- Tatiane (9/5): Superb - Everting was clean and new, very close to the principal attractions. Lovely place.
- Jason (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gergana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gyongyver (10/5): Exceptional - Good location. Perfect for a short stay.
- Kevin (8/5): Very good - Overall the room was adequate for our needs. Given the price point and the location it was a good value.
- Kristof (10/5): Exceptional -
- Begüm (7/5): Good - It had been cleaning everyday. Also the location is excellent for me. We could walk everywhere about 20 mins away from the main attractions and is surronded by cafes, restourants and markets. It was a bit cold during our stay probably there was a technical issue but unfortunately it is impacted our comfort.
- Toong (10/5): Exceptional - Location is good
- Uka (8/5): Very good -
- Assia (1/5): Don't let the pictures fool you. - The room was missing a lot of basic essentials for a comfortable stay. There were no hangers, the towels were tiny and not clean (I found some hair on them), and the bed and pillows were old and uncomfortable. There was no glass in the room, not enough toilet paper, and just many little things that made the stay awful. Unfortunately, the host didn’t respond to any of my messages, so none of my concerns were addressed. The walls were thin, and I could hear people talking in the next room very early in the morning. Plus, the door didn’t close properly — I had to slam it a few times to get it to shut. On top of all that, the corridor had a pretty unpleasant smell. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
- Arnisa (4/5): Disappointing - The door was to hard to lock.
The guy did not open the phone when i needed help.
- Sindi (5/5): Passable -
- Sejla (5/5): If you can afford a better place, skip this one. - The location is great, the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was pretty. Otherwise it was easy to find the studio and get inside. we could leave our luggage in the apartment after we checked out. Sink in the bathroom was leaking; one out, there wasn’t enough hot water for the both of us; there were no hangers in the wardrobe; the towels and part of the betting was still there when we arrived; the duvet didn’t have a cover, which will realised later; host is only partly responsive; the place really needs a deep clean.
- Estelle (7/5): Overall this is a perfect stopover to be close to the main train station to get to the airport. - The bed was comfy with clean linen and we had hot water. The property was easily accessible. The host contacted us once via Booking.com to explain how to get to the property and that was it. The shower had water residue and the bedside lamps didn't work. The window shutters had to stay closed as there are people standing outside the window. The property is a bit far out from the main attractions and there are no metro lines that side of town, only busses and taxi's.
- Mariam (8/5): Very good -
- Nikola (8/5): Very good -
- Joelle (7/5): Good -
- Jéssica (6/5): Pleasant - Bed very comfortable. Good shower and good location Shower door broken, the water goes on the bathroom floor.
Toilet essentials (toilet tissue and soap not enough. It was necessary to buy toilet tissue.

- Jessica (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely and clean everything was easy, great location easy to find
- Sofia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yeghiazaryan (8/5): Very good -
- Cathi (9/5): Superb - Good location, good price and we could leave our luggage WiFi did not work
- Yvette (7/5): Convenient and affordable - Very convenient being able to self check in The was a horrible smell from the drains in the bathroom. The light and fan in bathroom had to be left on all night to get rid of the smell. I also rang and WhatsApped messaged the contact number given to us as well as messaged on booking.com but no contact was made by staff.
- Holly (8/5): Clean and modern, perfect accommodation for a short stay. - Very clean, modern and tidy. Perfect stay quick one night stay. Great central location. More pillows would be nice. Room number and clearer direction to room and main apartment would be useful.
- Aygun (9/5): Superb - We liked check in process, its location and it was difficult to reach staff sometimes.
- Philippe (8/5): Good value stay for Rome ! - Good location and great value for the price you pay if you look to have a stay where you just sleep and have your own private bathroom. You can easily walk from this place to the city center and around Rome. Easy to do the self check in. It misses just a few small things like a towel hook for example next to the shower etc. Also a bit more reactivity from the host would be nice.
