• Craig (10/5): - Nice little room in a fabulous location. Very central, can walk to every place you will want to visit. Host was very helpful and easy to deal with. Had a little fridge and a small table for two that was nice to have for our short stay. If you want a centrally located, nice simple room, nothing fancy but clean and safe then I recommend this pace Minor complaints would the bathroom was starting to show a few signs of wear that could use some minor repairs and the room had a strong smell of cleaning products in the room, but at least you know that they put effort into cleaning.

• Massimiliano (9/5): Al centro di Roma - Struttura accogliente e funzionale, ben arredata, in una posizione eccezionale, praticamente alle spalle di piazza Navona. Fabio, il gestore, particolarmente cortese e disponibile, pronto ad offrirti tanti consigli utili per visitare Roma.

Reggel érkezett a gépünk és a szállásra el is tudtuk helyezni csomagjainkat, így sokkal kényelmesebb volt a Colosseum és a Pantheon látogatásunk. A szoba jól felszerelt, mindent tartalmaz ami a leírásban van. Fabio ajánlásával pár helyre el is látogattunk, nem bántuk meg! Gyalog mentünk mindenhová, a közelben van egy COOP így a reggeli is megoldott volt. -

Si bien no sirven desayuno, hay una maquina de café y reponen cápsulas todos los dias. Solo tener en cuenta que son 2 pisos por escalera (pero vale la pena!)

• Minas - Theodoros (10/5): A perfectly located, clean, and comfortable stay with outstanding service that made our trip effortless and enjoyable - Our stay at Primo Piano Suites was excellent. Fabio was extremely kind and helpful. Need to mention that since we had a late flight, he provided us with extra keys so we could access the reception and store our luggage comfortably during the day. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping. The location is perfect, right next to Piazza Navona, yet surprisingly quiet when the windows are closed. Everything you might need is just downstairs, bus stop, places for food and drinks, and a supermarket. All major attractions like Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Colosseum, and Vatican City are within easy walking distance. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. -

• Eleonora (9/5): Consiglio assolutamente questa struttura! - Abbiamo soggiornato in questa suite con il mio ragazzo e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La struttura è bellissima, curata nei dettagli e la camera era accogliente, con un letto comodissimo e tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Un ringraziamento speciale al ragazzo della reception (di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome), che è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile. Ci ha dato ottimi consigli su come visitare Roma, rendendo la nostra esperienza ancora più piacevole. Il soffione della doccia non andava molto bene. Tuttavia, si tratta di dettagli che non hanno compromesso il nostro soggiorno.

The host, room and location itself was perfect. The only issue we had was a private tenant in the room above us was very noisy between the hours of 1am-3am.

The room is cleaned every day , the bed is comfortable and Fabio , the gentleman that answer all our questions, is ready to be there for any help you need. The area is a bit noisy .

• Malwina (10/5): Pierwszy, ale na pewno nie ostatni pobyt w Rzymie w Primo Piano - Genialna lokalizacja! Wszędzie blisko, poruszaliśmy się tylko pieszo. Pokój bardzo fajny, czysty. Na wyposażeniu lodówka, czajnik, ekspres do kawy, suszarka. Bardzo sympatyczny Gospodarz podczas zakwaterowania opowiedział nam co warto zobaczyć podczas pobytu. Polecam, na pewno tu wrócimy! Nasz pokój był na 3 piętrze, ale dla nas nie był to żaden problem. Nie ma się co zastawiać, pokój jest super.

La camera è ampia e spaziosa, con una bella finestra e dei soffitti molto alti che, personalmente, abbiamo molto apprezzato. Camera tutto sommato pulita, contenente l’essenziale. Nel bagno a volte si sentiva un leggero odore di fogna. Inoltre, manca il bidet.
• Palaiou (10/5): Perfect, central, and great value for money! - Amazing experience! The room was in an incredibly central location, small, cozy, and had everything we needed. The daily cleaning was spotless! Fabio was an excellent host, always helpful and kind. I would definitely stay again! The only downside was that there was no elevator, which was a bit difficult for my elderly mother.

• María de la O (10/5): Muy bien situada - El hotel estaba muy céntrico, perfecto para moverte andando a todos sitios y para poder disfrutar de los monumentos por la noche sin tanta masificación de gente. Fabio fue muy amable al cambiarnos la habitación a una en una planta inferior ya que yo iba con una lesión de rodilla (el hotel no tiene ascensor). El inodoro tiene poca presión de agua y la ducha sólo tiene la alcachofa superior, con lo que es algo incómodo si no quieres mojarte la cabeza. Pero no es nada que desmejore la estancia en el hotel.

• Xie (8/5): Nous avons passé 2 nuits agréables. - Un très bon emplacement pour visiter tous les musées et monuments à côté. La chambre est propre et elle assez spacieuse pour y déposer nos affaires. Le lit de la chambre est très confortable. Le gérant est très gentil et nous a recommandé de bons endroits pour acheter des souvenirs. Dans notre chambre, le pommeau de douche dans la salle de bain est assez spéciale, l’eau ressortait en petits filaments et avec la pression de l’eau ce n’était pas agréable du tout. De plus, après une dizaine de minutes l’eau devenait froide…

• MESUT (10/5): Temiz, merkezi ve iyi iletişimi olan bir otel - Resepsiyonda arkadaşımız çok yardımseverdi çok az İngilizce bilgimize rağmen tüm yönlendirmeleri mükemmel bir şekilde yaptı kendisine özellikle teşekkür ediyoruz. Kahvaltı salonundaki arkadaşta çok ilgili ve nazikti, kahvaltı çeşit olarak bizlerin alışkın olduğu seviyede değil fakat iş görüyor gayet yeterliydi. Otel o kadar merkezi bir konumdaki bir çok yere yürüyerek gittik geldik. Ayrıca hemen dibindeki otobüs duraklarıyla her yere rahatlıkla gidip gelebildik. Günlük temizlik yapılıyordu ve odalar sürekli temizleniyor ve havlular değiştiriliyordu. Otel ana cadde de olmasına rağmen ses yalıtımı da çok iyiydi. Olumsuz bir durumla karşılaşmadık ve çok memnun ayrıldık teşekkür ederiz.

• Faith (10/5): I would definitely recommend staying here and will be booking this again when we visit Rome in the future. - It was very close and within walking distance to many of the main squares, famous attractions, and very good restaurants. We had our own private bathroom and the place was very clean. Nothing. Fabio was amazing and very responsive.

• Chrysa (9/5): - Τα δωμάτια βρίσκονται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Είναι πολύ κεντρικά, σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση απο όλα τα αξιοθέατα. Ήταν πολύ καθαρά, με ωραία θέα από το δωμάτιο μας. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ εξυπηρετικος και ευχάριστος. Απολαύσαμε την διαμονή μας. Τα δωμάτια βρίσκονται στον 4ο όροφο, γεγονός που μπορεί να δυσκόλευε καποιο άτομο. Η ηχομόνωση μεταξύ των δωματίων δεν είναι η καλύτερη.

Every day the room was tidied after we left, which we really appreciated. The location is perfect and very convenient for exploring the city. Highly recommended!
