• Oliver (10/5): Persönlich, Familär besser geht’s nicht - Unser Zimmer war modern und sehr sauber. Viel Holz in der Einrichtung das toll aufeinander abgestimmt war. Im Treppenhaus gibt es einen Kühlschrank mit Getränken und die Preise sind super (2,50€) für ein Weißbier (2.5.26). Betten sind sehr gemütlich und das Frühstück sehr lecker und das für nur 5,-€ pro Person. Man bekommt dafür frische Brötchen, viel Obst, Käse, Cerealien und vieles anderes wie z.B Bircher Müsli und ein Ei nach seiner Wahl hart oder weichgekocht. Besser geht’s nicht und Frau Hutter ist eine sehr nette Frau die mir sogar noch einen tollen Reisetip gegeben hat. Alles Tip Top ❤️

• Gregor (10/5): Sonst TippTop - Kein Frühstück genommen, aber es sah super aus. Ich habe zuerst draussen gewartet, da mein Klingeln keine Wirkung zeigte. Nach einer Weile habe ich den Anschlag an der offenen Türe entdeckt, dass mein Zimmer angeschrieben sei.

• Britta (10/5): - Sehr gemütliche und hochwertige Einrichtung (Echtholz). An viele Details wurde gedacht (Kühlschrank, viele Steckdosen). Zimmer ist großzügig geschnitten. Alles sehr sauber. Frühstück war frisch und vielfältig. Der Frühstücksraum war ebenfalls sehr gemütlich und ansprechend eingerichtet. Ausreichende Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, eine tolle Qualität, reichhaltig und in einer schönen Ambiente angeboten. Die Gastgeberin außerordentlich zuvorkommend und freundlich. Hier möchte ich gerne wieder übernachten.

The place is family-run, exceptionally clean, and full of warmth. Quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by nature - a perfect location for exploring the mountains, lakes, and nearby hiking trails.

• Emma (10/5): I went for business but will return to this jewel for pleasure - Landhaus Hutter is a delightful piece of Bavarian culture. The room was large, spacious, well equiped and spotlessly clean. There are plenty of power outlets to accomodate laptops, phone chargers etc. all well placed for convenience. The breakfast is delicious, lovely produce beautifully displayed and plenty of it. There is no bar or restaurant but a well stocked drinks fridge allows you to help yourself and sit on your balcony enjoying the view along with your drink and there are lots of restaurants within a short distance. All the facilities are well thought out including a beautifully lit mirror in the bathroom that is hugely appreciated when putting on your make up for the day! The area is rural and quiet and you do need a car or a good bike to get around but the peace and lack of light pollution at night are a joy, take some time to look at the stars!

• Marie (8/5): Comfortable and quiet place to stay. - The room was a great size and the bed was comfortable with 2 pillows. The shower had great water pressure. There was also a wooden wardrobe and a table and chairs. Loved the wood floors and ceiling. The breakfast was adequate, and the owner will make eggs to order. I had a bit of trouble getting up the stairs to my room since they were spiral and the tread on the inside where the handrail was too narrow to give me confidence in my step. Had to move my 2 bags in separate trips. There is no food nearby if you arrive on a Mon or Tues since the restaurant about 200 meters down the road is closed on those days. But there are drinks in a cooler at the top of the stairs.
