• Irwin (10/5): Wonderful place and an exceptional host. - Spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Great location. Easy access to the Vatican, the Metro, and nearby restaurants. Water pressure was a little low in the shower, but this was minor.

Good restaurants within walking distance. Very good communication with Chiara the owner. Very good price to comfort ratio. The apartment I stayed this time has a very small shower cabin.

The owner is very polite and available for questistions regarding the zone, food close by, restorants, cleaning lady has a sunny personality and very pleasant to chat with. If you are looking for a place to stay with a minimum distance from the most known localities in Rome, this is a place to go to.

Its location is excellent, being within walking distance of the Vatican and very close to a metro station, which made getting around the city quite convenient. Camera molto spaziosa, bagno di dimensioni adeguate, colazione ben curata. Internet funziona ed è presente l'ascensore. In camera ci sono la macchina del caffè ed il condizionatore. La pressione dell'acqua è generalmente bassa e la doccia è dentro un vecchio box idromassaggio con molto calcare, funziona bene solo il doccino.

• barnsley (10/5): Perfect place to see an amazing city - The property was great a beautiful building and your own room with toilet/ shower etc. and secure door , had your own shelf in fridge and own table for breakfast that was set for you to have breakfast whenever you want. The staff were in constant communication and very helpful. The location was great 15 minutes walk to Vatican and a metro that took you to centre within a couple of minutes walk, plenty of shops around. I am honestly struggling to think of a fault, I had no issues.

Bon rapport qualité prix.
• JACK355 (6/5): - Nous avons aimé la chambre et sa décoration. Nous avons également apprécié la proximité avec le métro et la disponibiliité de notre hôte. L'immeuble est sécurisé. Tout est très propre. La chambre ruby est a proximité de la cuisine, nous entendons tous les bruits et côté rue. A 4 h du matin, nous nous sommes réveillés avec le ramassage des poubelles. Dans La salle de bain, la douche n'a pas assez de pression, très difficile de se rincer les cheveux correctement après avoir fait un shampoing.

• IRINA (10/5): - Все очень чисто. Завтрак в отдельном помещении, все прекрасно. Персонал очень приветливый. Недалеко от станции метро.
• Маслова (10/5): Хороший номер! - Чистота номера, шторы блэкаут, есть кофемашина капсульная с капсулами, удобство заселения и выселения. Завтрак в стоимость входит это тоже приятно. Не стоит от него ожидать чего-то шикарного. Просто есть чай кофе, круассаны с вареньем и нутеллой, сыр плавленый, колбаса и йогурты в холодильнике и всякие сладости, предусмотрено все для каждого номера и ежедневно пополняется. Спокойный район, рядом прям находится Ватикан, до метро минуты 3 пешком, рядом есть магазины. За свои деньги весьма себе шикарный номер. Это, скорее, больше недочеты-придирки. Очень-очень маленькая душевая кабина, вид из окна на некрасивый внутренний двор. Также за 4 ночи, что я пробыла, убирались, но постельное бельё не меняли, что, конечно, не смертельно для меня.

I almost feel like this gem should be hidden, but I'm not gatekeeping.. :D I'm planning to go back to Rome with my friend and I hope this place is gonna be free for our days of stay. It's also basically next to a metro and bus stations, very accessible and very easy to get to/from both the FCO and CIA airports. Would absolutely recommend.

Pulizia ottima, tutto perfetto. Colazione molto classica, con tutto l'occorrente e anche di più! Abbiamo trovato succhi di frutta, yogurt, ingredienti per il toast in frigorifero e le torte pronte sul tavolo. Molto organizzato e di facile gestione.

• Falcon (9/5): It was a lovely place to stay - we would definitely stay there again if we were visiting Rome - Chiara was very attentive - she made sure we were settled-in properly and on a daily basis contacted us to check if everything was OK and checked when it was convenient to clean the room. The toaster was not so good - it really could do with being replaced. The shower cubicle is also a bit on the small side - we managed, but a slightly bigger cubicle would have been better. Not a big deal but it would have been nice if the TV had at least a single English speaking channel such as BBC World News

And I had chance to meet the owner who was just so sweet and nice lady. :) It was bit away form the centre but I did not complain. • Marc (10/5): Clean, quiet property north of the Vatican walls. - The property is located about a 25 minute walk from one of the entrances to the Vatican. We weren't in town for sight-seeing, so it wasn't important for us to be in the city center near the main sites. But there is a metro station nearby to access the touristy areas if desired. Honestly, it was a relief to be in an authentic Roman neighborhood and not have to battle hordes of tourists for a cafe or restaurant. Lots of great dining options around. Also prices were normal for Rome and not inflated like at the main sites. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and it was quiet at night for a good night's sleep. The breakfast offerings are very generous, we were honestly surprised by how nice the property was. Host had fantastic communication from beginning to end!

• Justin (6/5): Was OK but we tried to spend as little time there as possible. - Friendly host, comfortable bed, quite good location The room smelt of cigarettes and after three nights so did our belongings. The breakfast was a bit disappointing given Italy amazing food culture. Basically everything was wrapped in plastic (croissants, toast, sliced cheese, ham, cutlery, etc.) and the fruit bowl was not replenished daily, so by the third day there was nothing left.
