• francesco (5/5): Da non ripetere assolutamente - Struttura pulita Zero disponibilità alla richiesta di effettuare il check in dopo cena, 130 € per una notte senza colazione, visto la posizione e la struttura datata sono veramente tanti. Diciamo che il titolare è stato molto furbo sapendo che quasi tutti gli hotel erano pieni vista la presenza di manifestazioni sportive in quelle date.

All'ultimo inoltre ci ha messo a disposizione una stanza con bagno privato che si era liberata per una disdetta, nonostante avessimo prenotato una camera con bagno in comune: cosa graditissima! Arrivare stanchi e trovare una camera pulita e accogliente è stato il massimo! Il condominio è situato in un posto molto comodo per chi arriva in auto ed è poi disposto a spostarsi con i mezzi. Consigliata!

He was supportive with information for traveling via the tram to the museo in Firenze. He made recommendations for street food, a Pizzarea to enjoy an extra discount. Besiana went ABOVE and beyond with her job for cleaning 🧼🧹 to ensure we were happy each and everyday. She brightens this place with her smile and warm Buongiorno! Her incredible patience with my così così Italiano. We ended up extending our time here. Although, we would have liked to have the conveniences of cooking facilities for our family we opted for the way we were welcomed here with the Italian 🇮🇹 culture of famiglia. It would be appreciated if the other guests were more respectful of the people who are paying overnight guests as well. It is not your parents house for you to leave your dirty dishes for others to clean up after you, nor the staff of this Novoli. If they are to do this then there should be extra fees included with those who are doing this kind of behavior. I do not think it should be tolerated. It is completely disgusting to leave a mess plus inappropriate. Be mature, an adult and clean up after yourself. It makes more work for the others staying here, or the staff at the Novoli. La ubicación era perfecta, con un supermercado y una parada de tranvía a solo 5 minutos.ñ Aunque había cocina, estaba algo vieja y sucia. La habitación no estaba del todo limpia, la alcachofa de la ducha estaba rota y la cama era bastante incómoda y muy bajita. Las Habitaciones no estaban bien aisladas y se podía escuchar todo desde dentro.

I found difficulties on looking the bathroom from inside. The bathrooms were outside the rooms and I found a lot of noises on closing bathrooms by the other rooms.

Fiyat-performans olarak ideal bir yer. Herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Odanın büyük bir balkonu vardı. Odanın dışında tesiste mutfak ve oturma alanları mevcut. Tesis güvenlikli bir site içerisinde bulunuyor. Adel'in iletişimi hızlı, mesajlara kısa sürede cevap veriyor. Tavsiye ederim. Yine gelsem burada kalırdım. Oda biraz küçüktü ama yeterliydi. Sonuçta sadece uyumak için odaya geldik.
• Rudd (10/5): Amazing Airbnb - The owner was very friendly and communicative. We arrived much later than check in yet he still made special accommodations for us. The kitchen is excellent. The rooms are quite spacious. The private bathroom was very clean. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in the living area despite the fact that our reservation had already ended. Definitely worth its value and it's situated nearby the airport which is very convenient. Nothing, everything was excellent.

La habitación fue lo suficientemente cómoda para 4 personas y si bien no teníamos un baño dentro de la habitación, se nos designó un baño exclusivo para nosotras. Volvería a hospedarme en este lugar sin duda Si veías en el mapa, parecía un poco lejos del centro pero normal tenías conexión fácil con el sistema de transporte.
