• Andreas (10/5): - Sehr sauber, erstklassige Lage, man hat eine tolle Aussicht über die Stadt, sehr leckeres Frühstück, sehr freundlich, es gibt auch einen Pool. Die Adresse wird von Google nicht richtig angezeigt. Wir konnten uns aber bei den freundlichen Dorfbewohnern durchfragen. Es wird durch den Vermieter aber auch ein Abholservice vom Bahnhof angeboten, dass ich daher empfehlen kann.

• Chaymae (1/5): VERSCHRIKKELIJK! - Niets! Verschrikkelijk! Eerst en vooral komen de foto's en de prijs niet overeen met wat je krijgt. We werden verwelkomt door een vreemde man die meteen eiste dat we de city tax op voorhand betaalde. Deze was ineens ook €10 hoger dan eerder werd afgesproken en mocht enkel cash zijn. We kwamen onze kamer binnen en roken meteen de stank van schimmel. Toen we in de badkamer keken, zagen we schimmel aan het plafond en aan de douchekop. Het toilet had geen toiletbril en er lag een zeer oude douchegel die al door meerdere mensen werd gebruikt. De bedden waren zo erg beslapen en te hard ingedrukt. Er kwam zoveel lawaai naar binnen, ondanks het raam toe was. We konden hier onmogelijk blijven. Toen we wilden vertrekken, werden we tegengehouden door de eigenaar die maar niet wou inzien/toegeven hoe slecht de kamer was. Uiteraard kregen we ons geld niet terug. Zeer triest. We hebben onmiddelijk een groot en proper appartement geboekt aan de haven (voor dezelfde prijs). VERBLIJF HIER NIET!!!

• Paulo Roberto (7/5): Local sem portaria para fornecer informações e vazio à noite nos fez desanimar de sair a noite. - Eu escolhi a localização e pedi um quanto silencioso. Mas, entendo que não escolhi o melhor ponto no centro histórico, pois estava muito deserto à noite, , e a dificuldade na regulagem do ar condicionado nos obrigou a abrir a janela, o que dificultou na avaliação do barulho. O atendimento foi bom e só faltou melhor orientação no uso do ar condicionado, TV e cafeteira; pois turistas podem não sentir a facilidade que locais têm para ler e operar bem estes equipamentos. Local muito vazio à noite.

La salle de bain n'était pas très propre et la vmc s'allume avec la lumière. Le bruit est très intense. Globalement la chambre mériterait d'être un peu rénovée..

• Milena (4/5): Didn't meet expectations - Great location. I didn't expect a lot. But I expected to be clean and it wasn't. Especially the shower. It was dirty and moldy. There were items from the previous tenants. There were stains on the sheets. I assume they were washed, but still there were stains. I sent and email asking if they provide shuttle from the airport and the answer was ..check on Google. I understand that they might not have this service but for sure they could've recommend a taxi service. Overall disappointing experience. The only good thing is the location.

• Robert (8/5): Comfortably central - Directly on one of the touristy laneways of centro historico you can watch it all from your window. These windows are double glazed so the noise is not too bad. The place has a great coffee machine to get you started in the morning.

The shower was blocked and the water was flowing back. When I finished showering the water had leaked into the room, bad. The room was comfortable, but it is essential that the bathroom is spotless and it was not.

• Yusuf (4/5): I do not recommend the place. - Location was good. The room and the bathroom was clean. They do not accept credit card. It was a terrible experience for me. For just 8 euros they forced me to use high commission international ATMs. No shampoo or soap, there was a container around the sink I could not understand if it is for hamd or bath. The people working cannot speak English.

And a sign about 50 eur fee for eating anything in a room is not nice. How can anyone forbid you or charge you for eating in your temporary home?! Otherwise all good and clean and nice.

