• eloisa (10/5): perfect location, quiet and clean - ovídio the host was friendly and helpful, the guest house is at an excellent location, the room was quiet, clean and bright with two doors to the little balcony outside. the shared bathroom was spotless and cleaned daily, the door locks securely and the water pressure is very nice. loved the pomegranate hand soap! traveling with mom mom with limited mobility, we found that the bus 71 stop at via gioberti was the closest from the place, but being so close to termini was excellent for any other mode of transportation. also, i was a little skeptical about station near termini and how it would look at night but the place is lively, with many places to eat if around the corner you’re tired coming home from a long day of sightseeing. if the logistic of a shared bathroom is not an issue for you, i recommend this place 100%. and if possible, shower at night to avoid waiting for your turn in the morning. *only* an issue if you have limited mobility, are traveling with strollers or big suitcases: the guesthouse is at the 5th floor. the elevator, like most old italian building elevators is small and has double doors that needs to be closed from inside manually, otherwise it won’t move. that is the rule and it’s written everywhere, impossible to miss. the host made sure to educate us on it, and we are savvy so we learned. but there’s other tourists staying at this and other guesthouses in the building, and that is the issue: so twice we came home at night and the elevator was “stuck” at an upper floor (once in our floor, the 5th and once at the 3rd). i had to walk upstairs, find it, close the door so that my mom (elderly, limited mobility) could press the button on the ground floor and ride the elevator up. for us it was a minor inconvenience, because i am able bodied and could walk five stories up. but if she was alone, she would be stranded at the entrance. it’s not the hosts fault and not a fixable issue, other than try to teach people how it works. i’ve stayed in other guesthouses like this, in old roman buildings and this is very common, so if accessibility is the top priority maybe consider a hotel.

• BOVAL (10/5): L’hôte est adorable super sympa et répond à toutes les questions , lieu très propre et souvent nettoyé . Nous avons pass - Super bien placé très proche de la gare ! Le soir un petit peu insecure pour des filles mais ça va tout s’est bien passé !
• Zelewska (10/5): Calm and comfy - The owner kept the place clean. There’s kitchen where you can make coffee or tea and keep your food in the fridge. We got a clean towels whenever we needed them. There’s also an elevator what is really comfy. The neighborhood wasn’t really loud in the night. + for free wifi 😁

Her yere yürüme mesafeinde olduğu için gezerek - Tesisin konumu harika terminiden inince 1 dakikada bulabiliyorsunuz. Her yere yürüme mesafesinde Tesisin bir tek ortak kullanım banyosunu beğenmedim. Ortak kullanımlı olduğunu bilmiyordum. Aşırı temiz değillerdi diğer odadakiler yoksa oda ve mutfakta bize sağlanan avantajlar çok iyi. Banyonun kendiside dizayn olarak iyi.

Entiendo que la política de cancelación es la que es, pero no me parece profesional dejar de contestar simplemente por ese cambio. Rservé directamente un hotel 4 estrellas a través de booking en la misma calle. La verdad, aunque respeto la política, creo que la reserva fue un error (no cumplía el estándar que se buscaba, nunca pensé compartir baño con 3 habitaciones dobles...) pero alguna compensación sería esperable, en aras de fidelizar un cliente habitual y que realiza reservas de alto importe...

• Jhoan Sebastian (8/5): Cool - Cleanliness, great location, comfortable enough. Good for a couple of days. The property is at the last floor of the building and the elevator is tiny and sometimes people don’t close the elevator properly so it wouldn’t work. To keep in mind if you have big luggage.

• Nasly (10/5): Maravilloso y cómodo - Me encantó , la cama comodisima, el baño a pesar de ser compartido siempre limpio , no sé si tuve suerte : Es un depa y en el último piso está este lugar, solo hay que tener cuidado cuando se salga muy tarde en la noche porque es un poco tránsfugo el ambiente …pero cerca - 23 min caminando del coliseo , 35 min del Vaticano pero la idea ahí es caminar por cada rincón y disfrutar El ascensor

Refrigerator was great to have to store our leftovers & water bottles. The balcony is a huge plus - enjoyed a few meals out there and it was great. Highly recommend. Only 2 blocks away from the train station

• Rebecca (10/5): good value and great room - the room in this apartment was great, aircon was strong and the bed comfortable. wardrobe space and small table if you wanted to use, aswell as a balcony! bathroom was modern and clean, shower pressure was good! location was really close to the station which was a great help. check in was easy and communication good, the host had coffee and cold water stocked in the fridge throughout our stay which was thoughtful. good value for money for rome - we would stay again! no complaints

The location couldn't have been better—just a 5-minute walk from Termini Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and catching public transport. The apartment itself was immaculately clean, and even though the bathroom was shared, it was always kept spotless and well-maintained. The atmosphere of the place was warm and welcoming, creating a cozy environment to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

• Vishnu (10/5): The stay was very pleasant, our check-in was very smooth and the utilities in the space was verygood - The view from the room balcony, the wifi, freedom to use the kitchen and guests sharing the washroom kept it very neat too. On the whole it was a great experience. Thanks to the host! The shower cabinet needs a small stand for soap holder
• Ege (7/5): Hot Water Problem - The room was clean and comfortable. There were also extra towels, pillows, and blankets. The host gave us fruit juices, mineral, and still water bottles when we enter the house which was cute. However, even though we were fine with the shared bathroom, there was no hot water when I try to take a shower. It was a big problem for us because the water was really really cold. And when I check the advert, I still couldn’t see a warning relating with the hot water issues. Finally, the house is near Termini station, which is a pro for us. Even though some people find the neighbourhood sketchy, we didn’t experience anything negative and we felt safe all the time. But I still advice you to not to walk so far from the house in the neighbourhood at night. Even though the street is live and safe all the time, I can’t say the similar things for the whole neighbourhood.

Every room and the shared space has its balcony. Clean and comfy. I can recommend this place! The bathroom is shared between those 3 rooms which makes you wait a little bit when you want to take a shower. But this is fine because we knew that from the beginning.

And 20 min walking distance to cololseum The elevator is very tiny, 2 people can fit there. If the elevator door is not closed properly (2 doors outer and inner), it doesn't work. If you r unlucky you may need to break the stairs towards 6/7 the floor as there are always some people who don't close the door properly.

• Fiona (6/5): I loved it. the hotel is a walking distance from the train station. no problem at all - There was no breakfast. was not included in the room . but overall everything was good.. restaurants are by the door step you don’t need to walk far at all. everything was perfect. the host was amazing.
• Trenton (1/5): Horrible, don’t waste your money. - Good wifi, nice Shower. The place was clean but other than that it was a horrible stay. Where to start! First, there were no check in instructions of how to get into the key box. Stuck in the street with my back pack until someone came around. When I got to my room there was no bed. Just a child’s cot on the ground. While I was sleeping it collapsed. I complained and they said they would get a good bed. Which they did but it didn’t arrive until the evening the following day. During the night time every 45 minutes or so an alarm buzzer would ring. Keeping me awake. Didn’t get any sleep here. When I messaged through booking they didn’t respond. Overall one of the worst experiences travelling. I do not recommend wasting your money. I should also mention it is essentially and apartment with 3 bedrooms.
