• Laura (9/5): Great location & amenities - Wonderful staff - Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. Cosy/ modern apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Plenty of hot water in the shower and very comfortable bed. Great location and in a quiet area. Upon check out the staff offered to let us keep our bags in the main hotel as our train was departing a few hours after checkout, that was fantastic for us - overall great place :) We were on ground floor and could hear footsteps from apartment above in early in the morning

Υπήρχε μια κάπως δυσάρεστη μυρωδιά στο χώρο, ενδεχομένως λόγω της συνολικής υγρασίας στην περιοχή. Σίγουρα δεν ευθύνεται το προσωπικό για αυτό.

Taras jest dodatkową, uroczą atrakcją. zamiast przescieradła z kocem, lepsza byłaby lekka kołdra do przykrycia się w łóżku
• Yolanda (9/5): Recommended - Apartment very well looked after and manteined. Modern looking and confortable, as per the pictures shown. Everyone at the reception was very friendly and helpful. When we checked in, the person taking care of us gave us very useful information on how to move around by waterbus and the cheapest option to do so. We followed his advice and made the most of it. Location is nearby one big waterbus stop, so very convenient. Close to diverse restaurants with menu of the day. It was a great stay.

Staff were great - The room was very spacious and the staff were very accomodating. When I arrived in the room and every day after the floor had a film on it and was slimey and only 1 of the heaters worked

Booked a room for 3 but the layout was awkward and we ended up getting an additional room. Front desk staff strongly recommended a restaurant that was a tourist trap—bad food and overpriced.

• Meghan (3/5): Poor - Great Location The only reason we are rating this so low is that the smell in the bathroom was very bad! It smelt like a burst sewerage pipe, and you could see a water leak on the bathroom ceiling!

We then were told we could leave our luggage in the room until another room was available only to be rung up whilst we were out during the day and told to be back in 15 minutes to move it - very inconvenient. They then finally moved us to a first floor apartment for the last night only.
• Dan (10/5): Comfortable room, conveniently located in Venice - Very convenient location not far to walk with luggage from train station but tucked away on a quiet side street. Staff was attentive, easy to communicate with and accommodating with luggage storage after check out so we could spend the rest of the day in Venice. The young man at the front desk also gave us some great recommendations for areas to go, walks to take and some restaurants to visit. Room was all new construction and turned out very nicely. Also had an outdoor veranda area where we sipped wine in the afternoon. no complaints!

Close to train station and ferry, so very easy to get around and to get to popular tourist spots, but also away from crowds of people. There is also a laundromat nearby as well as cafes etc. Recently refurbished. Clean and neat. Still some finishing touches needed for the renovation.

AC but still difficulty getting it cool enough- though it was very hot out. One long flight of stairs to room. Neither of these would keep us from staying again if in Venice.

This is not in the main hotel building but within a 1 minute walk with the entrance opening to a small pretty courtyard where we were able to have morning coffee and self catered dinner one night. Big bedroom, huge clean modern bathroom. Modern kitchen with everything you need to self cater for a short stay. Located just off the Grande Canal yet quiet with big bed and comfortable mattress made for a perfect night's sleep. Easy to access all parts of Venice as well as the surrounding islands. Staff were so helpful, giving us plenty of useful information and suggestions on our arrival. In our case, there was nothing to fault

Unfortunately, there was a gigantic smog either. - Fantastic location close to the final bus stop, close to the railway station and the Grand Canal, on a quiet street. The stay was during the very low water in the canals, the studio is located at the ground floor. As a result, the faecal odour at the bathroom was unbearable.
