The location was amazing and the small room was very nice ! Keep in mind that the room can be seperate from the bathroom which for us was not a problem but it would better if we knew it from before!

• Karol (7/5): - Great location. Very close to all major sites in Florence. Description claims "soundproof walls", however walls are so thin that you can literally hear every whisper and (unfortunately) snoring from the next room, which gets even amplified by the wall. If you're unlucky with the neighbor you might not get any good sleep. moreover outer walls / windows are also sound amplifying and all the noises from the nearby plaza and street are coming to the room until late night and from early morning. I would not mind city noises when in a city, but claiming any soundproofing in the description is a straight lie which needs to be highlighted. Important to mention, there are plenty of "decorations", (lamps, skins, etc) hanging around, which are maybe making it look cool and "cute", but based on what you can see on them, these were never dusted, so if you're allergic better stay away. Kitchen equipment was meh, but you can probably heat something up if you need. ** Last but not least, the bed was so soft that after a couple of nights we both got severe lower back pain which we still, after a couple of weeks can't fully get rid of.

• Katalin (7/5): Really good location, the accommodation is good value for money - The location was fantastic, really close to most of the main attractions. The room was big and clean. We liked the atmosphere of this hostel, it had a special style. Morning coffee and tea was nice. The heating was not on the first evening, but we called Bred and he turned it on right away. It was a bit loud because street vendors pull their carts under the window early in the morning and late at night. The mattress in the bed was too soft to our taste, and the middle part has sunk in, we had to turn it around to have a bit more comfort during sleep.

Comodo l'erogatore di saponi per farsi la doccia e praticissimo il ferro da stiro. Perfetto l'asciugacapelli con tanto di diffusore per i ricci. Top il fatto che ci siano gli adattatori per le prese. Comoda e ben attrezzata la cucina. Bella l'area soggiorno rialzata anche se le scale erano barcollanti e senza protezioni. Mancava lo spinotto per attaccare la macchina del caffè in camera (noi ci siamo arrangiati con quello del ferro da stiro). Migliorabile la gestione di accensione del riscaldamento, personalmente avrei preferito che i termosifoni fossero accesi più a lungo la sera o anche solo slittare leggermente l'orario, inoltre aggiornerei gli orari del check in poiché nonostante si venga avvisati non corrispondono all'orario della pagina (come posso fare il check in alle 9 se il check out è alle 10?).

• 何 (10/5): 很棒的体验，如果再来佛罗伦萨还是会选择这里！ - 房间非常的漂亮，除了房间，厨房和厕所的装潢都非常的好看，很有小情调。地理位置很好，但是佛罗伦萨地面本身是很多石头凹凸的，即使离车站很近了还是需要拖着行李艰难的走石头路。没有电梯，但是楼梯间很大，一节台阶比较窄，搬运行李很方便。房东提早就沟通好了入住细节，有问题也随时给出反馈。入住体验很好。床是很软很软的，我老公有点睡不习惯，不过好像意大利西班牙大部分都是这种很软的床。

• Ryan (10/5): Highly recommend - Everything! It really felt like a home away from home. We have stayed in a lot of Hostels and this was the best one by far. We had a private bathroom that was clean and looked like it had been newly renovated. The shared kitchen was also clean. Our bedroom was large. The location was great. I really felt like the owners put a lot of care and consideration into their property and we really appreciated the information provided including restaurant suggestions. We are a family of 4 and would definitely stay here again.

• Marc (10/5): Beautiful apartment in the heart of Florence! - The room was spacious and the common area very well equipped and comfortable. The apartment is located in walking distance to all main attractions and easily reachable with a short walk from the T2 tram line (to and from the airport) Our hosts communicated and responded excellently and swiftly and gave us perfect tips as well as instructions for a smooth check in and check out.

Bed was very comfortable, the staff was very friendly by message, but they were not physically here. Very little security on the building. The doors did not automatically shut so several guests left it open after they left. We raised this issue to the staff.

• Yi-ting (9/5): Very classical and cultural accommodation - This is a great option if you want to include accommodation as part of a cultural trip, there are even murals on the ceiling. The location is great and the communication with the owner is very smooth. It is in the form of a Hostel. Although the bathroom and kitchen are dedicated, they are not so convenient outside the room. When you lie down on the second bed, you will feel that there is a crossbar in the middle, which is not very comfortable.
• Sharyn (10/5): Too short but everything we needed and more!! - It is more than just a hotel, it is creative, arty, quirky and full of lots of special touches. Every possible need for travellers is considered and more eg books, treats, kitchen items, storage, beautiful spaces. If ever in Florence we would stay here again. We will tell others. The parking arrangements were also exceptional. Nil
• Timothy (10/5): Excellent location and communication. - The location is excellent, and the use of door codes made everything simple and meant I could leave my luggage in the apartment on the final day after checking out. Communication was very good.
• Tania (7/5): Good located - The location is good, very closed to the center and there are few supermarkets near. The extra bed was of very poor quality, had backaches during my while stay. For the price I think they could provide a better bed.

