do check-out tinha um jantar associado ao nosso quarto e que não foi consumido por nós. Sugestão: qualquer consumo dos hóspedes deve ter sua assinatura na comanda.

- Maria Fernanda (8/5): - Localização ótima para explorar as cachoeiras de Presidente Figueredo. A pousada é boa, tem equipe e estrutura e opção de jantar mediante encomenda prévia. Jantamos lá durante nossa estadia e foi ótimo. O ar condicionado de um dos quartos era muito barulhento. Pedimos para arrumar na primeira noite, mas não resolveu. Os nossos quartos eram bem confortáveis, mas já não eram tão silenciosos pela proximidade uns dos outros e com cozinha e ambiente de café e jantar.

- Marcela (7/5): - O Lokal era bem bonito e limpo, a cachoeira privada tambem. Tudo muito harmonioso e bem decorado. Os quartos estavam cheio de mosquito e aranhas, e depois de uma forte chuva ficamos sem energia nos quartos, depois de um certo tempo de espera fomos informados que se a luz não voltasse que ligariam uns geradores pra nos que nos forneceriam algo de luz e talvez seria possível ligar um ventilador. Isso numa noite de calor terrível com vários mosquitos e eu com o bebê. Mas detalhe na area dos trabalhadores havia energia normal e eles tinham tudo funcionando normal. Mas nos quartos dos clientes , tínhamos que padecer.

Há uma cerca com uma placa cão brabo e não há nenhuma menção sobre cerca elétrica. Simplesmente eu e meu filho levamos um choque. Achei bem perigoso. Acredito que isso nem seja permitido por lei, não haver uma identificação clara. Essa parte foi realmente PÉSSIMO.

The nearby small waterfalls were beautiful and a dip in the refreshing water after days adventures in surrounding areas was a perfect ending for an awesome visit. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with authentic regional cuisine. 100% recommend this place!
- Felix (5/5): Good location but not great overall - Nice grounds in the property, lovely fruit trees, lots of birds around. Very good breakfast. Close to all the main sights. Stairs up to the upper floor bedroom are tiny and very dangerous, toilet is downstairs so be careful. Dinner is crazy expensive and because it’s so remote not many other options unless you want to drive in the pitch black. Also have to place your order by mid afternoon. Lots of rules. One cabin was making lots of noise late into the night, but when I went to get someone couldn’t find any staff.

Nice seats of all kinds around the building. Friendly staff. The meals were a bit pricy. The dirt access road was slippery after heavy rain. Next day it was fine again.

The rooms are clean and comfortable and we appreciated the air conditioning. The breakfast is very good and the staff so friendly. We loved the waterfall on the property! The family has done a beautiful job of making this a lovely and welcoming spot with many personal touches. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to return some day! We were surprised by some added expenses on our bill at the end. Most of them were removed when we corrected them so that was good but we were charged a lot for using the extra beds in our room. We had two extra beds in the room so we decided to spread out since they were there. In the end they charged us for that. We were not aware that they charge per bed and not per room so that would be helpful to put on the website or explained especially for international guests who have not experienced this before.

- Elizabeth (10/5): Friendly, clean, safe and awesome Amazonian retreat. z - Friendly, knowledgeable family-run property. Daughter Mirella speaks excellent English and helped us to locate places to eat and tour guides for the area. Property itself has two lovely, private waterfall-water areas. Nice spots for writing and reflection. Bedrooms and bathrooms are clean, comfortable and modern but the place to be is outside. Breakfast and dinners were delicious local foods. Calango Azul is a great introduction to some Amazonian rain forest highlights. Nothing except a few potholes in the unpaved roads in the area, but they are everywhere in this part of Brazil. Our rental car handled them well and the hotel road is fine, but be prepared.
