• Maria Esther (10/5): A great place to stay in Rome near Lepanto and Ottaviano metro stations. - The room is very comfortable and pretty, and the building has an elevator, a plus in an old building. The host, Robert was extremely helpful and friendly. It has a common room where there are complementary coffee and pastries. The place is exceptionally well located near two metro stations. There are also many restaurants and mini supermarkets nearby. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you Robert for your hospitality! There was nothing I disliked about this place.

• FvB (7/5): Einfaches Zimmer mit Bad in guter Lage - vor allem die Lage 200 m von Metro Ottaviano. Wir gehen davon aus, dass wir das Einfachste unter den möglichen Zimmern bekommen haben! Das Zimmer war sehr einfach, obwohl alles Notwendige vorhanden war. Dusche (ohne Handbrause) extrem klein (ca. 70 x 80 cm). Kein Rasier-/Schminkspiegel. Warmes Wasser dauert lange, schwer zu regulieren. K ein Handtuchtrockner. Kaffeemaschine (+Mikrowelle) nur in der Gemeinschaftsküche!

• pascale (9/5): Vivement recommandé - La chambre était spacieuse et très propre. Les draps et serviettes sont changés tous les deux jours. La cuisine commune est pratique pour le petit déjeuner, supermarché à proximité pour compléter les gâteaux laissés à disposition par Roberto. Métro A et de nombreux bus pour rejoindre rapidement tous les lieux touristiques.. De nombreux très bons restaurants à quelques minutes de marche pour le soir. Rien!

• Matias (8/5): Central - É bastante central. Prédio bonito e histórico. Quarto espaçoso. Tem alguma comida disponível. A limpeza: elementos esquecidos debaixo da cama denotam que a limpeza era deficiente e num dos dias não colocaram capa na almofada, além de que só arrumam/limpam o quarto de 2 em 2 dias. O check in é super estranho, em especial a parte dos cartões de cidadão (não fiquei nada confortável pelos dados recolhidos e pela forma). O prédio tem um elevador que não funciona a 100% e tivemos de subir e descer até ao 5º andar a pé algumas vezes. É um pouco barulhento em especial porque a cozinha é ao lado do quarto e é de uso comum. Se alguém estiver a tomar banho é impossível tomar banho em simultâneo porque a água não chega ao chuveiro.

Tiene una cocina compartida que tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar, incluso puedes hacerte un café porque tiene allí cápsulas

• Cornelius (10/5): Bequem, praktisch und gute Gegend - Perfekt gelegen nahe Vatikan - 2 U-Bahn-Stationen und verschiedene Buslinien direkt in der Nähe. Auch Busverbindung direkt vom Flughafen. Zimmer zweckmäßig, aber schön ausgestattet. Bett und Kissen sehr bequem. Bad neu und gut ausgestattet. Sehr sauber. Küche zur freien Nutzung und Kaffee, Tee und kleine Süßigkeiten eine großzügige Gabe. Wohnung im 5. Stock, aber mit Aufzug. In Prinzip eine Wohnung mit 3-4 Zimmer vom Gang abgehend. Die anderen Gäste waren rücksichtsvoll, also ruhig. Nichts Negatives. Sehr gute Wahl für einen Aufenthalt in Rom.

