• Bianca (10/5): Great stay in beautiful room, and very kind staff! - The property was very clean. The furniture is beautiful and the mattress comfortable, the bathroom spotless. The reception is a few streets away, however a very short distance, and the staff are incredibly helpful! They also stored our luggage for several hours after the check out. I would definitely recommend this place!

• ROSA MARIA (9/5): Estancia y ubicación perfecta en Venecia - Ubicación cerca parada vaporetto. A 15 min.andando de Piazzale Roma y a 20 min en vaporetto de Plaza San Marcos. Camas cómodas y habitación correcta. Cerca restaurantes y tiendas, pero alejada del ruido. Personal muy atento y amable. El check-in/out se tenía que hacer en otro edificio que está a 5 min. andando. No sirven desayunos, pero muy cerca hay bares y restaurantes donde ir.

• Gillian (8/5): Great location in a magical city. - Location is fantastic. 50m one way is a water bus stop. 50m the other way is the main street with shops, bars and restaurants. It takes 10mins to walk to the train station, 20 mins to Rialto Bridge and 30 mins to St Mark's Square. The lift was broken and, chatting to the cleaners, it seems like it is always broken. We were going on a cruise after our stay so our suitcases were heavy. Carrying them up 3 flights of stairs to the 2nd floor was tough. We are late 50s/60 yrs old. Without a working lift this hotel is not suitable for anyone in their late 60s or older.

• Anderson (10/5): Excellent - Très bon emplacement. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Personnel très sympa avec des bons conseils. Environnement calme et pas brouillant du tout. J'aimerais bien avoir un frigo bar dans la chambre, c'est l'unique point faible. Certes il en avait un en partage a disposition mais je n'aime pas trop ce concept.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και προσεγμένο, ενώ η καθαρίστρια ερχόταν καθημερινά και φρόντιζε να διατηρείται σε άψογη κατάσταση. Συνολικά, μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι από την εμπειρία μας.

• Truji (7/5): Sería bueno si tuviese mejor equipada la cocina - La ubicación, la limpieza, las camas están bien y es bastante amplio, sitio tranquilo. Muy poco menaje de cocina, cubiertos, vasos y platos de plástico, sin cafetera, el agua de la ducha sale con poca presión y no se podía pagar la luz de la entrada. Elegimos el extra lux porque tenía cocina para desayunar, pero al final no pudimos por la falta de cafetera.

Se un cliente ha un volo lungo o fa tardi la sera deve mettere in conto che verrà svegliato dalle porte che sbattono, e non erano ospiti come han cercato di giustificare... Gentilissimi loro e la ragazza alla reception, alla quale avevo chiesto specificatamente se al mattino vicino alla stanza ci sarebbe stata confusione. Peccato. Sicuramente sarò stata sfortunata io, ma il problema di Venezia è che via uno sotto un altro e prima liberi la stanza prima finiamo.

• Irene (10/5): - The room was wonderful, with the balcony overlooking the canal. Very spacious with comfortable bed. The location was very convenient with lots of nice places around for food and drinks, away from the very touristic parts of Venice.
• Olesia (10/5): - We had a fantastic stay! The location is magical, super close to San Marcuola vaporetto station and within walking distance to main attractions. Also, the room was overlooking the channel (check out the pictures), just like we wanted. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and pleasantly warm even with the heating system off. The staff is worth mentioning separately! When we had a problem with the bathroom on the third day, the reception staff quickly moved us to another room (thank you!!) And in general the staff was super friendly, allowed us to check in earlier and to leave the luggage after the check-out. Regarding the amenities - there's a fridge on the floor, and a kettle in the room, so it's quite possible to organize breakfast in the morning. And of course there are plenty of places to eat out nearby. The shower sprinkler head could be bigger, but it's a minor thing, really. It's a great hotel overall and definitely recommended.

In modo particolare ci è piaciuta l'accoglienza, la disponibilità e la facilità di comunicazione con i gestori. Ci hanno dato la possibilità di usufruire della stanza anche oltre il check out, in assenza di altre prenotazioni, ed è stata un'attenzione molto gradita, a maggior ragione perchè ha anticipato una nostra richiesta e ci ha consentito di passare una giornata con ancora più comodità. ottimo riferimento in cui tornare! /

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß uns es gab sogar einen Balkon (geteilt mit dem Nebenzimmer). Blick zur Straße. Wir waren im Oktober da und es gab keine Heizung, nur ein Klimagerät mit kalter Luft. Die Bettdecken waren typisch für Italien: Laken mit dünner Wolldecke eingeschlagen.

Room was big, there was 1 big bed and 2 small, that we could use for sitting. There was also hair dyer, shower gel, soap, all you need in bathroom. Also tv, extra blankets and tables. Easy to check out before working hours. Nothing important! All was great!
