• Esther (7/5): - Die Lage, die Einrichtung, das Personal : alles top Leider führte das Fenster in einen 2 Quadratmeter kleinen Innenhof ( Abwasserleitungen) mit hohen Mauern. Das ist für eine Person mit Klaustrophobie schwierig.

• Emma (6/5): Perfect room but can get noisy - We had a great stay, it was spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable & facilities like the safe, coffee maker, kettle & fridge were lovely touches on a rainy afternoon! The bathroom was beautiful & plenty of hot water. Location was excellent, an easy walk to the main attractions. We walked from the train station also. A little tricky in places with cases & narrow pavements, but it was fine. It was perfect apart from the unfortunate noise generated from a loud, noisy water pump (or something?) that was next to our room every time we or anyone else in used the water. We slept quite badly. For personal reasons we can’t use ear plugs, suggest you come prepared because other than the noise this place is lovely.

It was in a great location and close to all major sights in Florence. The only negative was that the room was quite noisy from either the air conditioning or water tank.
• Marinelle (10/5): Heerlijke dagen gehad! - De ligging is perfect, overal dichtbij. De kamer is ruim en licht en heeft een goed bed. Vlak bij de tram vanaf de luchthaven dus geen gesleep met koffers door de drukte van het centrum. Alles beviel prima alleen werd het in de douche, die overigens heerlijk was, wel nat omdat er geen deur voor zat.

• Patricia (7/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt geeignet - - gute Lage - sauber - moderne Einrichtung - das WLAN hat abends sehr wenig bis gar nicht funktioniert - das Zimmer hatte zwar einen Balkon, dieser war aber in einer Art Schacht, sodass das Zimmer wahnsinnig dunkel war und beim Lüften auch unangenehme Gerüche ins Zimmer kamen - wir fanden es schade, dass das Hotel zwar ein Parkhaus empfiehlt, mit dem sie kooperieren, allerdings nicht erwähnt, dass zum Zeitpunkt des Aufenthalts dieses aufgrund von Straßensperrungen schwer zugänglich sein könnte

• Yocelyne (10/5): Clean, convenient, and beautiful - Very easy to find, easy to get into, & centrally located which we loved. Beautifully decorated, full length mirror, nice to have a window that looks out into the street. Husband and I slept really well, the bed and sheets were very comfortable. Restaurant downstairs plays music from 10 am to 11 pm but it didn’t matter cause we were out all day and at night they provide ear plugs but we didn’t need them. Overall we liked it very much and the communication was good. We stayed in late March, there’s no shower door and the water does not get hot enough so I was a bit cold.

Il tutto ha reso un compleanno davvero speciale, super consigliato!

The room albeit small was comfortable for two people, clean with coffee maker, kettle and supplies. There are many supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants in the neighborhood. Not all rooms have a view.

• Nicole (9/5): Lovely City Centre Stay - A truly positive stay. The place is extremely clean and centrally located, and there were several small touches that we greatly appreciated. For example, we arrived early in the morning and our room happened to be ready. Although rooms are not usually available before check-in, Gallery 42 kindly allowed us to access the room early so we could settle in and leave our luggage. They also provide water and coffee in the room, which was a thoughtful touch. The room is a bit small, but it is still very suitable for a city stay, especially since you spend most of the day out exploring. Nothing

• Hélène (6/5): Disappointing - The location Size of the room Loud music from the restaurants downstairs from 10am to 10pm. Not acceptable for the price . Do not take room 101 which is larger but noisy . You would have to check if the others rooms are quieter. The shower floor as well as the bathroom floor are tiles are very slippery .
