• Nina (4/5): Ich war froh, als wir wieder gehen konnten. - Die Nähe zum Bahnhof Roma Termini. Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Fotos entsprechen nicht dem aktuellen Zustand. Das Gebäude ist in deutlich schlechterem Zustand. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein. Auf der Toilette hat es unangenehm gerochen, trotz offenem Fenster. Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung mit mehreren Zimmern, nicht um ein Hotel. Es ist extrem ringhörig. Mit den Nachbarn kann man wohl Glück oder Pech haben. Wir hatten leider nicht so grosses Glück und haben ziemlich laute Nachbarn erwischt, was die Schlafqualität extrem reduziert hat. Die Toilettenspülung der Nachbarn war auch sehr laut. Ich würde da definitiv nicht mehr hingehen.

• Claudia (3/5): The only good thing was the location! - Great location - 20 mins walk to Trevi Fountain and few other tourist places in Rome. 10 mins walk to the Republica metro station and bus stops nearby. Restaurants, cafes and mini markets nearby. Many things did not meet my expectations during this stay. Before arrival, the owner/manager sent us a video explaining how to enter the property and find the room. The building is very old and appears to be a mix of residences, offices, and accommodation units. Although there is a lift, it stops between floors, so you still need to carry luggage up and down stairs, which was inconvenient for us. I also found the person I communicated with on WhatsApp to be unhelpful and rude. It took us around 15 minutes to figure out the building and locate the room. Be aware that you cannot actually see the room until you find the correct internal door. The room lighting was very poor. There was no main light in the bedroom, only one bedside lamp, plus a small light above the mini fridge and another at the entrance. I found this very disappointing as I prefer bright spaces. The room itself was very small for two people with luggage. Although there was a wardrobe, it was blocked by a table and chairs, making it difficult to use. Room number five also looked nothing like the photos advertised. Privacy was another issue, as there is a commercial building directly opposite, with people able to look directly into the room. We had to keep the windows closed most of the time, making the room feel even darker. The air conditioning did not work, the walls were dirty, and the overall atmosphere felt unwelcoming. We were bitten by mosquitos. The shower worked on the first day, but on the second morning there was no hot water. I contacted the WhatsApp representative, who said Danielle, the cleaner, would check the boiler. Danielle was very kind, but unfortunately the issue could not be resolved before we left for the day, which meant no shower for us The bathroom had maintenance issues: the light above the sink did not work, and the shower head would not stay fixed in place and kept falling during use.

El portero del edificio muy amable y siempre predispuesto a ayudar en todo momento . Solo por escaleras se llega al departamento y se hace difícil cuando uno viaja con valijas grandes y pesadas

• Ramos (5/5): - Lo que más me gustó fué la ubicación, cerca relativamente del centro caminando y que estaba limpio. La habitación número 2 que nos dieron no tenía NADA que ver con las fotos que publican describiendo las habitaciones. Nos debió tocar la habitación más pequeña que tienen y de la q no ponen fotos. Cuándo llegas al portal no hay ningún cartel que indique que has llegado ni la planta de las habitaciones. Cuando averiguas la planta porque ves en el timbre un cacho de papel minúsculo con el nombre Jmartin escrito en boli Ayer llegaron al apartamento unos huespedes a las 02:00 de la mañana mintando un escándalo monumental y despertando creo que al resto de las personas de las otras 3 habitaciones, en fin......

• STAVROULA IOANNA (7/5): Μέτριο - Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή σχετικά κοντά από όλα τα αξιοθέατα. Το κρεβάτι ήταν άνετο καθώς και το μπάνιο ευρύχωρο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μικρό (δυσκολευτήκαμε να βολέψουμε τις βαλίτσες μας), και δεν υπήρχε ηχομόνωση καθόλου καλή. Το κατάλυμμα είναι σαν ένα διαμέρισμα με 6-7 δωμάτια το οποίο το καθένα έχει το αυτόνομο του μπάνιο (για τον λόγο αυτό και η ηχομόνωση δεν ήταν καλή)

• Agustina (6/5): Relación precio-calidad aceptable - Habitación bien ubicada, cerca de termini y algunos puntos de interés. El personal muy atento :) Las fotos están desactualizadas. Tanto el edificio como la unidad están un poco deteriorados. Nuestra habitación (habitación 1) estaba al lado de la puerta de entrada y se escuchaba todo. La habitación casi no tenía luz natural y se sentía un poco el encierro.

