• Aleksei (7/5): - Удобные апартаменты в приятном районе, вокруг достаточно тихо, но в целом до основных туристических мест можно добраться без проблем. Неподалеку есть магазины и ресторанчики. Хозяин очень приветлив, рассказал о всем что необходимо и оформил туристический сбор, оплату которого теперь, надо отметить, могут проверить прямо на улице. В апартаментах было не очень чисто, полотенцесушитель в ванной покрыт многолетней пылью, посуду пришлось дополнительно вымыть.

• Kano (7/5): 親切な対応と立地が魅力、コスパ重視のゲストハウス - 最初にオーナーが丁寧に部屋を案内してくれるので、とても安心できました。 部屋は清潔で、ドライヤーなどの設備も問題なく快適に過ごせました。 主要な観光スポットへ徒歩で行ける立地の良さも魅力的でした。 エレベーターがなく、大きなスーツケースを階段で運ぶのは少し大変でした。 また、鍵の開け閉めが日本人には少し分かりづらかったです。 ただし、初日にオーナーが親切に詳しく教えてくれたので助かりました。

• Aizhan T (7/5): - Very quiet Location. Close to the train station. Friendly and readily available staff. Enough space for a large family. The washing machine may only be used during limited hours in the afternoon. The lights go out when there are many electrical devices connected to the mains. Lots of unnecessary items in the kitchen cupboard.

A szoba felszerelése modern, a szállásadó pontos volt és kedves, a megbeszélt időpontban várt bennünket, türelmesen végigmutatott mindent számunkra, elégedettek voltunk. A légkondicionáló nem volt túlzottan hatékony, valamint egy főzőlap jól jönne kisebb dolgok felmelegítéséhez, de utóbbi végülis nem olyan fontos. Kis fejtörést okozott a szállás megtalálása, mert a címen nem volt kiírva a szállás neve, a térkép viszont nem volt nagyon segítségünkre, ezért többször elmentünk a szálláshely mellett, mire megtaláltuk.

• Nastassia (8/5): Good value for money - The host was super hospitable. The location is good, it's a quiet neighborhood with a big supermarket nearby, close to the train station. The prices in restaurants around here are also lower compared to the ones closer to the center. The apartment itself is spacious, with A/C in each room. Beds are big and comfy. In the kitchen there was salt, sugar, and cooking oil. There was no rule to take out the garbage bags at the check out, and we were able to leave our bags for the rest of the day after check out. In the kitchen there was no towel or paper towels There was only one big towel per person, no separate towels for hands/face In the shower the drainage is working slow

• Christine (8/5): Clean and practical apartment in a nice neighborhood - This apartment is a 13 minute walk from the main train station, and situated in a lovely, quieter neighborhood. The garden of the apartment blocks is really beautiful and there are a lot of great restaurants nearby the canal. There’s also a nearby water taxi station. The apartment room itself was clean and practical for 3 adults. Appreciated how there were sufficient electrical outlets for charging devices, and the AC worked well in the summer. There was mosquito netting covering the windows which was great if you want to air the room. There was also an electrical mosquito repellent plugged onto the wall. Thank you to the host for letting us drop off our bags earlier and for being so responsive. The bath mat could have been one that can be changed after each visit for hygiene. We also found out that within the same apartment unit, there was another room being rented out to other guests so it could get noisy at night.

• Nicholas (10/5): Amazing place to stay for 1-3 people! Very cozy, affordable, and accommodating! :) - Very cozey, cute spot that was in a very convenient spot in the city. The room had a nice setup, was private, and offered great utilities (windows, microwave/fridge, closet, private restroom, cold AC, etc.). The host is very accommodating and quick to communicate with! Also very kind and willing to help if you need it. Not that I didn’t like about it but just be ready for the stairs, it’s about 3 floors to get to your room so may be a hassle if you have a lot of luggage! Also a bit of a way away from the main tourist attractions but honestly nothing even bad.

• Abdelhak (8/5): Great value for money for a group of friends - In a quiet yet great location close to transportation (train and bus station) and close to local streets (less touristy) like Fondamenta dei ormesini with great restaurants and cafes after a long day of walking in touristy spots. Clean and the owner was responsive, reliable and flexible. Appreciated the extra heater available (we travelled in Mar)
• Regina (9/5): Superb - Staff was very accommodating and nice, they let us put down our luggage much earlier then check in time, and generally tried their best to accommodate our needs. Area is a little more tucked away, but it felt somewhere that people could actually live in Venice. The chair and table combo was a little off (in terms of sitting posture) when I was trying to get a bit of work done, but who’s visiting Venice to work anyways ;)

• Teodora (9/5): Worth to accommodate at Goldmine Guest house - The property was exactly like the description, at the same side of the boat station, which connects the property with the rest of Venice and Marko Polo airport. There were a lots of bistros in the neighborhood. The canals were so close, so you can hear the sounds of the water. The apartment was big, had all facilities, they were all working, clean. The host was very polite. There was pure light on the street where the property was located.
• Serhii (8/5): In general, this is a nice flat for family in a good place. - Everything was clean and in good condition. There is enough space for family. Owner allow us to move in a bit earlier. I really appreciate it. There is shared corridor between two properties, I didn’t know about that before. There might be a chance that you can meet strangers when you moving between rooms. But we didn’t meet them so that’s alright

• Enrique (8/5): Very good - Great location near to the train station. Close enough to walk around the city and far enough to be quiet at night. Rooms are big and well equipped and our host was super friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage, to have in consideration, is that the building doesn't have elevator and for older people is a little bit hard to walk to the second floor. Also, the neighbor in the upper floor is quite noisy when walk around (heavy heavy feet), but luckily the noise stop around 22:00-23:00 hrs each day.