• Jose (2/5): Great location offseted by a very poor customer service and disastrous bed quality - The location was really good and the apartment was nice, luminous and very clean. My sister and her husband, who shared the room with me, had a way better experience because they slept on a proper bed. I had the worst experience I’ve ever had in hotels around the world. My bed was not a bed but an old couch that had been converted into a bed. According to the property owner, it was in good condition before I arrived. However, when I arrived, it was completely destroyed and impossible to sleep on. It seemed like people had jumped on it, and some parts of the mattress were sunken, leaving the metal poles that supported its structure in direct contact with my back. Consequently, I contacted the property owner. She said it was not possible to get a new bed because it was Sunday. She agreed to add a mattress on top of the couch to remediate the situation, but it was still very uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on the floor, which caused a massive back pain that prevented me from enjoying the city. After I left the property, I complained again and asked for a discount, but the property owner was not very cooperative. Only after a month of messages through the platform’s customer service did she return about a fifth of the money I paid for the room.
• Eric (10/5): A wonderful place with a great vibe. - It is a nice place that has a home like feeling. It is well stocked with everything you need, and the kitchen is well supplied, and kept clean. I had the Moonshine Room, which was spacious and well decorated with moon themed furniture and art. There is a large share living room space with piano and couches, including an upstairs loft area. The kitchen is also shared, but since there is only one other room in this hostel, you pretty much have everything to yourself most of the time. The self check in with security codes, and good instructions made getting there and checking in easy. I really liked this place. Not much, the shower temperature fluctuates a little, but that’s about it.
• Steve (8/5): Fabulous apartment. Fabulous hosts. Fabulous time in Florence. - Its quirkiness and location, close to many tourist attractions. Less than 10 minutes to the station. Bred and Nadja great hosts who were very responsive to any issue. A little dark in the common areas.
• Lee (8/5): Super good location, but more care needed for bathroom - Location was super good! The rest room was not clean... The toilet was not properly cleaned and the handle of shower was stick with soap...
• Pooi (8/5): Convenient location! - Location was great and near all key attractions and the market. We could go back to rest easily when we were tired. We could also leave our luggage before and after check in. Provision of kitchen facility was good too. Note that toilet is not attached to room and requires navigating up and down 2 small flight of steps (no railing) which might be tough for those who need to go in the night. Main bed was comfy but sofa bed was not. It was also way colder in the room compared to outside for some reason even though the air-conditioning was not on. As per other reviews, you can hear the market vendors setting up at about 6.45am but it was ok for us since we were already awake due to jet lag.

• Nick357 (9/5): A comfortable stay in a wonderful location. - We had a wonderful stay at the Smallest Hostel in Florence. The location is incredible, with a 10m walk to the San Lorenzo square and a 250m walk to the Duomo. Also, there are only 2 rooms in the hostel, with private bathrooms but a shared kitchen and living area, so privacy is good. The noise in the street is an issue. There is also no washing machine nor any view, contrary to the listing.

• Dmitry (5/5): It was passable, but I would go for a different place next time. Surprised the place has >9 score. - The place is conveniently located not far from the main train station and main Florence tourist attractions including the Central Market. It is indeed a very noisy location, with carts going along the street to the Central Market in early morning and late evening in addition to continuous noise from a nearby piazza. Windows are not good enough to block it. The sink in the bathroom was almost completely clogged, though the place has high score for cleanses. I paid 130 Euro per night + city tax and I think what I got is not a good value for that amount although I understand that Florence is quite an expensive place but basic things like silence and proper plumbing maintenance should be well addressed for such price tag.

• Katrien (8/5): Very centrally located family room. - Spacious room right in the center of Florence. Very good location, easy to go back to the room during the day and have a quick rest or shower (there was a heatwave) Easy access through keypads, we didn't see the owners. Even kitchen available. Bed for kids was not made when we arrived. They did send someone later, but then we had already made it ourselves. The phone number on booking was not correct so when we had a problem finding the front door, the unmade bed, nobody was available to help. I found a second phone number in their welcome book, and that number was working. The airconditioning unit was pretty noisy so we had to turn it on and off to be able to sleep (heatwave). From 6am crazy amount of noise in the street below from market vendors getting their stuff from a garage or warehouse a little further down the street. This went on from 6-8 am ... off and on. The owners can't help this, but if you are a light sleeper, or need your sleep, or just hate loud annoying noises to wake up to, then don't book here... It really is a very loud noise. if you don't care about the noise, and just love a central location, this is the place to be!