• Βασιλικη (6/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή απο τον τερματικό σταθμό μόλις 20 λεπτα και απο την Φοντάνα ντι Τρέβι με τα πόδια. Καλη γειτονιά. Η κυρία που φροντιζε το δωμάτιό μας ήταν πολύ ευγενική. Κλείσαμε το δωμάτιο Κυριακή με Πέμπτη με 90€/διανυκτέρευση. Αρχικά μπήκαμε απο την κεντρική είσοδο της πολυκατοικίας και έπειτα οδηγηθήκαμε σε μια άλλη είσοδο που έμοιαζε με είσοδο διαμερίσματος. Εκεί συνειδητοποίησαμε πως το δωμάτιο ηταν ενα απο τα δωμάτια ενός ενιαίου χώρου (κάτι σαν ολόκληρο διαμέρισμα χωρισμένο απλα σε δωμάτια με ιδιωτικά μπάνια) με ενα απο τα δωμάτια να γράφει ότι είναι το γραφείο. Αφού μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο παρατηρήσαμε ότι η εικόνα που παρουσιαζοταν στο ίντερνετ διέφερε από αυτό που αντικρισαμε.... Η καθαριότητα θα έλεγε κανείς πως ήταν επιφανειακή καθώς ακόμη και η θερμαστρα για να ακουμπήσω την πετσέτα ηταν μέσα στη σκόνη. Επιπλέον οι τοίχοι ηταν φθαρμενοι, το φως ελάχιστο και η μια λάμπα τρεμοπαίζε. Οταν γυρίσαμε απο τη βόλτα μας για να κάνουμε μπάνιο καταλάβαμε πως δεν υπήρχε ούτε ζεστό νερό ουτε πίεση για μπάνιο. Ετσι ενημερώσαμε τον ιδιοκτήτη και μας είπε θα το κοιτάξει. Αυτό ειχε ως αποτέλεσμα να περιμένουμε 2 ωρες χωρίς καμια ενημέρωση για το τι θα συμβεί... Επικοινωνησαμε με την booking και ζητήσαμε να μεσολαβήσει ώστε να επιστραφούν τα χρήματα για τις υπόλοιπες διανυκτερεύσεις ώστε να μείνουμε κάπου αλλού. Ο ιδιοκτήτης το αρνήθηκε και οταν ζητήσαμε λύση στο πρόβλημα μας η απάντηση του ήταν να πηγαίνουμε στο δωμάτιο 3 να κάνουμε μπάνιο και να επιστρέφουμε στο δωμάτιο μας. Αυτός ήταν ο επαγγελματισμος.

• Daniel (1/5): Bochornoso - La ubicación es lo único bueno que tiene este hotel, aunque creo que el nombre hotel le queda muy grande El estado del edificio en si,es ruinoso,pésimo. Entrada llena de rozas en la pared con cableados sueltos por la pared sin tapar,sucio y lleno de polvo. La habitación sucia, papel pintado de la pared super sucio y roto. Dos sillas que habían dentro de la habitación que estaban llenas de chorretes de suciedad. En fin ,una estancia pésima,la cama super incomoda,te clavas los muelles del colchón. Estuvimos 5 días y 4 noches y no limpiaron la habitación ni una sola vez,la cama sin hacer. Un desastre total.

