• mmazzei91 (10/5): Ottimo! - Ottima posizione a 10-15 minuti a piedi dal Colosseo e vicinissimo a San Giovanni in Laterano, camera semplice ma ampia, pulita e completa di tutto. Colazione abbondante e mini frigo in camera dove poter mettere anche le proprie cose. Lo staff molto gentile sia nell'accogliere le richieste che nel fornire quanto promesso. Un po' di segni di usura su muri e altre parti della camera (ingresso invece impeccabile) imputabili però all'incuria degli ospiti e non ai gestori.

Le petit déjeuner avait peu de variété. Le quartier est calme et l'appartement est à 200m du métro Metronia. La gérante est souriante ce qui est agréable! Rien n'a été pas apprécié voir commentaires ci-dessus.

I dealt with Francesca, and she was extremely kind, helpful, and responsive to all my questions. Overall, a good experience thanks to the cleanliness and the good service. Kahve ve çay konusunda çok rahattı. Su ısıtıcısının olması ve küçük bir buzdolabının çalışıyor olması. Havlular ve yatak örtüleri temiz. Konumu metroya çok yakındı fakat metro düzenli calismadigi için zorluk çektik. Daha sonra otobüsler ile ulaşımı sağladık. Kahvaltısı idare ederdi.

• Harald (5/5): Für den Preis leider zu wenig Leistung - Die Unterkunft liegt nahe der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Der Zirkus Maximus ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Der Straßenlärm war leider, trotz geschlossenem Fenster und Rollladen, sehr laut. Dazu kam, dass einige Gäste die Funktion einer Türklinke nicht kennen.... Das es im Jahr 2026 keinen einzigen deutschsprachigen Fernsehsender gibt, ist auch schade. Die Wände können auch gerne wieder einmal Farbe vertragen und das Badezimmer saniert werden.

Volveré. Por decir algo, las paredes de la habitación tienen algunos arañazos.

Lage war ok, nahe Metro und Bus, circa 20 Minuten ins Zentrum Großes Problem war der Lärm. Das es war nachts und morgens extrem laut. Anders als in anderen Bewertungen angemerkt, ist dies nicht nur auf die Straße zurückzuführen (diese spielt natürlich auch eine erhebliche Rolle). Schlimmer ist aber, dass man wirklich jedes Geräusch aus den anderen Zimmern hört, sei es die Lüftung, der Föhn, die Dusche etc. Die Kaffeemaschine und der Toaster befinden sich auch an der Rezeption, was natürlich dazu führt, dass morgens permanent Menschen durch die Gegend laufen und die Türen auf und zu schlagen. Ich bin normalerweise 0berhaupt kein lärmempflindlicher Mensch, aber in diesem Hotel konnte ich kaum schlafen... Außerdem ist das Bad sehr klein, man kann sich kaum richtig auf die Toilette setzten und es fehlt die Duschtüre.

• Edith (7/5): Gute Unterkunft für einen kurzen Rom-Trip, eine halbe Stunde Gehzeit vom Kolosseum, mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig ausgestattet, sauber, von ausreichender Größe. Die Vermieter waren nicht persönlich vor Ort, aber wir waren im regen Austausch per WhatsApp und ich wurde mit wertvollen Tipps für den Aufenthalt versorgt. Man stolpert gleich mal über eine Stufe in den Raum. Es gibt kein Fenster ins Freie, nur in einen Innenschacht des Gebäudes. Die Wände sind dünn - vom Zimmernachbarn hört man alles. Es gibt zwar eine Ruheordnung seitens des Vermieters, aber daran halten sich nicht alle. Es gibt nur italienische TV-Sender. Netflix o.ä. wäre wünschenswert.

Francesca é uma ótima anfitriã, me apoiou em tudo que eu precisei, desde o inicio! - Localização, limpeza, funcionamento das coisas (tomadas, chuveiro, luzes, ar condicionado, etc), tudo é bem novinho, atual, bem cuidado. O café da manhã no quarto é bem completo, fofo, organizado. Vale a pena o cafe no quarto pois você consegue tomar o café a hora que quiser. Não tem nada que eu não tenha gostado, sinceramente. Gostei de tudo desde o começo.

Camera abbastanza tranquilla (la via su cui si affaccia la stanza è molto trafficata) , va bene per poche notti La struttura è in un appartamento. Il corridoio è in comune e ci sono diverse camere. Non c'è personale, il check in e tutto si fa in modo automatico. La colazione è essenziale e si consuma in camera, di prodotti conservati (dato che non c'è personale). Comunque c'è un po' di tutto, fette biscottate, tè, caffè in cialde. C'erano lavori nell'appartamento sopra e la strada di fianco è molto trafficata, quindi non è molto tranquillo. In generale, spendendo questa cifra, a Roma può andare bene per un paio di notti.

We do not have problems with reach all destinations like Coloseum, Vaticani, Forum Romanum and city center. Breakfast is in form "Do it yourself", very useful, you have the fridge in your room, you get every day: milk, bread, some sweets, yogurt, cheese, prosciutto or other ham. Coffee and tea you can make no limit in the corridor, near to reception desk. 🥰 Our 10/10 POINT goes to....bed and matrace. This is so comfortable, we slept like children after long day. Really recommend! Perfetto!!! 💙💙💙

Room was clean and tidy. До Колізею - 20 хвилин пішки, до багатьох історичних памʼяток можна дістатися пішки, без транспорту. Неподалік метро Ст.Джованні, тож дістатися до інших місць Риму не проблема. В 2хв. знаходиться супермаркет, де можна купити готову їжу. Багато відгуків про Франческу, тож, я це підтверджую. Вона дуже добра, контактна, все нам розповіла і підказала. Дякую їй! Дуже сподобався номер, в якому ми перебували. Дуже естетичний санвузол. Все для сніданку подають в номер. Немає ніяких зауважень)

• Pierre (4/5): - Emplacement, équipement de ménage tous les jours. Beaucoup trop bruyant, que ce soit l'insonorisation interieur ou extérieur. Et petit déjeuner de mauvaise qualité.