- Jakub (7/5): It’s nice apartment with reasonable value for money. Recommended especially for those who want to dine only outside. - It was a nice room with a private bathroom, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. We checked in by ourselves and everything was working properly. Good location not too far from the city center, shops and bus stop nearby. Lack of basic facilities like kettle or basic cutlery. There were also no hangers in the bathroom and only 2 hangers in the wardrobe. Also the communication with the host could be better as apart from the welcome message, host did not respond to my messages on the Booking.com chat.
- Titas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lonitan (7/5): Good - The location was quite convenient, the room was good, I would expect at least to have a glass for water. Also I tried to communicate with the owner regarding the key (text and call) without any response, so I had to figure out on my own.
- Katarina (8/5): Very good - Location cleanliness of the facility
- Ioana (8/5): Very good - Great location, good indications to self-check in. The room was relatively small but sufficient for our needs The nightlamps were missing bulbs, and there were areas, such as the shower, that were not thoroughly cleaned. The host did not communicate with us at all apart from the check-in instructions
- Evaldas (5/5): Passable - Room doesnt ready at 2pm Owner didnt answer by phone
- Kasia (9/5): Superb - Great location and easy access to the room. The really good guidelines on how to access the room. The room was clean and tidy.
- Milosev (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anders (7/5): Good -
- Monicaferreiramo (8/5): Very good - The room was comfortable, with a perfect place for breakfast right across the street. The location is near the main sighs in Rome - 15 to 20 minutes walk. Everything was clean and the bed was confortable. The check-in process was easy to follow and we found the place easily. The problem was that upon our arrival the room of the instructions was taken, so we took another available one. Adding numbers or names to the rooms could make it easier for guests to identify their rooms. It wasn't a problem at all but it's something that could be enhanced
- Noelia (7/5): Good - The location is very convenient. That's the biggest plus. The accommodation is okay if you are just planning to go there to sleep at night, considering the price and location. The biggest issue was the smell of the pipes; the last two nights were almost unbearable. The room was not clean, including the walls, shower, and overall bathroom – there was limescale everywhere. Additionally, there were no bedside lamps. The room needs an overall renovation, including painting and deep cleaning. Despite these issues, the cleaning lady was friendly and asked if we needed anything. I believe these concerns are the owner's responsibility, not hers.
- Daria (5/5): Passable -
- Carter (9/5): A great location, but a few issues that need to be addressed. - The property was nice, we liked the location! The shower has drain issues and will soak into the floor. The sink drain was broken and leaked badly. The fridge had issues as well.
- Raphaëlle (7/5): Good - For the price and the location it’s great. Zero soundproofing from the other room next door. We could hear everything
- Denis (9/5): An excellent place to stay. - The location is not far from the main attractions, ~15 min walking. The room was very clean, and the staff was friendly. -
- Danila (4/5): You get what you pay for! - Air conditioning was great and bathroom was modern. Price was on point. Bed wasn't great and bed sheets were worn out and shaggy. There were some hairs on the pillows and the bed sheets so the overall cleanliness wasn't outstanding.
Room photos on the Booking page were quite misleading and they are in dire need of an update. The actual room was nothing like one in the photos and it looked quite gruesome in real life. Bedside tables and lamps were torn out completely. As well as electrical sockets which were literally hanging from the wall, not the safest way of doing things.
Towels have also seen better days as there were holes in them.
Hairdryer was broken and shower cabin was missing one sliding panel.
Communication was quite non-existent. The only way we managed to contact was by phone.
- Fernandez (7/5): The place offers good value for its price, but a few things could be improved. - The room was clean and confortable; the cleaning service every two days seems convenient. The location was excellent and allowed us to move easily around the city. Despite the excellent value for money of the room, we find the property did not quite match the images online, as it seemed to be in the midst of refurbishment and was not as finished by the time we arrived to Rome. Moreover, the place struggled with humidity, which became evident when returning to the room and windows were close after the cleaning service. Nevertheless, we believe both things could be contingent.
- Marczewska (5/5): Passable - Close to the train station, quiet neighbourhood. No contact with the host, broken door, we could hear everything from the another room, no space to leave the luggagge.
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb - Excellent value for money, good location Hard to contact host
- Won (1/5): need money back because of no staying. - it was the worst service ever i have visited i came late cause of delaying flight so i came late but they didnt open for me.