• Dimitrios (9/5): - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία εύκολη πρόσβαση σε αξιοθέατα ειδικά με τα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς.Η γειτονιά έχει πιτσαρία και καφετέρια για πρωινό εξαιρετικά με πολύ καλές τιμές. Η εμπειρία μας ήταν ευχάριστη. Κάποια μικρά τεχνικά θέματα με το νερό στην τουαλέτα και το wifi δεν συνδέθηκε ποτέ, αλλά είχαμε απεριόριστα δεδομένα στη σύνδεση μας και δεν χρειαστηκε.
• Laflacaceci (8/5): Habitacion solo para dormir, pequeña para tomar una ducha y pasarselo todo el dia en la calle - el lugar fue cómodo para dormir solamente, bien ubicado toallas y demás estaba todo super limpio, buena calefacción, la vista era dentro del pulmon de un edificio para oxigenar, te dan un cafe de bienvenida con maquina Nesspreso muchas escaleras por subir con la maleta, muy incomodo el acceso, no tenia placar para lo ropa o espacio de guardado habitación muy pequeña apenas entrabamos con las maletas por el valor me parecio q podria haber sido mas comodo

Everything you needed for a short stay. - Location was fantastic.Basic accommodation but perfect for the price and had everything you needed for a short stay. Cafe that opens early is right next to apartment. Would not recommend staying if you want to book any early tours on checkout day as you can't leave you bag until 9am once cleaner arrives. Communication was confusing as too many people message you the same/ different information so you don't know who to speak to. Office person is only there for a couple of hours each day so it's difficult to ask questions. Whats app is required to receive virtual keys but is difficult if you are using an esim while travelling.

La ubicación es muy buena, estás muy cerca de términi, y de la parada del metro República. La habitación estaba limpia, es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Todo impecable
• Maria (8/5): - Si, muy bien! Las habitaciones están muy bien, en concreto la de 4 camas, bastante espaciosa. Lo único que diría es que el edificio por dentro se ve que está en reforma. Aunque se aprecia que es un edificio antiguo y con mucho encanto, deberían de tenerlo mejor cuidado.

• Efren Gerardo (5/5): Sin agua, sin electricidad y sin recibo de los impuestos pagados! - El trato de Daniela y como se esmeraba en atendernos bien Ganchos para ropa de pésima calidad, y muy pocos, la iluminación pésima, pero lo peor fue que el agua es insuficiente y cuando se requería agua caliente casi no salía agua de la ducha y prácticamente no se podía bañar cómodamente, y tambien los 2 últimos días NO hubo fluido eléctrico, quedamos a oscuras, y el día de salida todas las luces parpadeaban, temimos quedarnos nuevamente sin electricidad y era necesario para alistarnos para partir al aeropuerto. A todo esto a Andrea NO le importó NADA , o no contestaba o creía que era responsabilidad de los huéspedes solucionar lo que a ella CORRESPONDE . Pero lo peor es que se pagaron los impuestos municipales cash y Andrea NUNCA me dió el recibo correspondiente, a pesar de que se lo pedí varias veces y le di un mail para que lo enviara, no le dió la gana de dar recibo por los €112 de impuestos , me parece que están evadiendo una responsabilidad fiscal de la ciudad de Roma y de Italia porque no dan recibo, booking debe actuar en este sentido. JAMÁS RECOMENDARÍA ESTE ALOJAMIENTO! NI A ANDREA