Super clean and gave us such a sweet romantic surprise on our bed when we arrived. Despite being an older property as most places are in Italy, it felt really clean and had some new furniture too. • Bryony (4/5): Central but not great. - Centrally located. Good shower. Communication wasn't great, not clear on check in or check out. We were told to warm them 30 mins before our arrival, for no one to be there, had to wait for 3 women to arrive. Check out we were given instructions by the women to be told these were wrong via the booking messenger. Additional cleaning fee of €16 in cash upon arrival. Not sure really what this fee was for as the blanket had makeup on. Sheets had mascara on. Externally, is so loud, there's no attempt at sound shielding from the windows at all. It's on a main busy street so you can hear everything. Internally you can hear everything through the walls of the other rooms too. Luggage storage - unsecured. We were told to leave our bags in the lobby, when we returned, the front door had an open window next to it where you can reach through from the outside and open the front door... not safe at all.

• Natalie (5/5): Basic accommodation - There is everything you might need in the area, such as restaurants, cafes etc. A couple of famous pizza joints are close by. Bottled water was provided for free in the room and there is a kettle and coffee machine in the common area. The room is too small for two people, we couldn’t even have both our bags open at the same time. There is no service at all, no reception, and the cleaning service consisted only of making the beds, nothing else, not even emptying the bin. Communication with the staff is difficult as they don’t speak English. There is no lift so you will have to carry your luggage through the stairs that are very narrow.

Not too long a walk from the central station. Very near to lots of great restaurants, cafés and bars. Whilst we didn’t make use of them the place has coffee machine etc and is very easy to access whenever you want. Bathroom was not clean. Unfortunately the room we had was just directly above a street and was very noisy.

• Skradomir (8/5): Nice place in the heart of Napoli's old town!:) - It's in the heart of the old town - so everything is pretty close!:) I had a small cosy room, with the little balcony, clean and comfy. The staff was very friendly and caring - I even got a message during my stay if everything is going ok!:) A very nice lady welcomed me with water and coffee!:) and the price was really really good, comparing to other places like that! Well, it's in the heart of the old town, as I mentioned - so you should be aware it's really noisy - as the whole Naples is like that - people shouting in the middle of the night (around 3:30) (probably some drunk students), the garbage truck collecting the rubbish - also in the middle of the night xD, motorbikes making a lot of noise - I was waking up a couple of times, so if you're planning to have a peace and quiet - the centre of Napoli is not the best option;) Also, as you may suppose - there's no lift, so you have to carry your stuff up the stairs. Remember that there's also the city tax to pay separately and they don't take card for that! The room was quite small, the bathroom really small, and the shower - tiny - but that's quite common in Italy - not a problem for me personally, but if you're bit bigger you may struggle to get inside the shower cabin xD

Hence we made are our flights booking accordingly, but when we arrived no one was there, the lady came after an hour to check us in and said she has to leave and come back to clean the room for us before we enter it. So basically the room was clean and ready after 2.30! We waited more than 4 hours in the reception And when we checked out we just left the key as no one was there. I suggest working on the check in and check out process

• Peter (10/5): Warm welcome and great stay in a lovely little hotel on the heart of historic Naples - Fantastic location in the heart of historic Naples. Super friendly host. Very accommodating and helpful. Lovely lady. Kept the place spotless. We could leave our luggage after checking out and still enjoy the city before heading back. The property has a large fridge which makes it perfect for keeping your drinks or any food shopping. Complimentary espresso machine on the lobby and a mini oven. As soon as you come out you’re surrounded by all the shops, bars and restaurants. Room has everything you need and was very clean and comfy. Good shower and perfectly working air con (you need it in August). We liked everything.

The location is also excellent, 15 min's walk to the central station, many nice beautiful streets around. I am sorry to say so, but the room is just next to a noisy street, so I could not fall sleep until 3 am. The mattress is poor too, as it retains heat.

• Amy (8/5): Great spot for a weekend away - Great location, right in the heart of the historical quarter and a lively area. The hotel was lovely and staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was big, clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was a great relief in the summer heat.

Someone walked into our room trying to find their room (get some room numbers?). Central location and Napoli winning the league meant verrry loud parties outside. Not a lot you can do about that but not a quiet spot.