- Johnny (9/5): Superb -
- Callum (9/5): Superb -
- Frederico (9/5): Superb -
- Tom (2/5): not nice - good location Broken shower that didn’t drain properly, meaning water flooded the bathroom and the living area. Staff unhelpful with check in, intercom not answered, property not very clean, locks on doors felt unstable.
- Cristina (9/5): Superb - Close to center, good value for money, nice clean room. Communication was a bit difficult, but ok in the end.
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Laurentiu (7/5): Good - Efficient check-in system. Daily cleaning including towel change. Very convenient position, with means of transport, shops and places to eat nearby. Confortable bed. The bathroom ok. Total lack of communication from the owner both through whatsapp and through the booking message system. We occupied one of the two rooms of the apartment and everything was functional, but it seems that the door closing system was not working in the neighboring room, which caused the neighbors to slam the door hard to close it. At midnight it was not pleasant at all. The lack of bedside tables, lamps and small details to "warm up" the atmosphere, other minuses... There is no option to leave your luggage before/after accommodation.
- Linda (6/5): Pleasant - Bright and white simple room. Mised possibility to boild some water to make tea. Quiet. Very good location. Its possible to access Trevi fountain within 20 minutes. There is a need for updating bed lining. Looked quite used. Cold floor. There is no possibility to make hot tea.
- Caterina (9/5): Superb -
- Georgia (2/5): Very poor - There was very mediocre cleanliness, and there was a difference in the room compared to the photos. We never saw the owner of the accommodation, very bad communication and he did not inform us from the beginning that it is not possible to check in at the time we requested beyond the scheduled one and this resulted in us being surprised, as there were other people inside! I do not recommend it!!
- Stefana (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect position, next to the bus station, café, pasticeria, restaurants, supermarket and very close to the Rome attraction points. The horrible smell that started to come from the bathroom in some days.
- Aline (9/5): Superb -
- Teodora (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (3/5): Poor - Didn't look like the photos
- Matthew (9/5): Superb -
- Alessia (5/5): there’s margin for improvement - strategic location
easiness to access the property internal handle of room door was broken, it literally remained in my hand
no acoustic insulation between the 2 rooms of the property, you could hear every single whisper coming from the other guests
no tray to place your shampoo/shower gel in the shower, very uncomfortable leaving everything on the flooring
only 1 towel per guest (you have to decide what you want to dry first, if your face or your butt)
no pillow case
only 4 very small sachets of shampoo, you must bring your own shower gel, hand soap, conditioner
no answer from the property manager via booking when asked for info or communicated about the broken handle
- Siraj (8/5): Very good -
- Paula (8/5): Very good -
- Kai (6/5): Nice room but poor service. - The room is located in a local residential area, it looks old from the outside, but the decoration of the room is very new and modern. The owner of the bnb has a very bad attitude and does not reply to the guest’s enquiry.
First of all, the battery of the air conditioner remote control has almost been exhausted. When we first entered the room, because the room was very hot, we adjusted the temperature to a very low level after successfully turning on the air conditioner. As a result, when we tried to set the temperature to a normal level, the battery was completely died, and we couldn't turn up the temperature or turn off the air conditioner anyway. We were very cold all night and even caught a cold. We sent messages to the owner asking if they could provide new batteries for twice but received no response.
Second, since the train on the day of our check-out was at 6pm, we asked if they could provide luggage storage service. Still no response to inquiries for two days in a row.
They didn't respond to any of our messages even until now. The only reply was when we asked if a kettle was provided on the day we checked in, and they said they would buy it, but we all know they wouldn’t really do that, it was just a perfunctory response.
- Pui (8/5): Very good -
- Adina (10/5): Exceptional - Cozy recently-renovated room, confortable bed, big and nice bathroom
- No street noise
- Kind and helpful staff
- Chio (4/5): I really don’t recommend this place, owner not responsive, ruined our trip. - Room is comfortable and clean. Owner not responding on booking app, no instructions given on the day of our stay and we waited hours outside the stay for instructions.
- Paulo (8/5): Very good -