• Jose Antonio (5/5): Solo para dormir, si te dejan. - La ubicación Habitación minúscula y en un edificio que se cae a pedazos, la habitación da a un patio que deja mucho que desear. El baño mal cuidado, todo oxidado y roto. La gobernanta llamó a la puerta a las 9 de la mañana para qué pagasemos. Estábamos dormidos ya que llegamos a las 2 de la madrugada y no nos sentó muy bien la verdad. Luego es educada y simpática. El alojamiento nos gestionó que nos fuese a buscar un conductor con un furgón de lujo al aeropuerto ya que los autobuses y trenes no funcionan desde las 12 de la noche y los taxis y Uber cobran 55 euros y hay que esperar por ellos bastante. Las otras habitaciones se oyen algo y cuando salen los huéspedes o llegan hay bastante jaleo. Realmente no es un hotel. Es un piso de habitaciones con baño algunas privado y otras compartido. Lo mejor es dónde está, a 5 metros de una buena avenida con todo a mano y a 1,5 km del centro de Roma. Yo si volvería a hospedarme allí pero da bastante mal rollo cuando llegas y ves el portal, escaleras... Luego está limpio el hotel pero con cosas que mejorar ya que un grifo nuevo, una tapadera del wáter y un mango y manguera de ducha sale por 50 euros todo y no lo tendrías tan mal. El agua sale a 90 grados, cuidado. No tiene armario ni una mesita donde poner nada. No cabe.

In quanto stanza piccola , letti e materassi singoli uniti. Non accettabile neanche che il cambio delle asciugamani debba essere fatto a pagamento o dopo la 2 notte, perché non abbiamo affittato un appartamento ma comunque un b&b quindi di conseguenza almeno le pulizie giornaliere andrebbero fatte. La signora delle pulizia che si trova dentro la struttura la mattina gentilissima. Chiaramente il prezzo non è da suite , ma perché chiamarla così.

No hay buena comunicación con el personal de recepción y debido a ello olvidé pagar el impuesto de turismo y a pesar de haberlo hecho posteriormente, fui reportada ante booking como si no lo hubiese realizado. Hace falta atención personalizada
• Natalia (10/5): Muy lindo y genial la terraza - Super bien ubicado, la habitación muy linda y la comunicación con el host buena. El agua caliente de la ducha podría mejorar
• Julia (6/5): - La ubicación, la habitación estaba muy limpia y daba buena impresión a diferencia del edificio que parecía que se iba a caer a pedazos. El baño grande y limpio. La habitación muy pequeña sin mucho sitio para dejar cosas. Regular relación calidad-precio.

• Schumacher (6/5): Wir haben zwei Nächte in dem Hotel übernachtet und waren zufrieden, es gibt an der Ecke ein Café in dem man gut frühstüc - Sehr zentral am Bahnhof Termini, dafür trotzdem ruhig gelegen, wir konnten bei offenem Fenster zum Hinterhof gut schlafen. Chlorgeruch von den Putzmitteln im Badezimmer.
• Malwina (3/5): Na szczęście spędzaliśmy tam tylko noc - Lokalizacja Nieprzyjemny zapach w pokoju, pokój był bardzo mały, nie taki jak przedstawiały go zdjęcia, nie było światła dziennego.
• Manuela (4/5): Gute Lage, super lieber vor Ort Host, Bett leider nicht hygienisch. - Das Zimmer liegt in einer wirklich guten Lage. Restaurants, Coffeeshop und Supermarkt sind direkt vor der Wohnung. Nach 15 Minuten Gehzeit befindet man sich bei den ersten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Daniela ist täglich als Ansprechperson vor Ort, sie ist mega nett! Sobald jemand die Einganstüre verwendet, ist man automatisch munter, da man die Türe zuhauen muss. Wir hatten Zimmer 1, welches sich direkt daneben befindet und haben somit nicht gut schlafen können. Leider hat es uns im Bett auch immer gejuckt und wir hatten nach der Nacht vereinzelte rote Bisse.

• HERNAN (4/5): Lo mejor fue la ubicación. El lugar poco prolijo y deslucido. No lo recomiendo. - Nada Débil flujo de agua caliente en la ducha, casi nada, lo que impide darse un buen baño. Nadie nos recibió a la llegada. Deficiente atención al cliente.

The room was so dark. Very noise in the corridor. 3 days to get an iron. No wardrobe, only one cloth rack. No any draws. Only 1bedsise table. The bed is not comfortable.

The area has plenty of good restaurants, convenient stores, pharmacy and coffee shops.The host was very kind and patient. The area, walking distance to some tourist attractions and very centric.
