• Tori (10/5): - It was perfect for my 1 night stay. Great room for a solo traveller everything that I needed. Straight across from the train station it was very easy to find. I loved the later check out as I was catching an afternoon train and I didn't have to wait around the train station too much I could just relax in the room a little longer Nothing everything was great for 1 night

Il letto era comodo, 2 cuscini per una piazza e mezzo, poi c'era la macchinetta del caffè e il bollitore con le bustine del the. Televisore 32 pollici in camera. Ottimo veramente. Io personalmente lo terrò in cionsiderazione per il prissimo soggiorno

Infelizmente chegamos no horário de check in, às 15h e precisamos esperar um pouco, porque não tinha ninguém para nos receber. Mas o porteiro do prédio é brasileiro e super gentil, acabamos que nem percebemos os 30 minutos de atraso Não sabíamos abaixar o blackout da janela, o que incomodou um pouco e a tampa do banheiro estava quebrada e deixaram para arrumar quando chegamos. Como só iríamos passar uma noite, falamos que não precisava, pois queríamos descansar, mas acredito que isso poderia ter sido feito antes do check in No mais, a localização é ótima para quem quer usar a linha central e o quarto confortável

The bed was comfortable. A kettle, tea, and coffee were provided. The most important thing for me was that I had to go sightseeing in Milan after checking out in the morning. When I left the hotel, Jem Bey, who worked there, helped us store our bags at the hotel. Thank you for your support. I have been to 4 cities in Italy. No hotel provides slippers. Не ми харесва това, че настаняването е 15ч, ние отидохме в 15:30ч и се наложи да чакаме, защото не ни беше готова стаята. В крайна сметка ни настаниха. Бяхме супер изморени, защото много рано сутринта кацнахме и с тава закъсняло настаняване беше малко разочароващо. На всичкото отгоре, веднага щом ни настаниха започнаха да чистят с прахосмукачка коридора и да си говорят високо. Та освен, че чакахме да изчистят стаята, ги чакахме да си говорят и да продължат с чистенето в коридора. В банята подвижният душ не работеше, а налягането беше много слабо. За жена с гъста и дълга коса е невъзможно измиването и.

• Francesca (9/5): Struttura accogliente - La struttura è vicino alla stazione centrale e da lì ci si può spostare con i mezzi. I gestori hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli all'arrivo in portineria (che però domenica e se non sbaglio anche sabato è chiusa) e in struttura l'ultimo giorno prima della partenza. Ho avuto un problema con la tapparella e sono prontamente intervenuti, anche se era tardi. Lo spazio tra il wc e il lavandino è veramente minimo. In doccia c'era un soffione a soffitto che, per non bagnarmi i capelli, non volevo usare ma anche impostando solo la doccetta continuava a gocciolare acqua fredda.

• Ornella Soledad (10/5): Personale attento e posizione imbattibile - Abbiamo prenotato una notte a House Beatrice e consiglio questo posto al 100%. Michele ci ha assistito molto bene, è una persona molto gentile e molto attenta. Il nostro aereo era in ritardo e temevamo di non arrivare all'orario del check-in. Ha fatto tutto il possibile per farci stare tranquilli, ci ha dato istruzioni su come accedere e ci ha trasmesso tranquillità in modo da avere un volo e un arrivo tranquillo, senza stress e senza fretta. Inoltre, all'arrivo, avevamo la camera riscaldata, ci aveva lasciato tè e caffè. La camera era molto pulita e la posizione è ottima, di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria di Milano. Grazie Michele per tutto, per il prossimo giro a Milano, sicuramente prenoteremo qui senza esitazione. Niente da dire.
