• Надежда (9/5): - The room was spacious, the bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom was big. It was clean and the living room that we were sharing with other guests of the house had board games and billiard board, which made the stay quite fun. And last but not least, our landlord, Antonella, was such a nice lady. She welcomed us even before the check-in time and gave us amazing recommendations for some nice restaurants. Staying at casa Antonella felt like we were at home.

• Alberto (8/5): - Ubicación El hecho de tener que dejar los zapatos en el pasillo, frío, sin calefacción, con 2 grados en el exterior. Por la mañana los zapatos estaban congelados y húmedos y mi marido se cogió dolor de garganta y tos. Entiendo la razón del procedimiento, pero entonces hay que poner calefacción en el pasillo o dejar los zapatos en el salón, que está calefactado.

• Sara (7/5): - La ubicación sobre todo Mucho control de la anfitriona , zapatillas para entrar , me vio salir con mi zapatillas en la mano de la habitación y me llamó la atención , te obliga a cerrar las 3 puertas cada vez que sales y te lo repite mil veces , me llamó la atención por manchar de maquillaje una toalla , no hace camas y nos dejó las mismas toallas para 4 días , tampoco nos quiso guardar las maletas el último día bueno al menos puso mala cara , además el check in es a las 10h cuando en todas partes es a las 12h , si tienes un lugar así tienes que hacer que la gente se sienta cuidada pero no agobiar o quejarse como lo hace , no volvería

• Gabriella (10/5): Cosy homestay - You are hosted by the lovely Antonella in a wing of her typical Venetian palazzo. The flower room has its own en-suite bathroom, big canal facing windows, a kettle, and a tv. The room comes with a couch and a double bed. The common room has a sitting area, a fridge, a microwave, help yourself breakfast items, and maps and so on. Antonella provided us with the intruction for the visitor free exemption. 10 mins on foot from rialto, overall a perfect place to stay in venice. The entrance is through the tight alleyway, rather than where google pins it.

• Elena (7/5): Good location and very clean, but the facilities are not the best - The location of the property is great, it's very close to the Rialto bridge but it is very quiet because it is on a side street. The room was also extremely clean and so was the bathroom. Even though the room was clean, the fact that we had to take our shoes off outside the common living area was a hassle and uncomfortable. The worst part about our stay was the bed, which was incredibly uncomfortable. The mattress was extremely thin and the topper was smaller than the mattress so the top side of the bed was lower than the rest of the bed. Also the pillows were really thin and tough. Overall it was really uncomfortable and very hard to sleep in. There is also no air conditioning, only a fan. We were there is September so it wasn't too bad, but if you come in the summer it's probably very hot. The bathroom is very large but the shower cabin is quite small so it's a bit uncomfortable to wash your hair or shave. The WiFi was not very good either, the internet was quite slow.
• Elizabete (9/5): Amazing apartment! - The host Antonella was very sweet and welcoming, she even suggested the best places to eat, visit. The place was also amazing - there were board games, pool table, spacious. Very close to everything, great location. To be honest - it was a bit loud till about 11PM and from around 7AM. It wasn’t loud all the time, but once in a while a boat goes by the window and then it was quite loud since the windows are right next to the canal. But it wasn’t anything very disturbing and we still really enjoyed our stay and would like to return some day.

• Aidan (5/5): Not worth it - Bed was comfortable, great location Not worth the money No air conditioning. Strange house rules. We got eaten alive by bugs in the unit. The windows were too high to close, letting all the bugs in. Even if we could close them, it was so hot that we needed them open.

• Jorge (10/5): Outstanding host, great facilities and a good place to avoid large crowds - The host was incredible. She was very helpful helping me out to set up my itinerary. The room was big. The location is good too. San Marco, arguably the most popular spot, is not far. The water stops are not far either. The alleyways that were close to the property were not very crowded, unlike those in San Marco where moving can become hard with the crowds. Getting to the place involves going through many alleys and I got lost more than once, which seems common in Venice. However, once I found a convenient path from Rialto it became much easier to move back and forth.
