• Léa (2/5): Really bad Booking management - We had our reservation confirmed by Booking. We did not pay anything but it said that we could pay when we check-in. The Casa did not contact me in any ways before our reservation date, and did not respond to my booking message I sent on the day of arrival asking for more information for the check-in. When we arrived in front of the Casa around 7.30pm, the lady at the reception told us that the hotel was full, and did not care about our Booking reservation. She then called our boss, who apparently told her that it's our fault - that we should have paid to confirm the room (we didn't receive any message saying that) and that she tried to contact me but it didn't work (I did not receive any message via whatsapp or Booking).The hotel was full so we had to leave and find another one. The lady did not help us to find a solution, and did not really seem to care to be honest. We've been travelling for 3 months in Colombia with my partner - booking accomodation through Booking - and it's the first time that this happens to us. The hotel then said to Booking that we didn't show up ! To conclude : this hotel looked really good, but we didn't have the chance to try it since they did not let us in !