• Ilyas (10/5): Идеальное место для пребывания в Риме. Доброжелательный, пунктуальный и ответственный хозяин! - Это не гостиница в прямом смысле этого слова. Это 3-х комнатная квартира с общей кухней и коридором. Спальни все закрываются на замок, и в каждой есть собственная ванная комната. Немного непонятно было по началу - как попасть в номер. Но хозяин гостевого дома, по имени Роберт, мгновенно ответил на whatsapp звонок. Тут же нам объяснил как попасть внутрь и сам прибыл к нам в течении 5 минут. Роберт - очень приятный человек. Всё очень подробно нам объяснил. Очень улыбчивый и доброжелательный. Знает пару фраз на русском. Хотя у нас проживание было без завтрака, но на общей кухне всегда в наличии были запечатанные магазинные сухарики, кексы и пончики, джемы и маленькие баночки Nutella для перекуса. Роберт сказал, что это для всех гостей и мы можем угощаться. Номер был чистым, светлым. В номере был чайник, холодильник и чашки. Почему я заостряю внимание на этих мелочах. Потому что в Венеции у нас не было чайника и чашек, а во Флоренции не было ни чайника, ни холодильника, ни чашек. Кондиционер в номере работал на обогрев хорошо. Единственное - он был немного шумноват. Wi-Fi работал идеально. Расположение хорошее - 15 минут до Ватикана пешком, 5 минут до станции метро Ottaviano. В общем из 3 городов Италии, проживание в Риме у Роберта для нас было самым лучшим. Спасибо Роберт за идеальный приём!!! Успехов тебе в делах и всего хорошего!!! Всё было идеально!!!

• Katia (10/5): Perfetto! - È stato un soggiorno perfetto: la struttura in posizione comoda a tutti i servizi, il personale disponibile e gentilissimo, sia la stanza sia la biancheria molto pulite, tra l’altro nonostante si affacci sulla strada le finestre isolano molto bene dal rumore. Ottimo il wi-fi. Chicche in più, un bollitore in camera e, anche se non dovuti, ci sono prodotti confezionati a disposizione per la colazione.
• MV73 (8/5): a due passi dal Vaticano e dalla metro A - Il B&B si trova in una posizione molto vantaggiosa, a due passi dalla stazione Ottaviano da dove si possono raggiungere diverse mete del turismo romano. Il Vaticano è anche molto vicino, 5-10 min a piedi. Benchè in realtà la colazione non fosse prevista il gestore della struttura mette a disposizione caffè, the e merende confezionate per gli ospiti. Il letto matrimoniale non molto comodo perché realizzato dall'unione di due letti singoli, la pressione dell'acqua della doccia troppo bassa e l'acqua non molto calda per i nostri gusti.
• Imy (8/5): - Der Empfang durch Roberto war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Appartement war vorgeheizt. Die Lage des Appartements zu Vatikan-Stadt ganz super, Aufzug prima. Das Appartement hatte eine Küche mit Kaffeezubereitung und süßen Teilchen für ein kleines Frühstück. Sehr sauber. Wir waren in den Vatikanischen Museen mit Skip-the-line Ticket - nicht schön für die in der Schlange, aber wir waren sehr froh darüber, denn die Schlange war sehr lang und es hat geregnet. Per 48-Stunden-Busticket haben wir Rom erkundet. Beim Parking Roma San Pietro war unser Auto sicher und zuverlässig geparkt. (40€ pro Tag, dafür ohne Schrammen zurück). Ein toller Aufenthalt! Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Wer so zentral wohnen möchte, darf sich über Straßenlärm tags wie nachts nicht beschweren. Ist halt so.
• CHUNCHIUNG (6/5): - 1.房間乾淨 2.有共用廚房，且備有點心和咖啡、茶葉 1.蓮蓬頭是固定式，這就算了，其水流量小到令人髮指，我曾經一度洗到想把它拔下來（當然沒做）。怪的是，洗臉台和沖屁屁的水量都十分充沛。這表示這間旅館的水勢是足夠的，淋浴水量小成那樣就不合理。 2.利用booking訊息聯絡房東，對方從未回過。逼不得已，我試著用WhatsApp聯絡，房東才有回應。如果只能使用WhatsApp聯絡，為什麼不在房源頁面上載明，害得我們苦苦等房東回應。

Ma ciò che rende perfetto questo alloggio è la posizione, a qualche minuto dalla metro di Ottaviano e a 10 minuti da San Pietro e non distante da molti punti di interesse.

• angelomcb (10/5): Soggiorno da Sogno a Roma - Roberto è stato molto gentile, ottima accoglienza con spiegazioni dettagliate. La camera era bellissima e luminosa, ben attrezzata. I letti molto comodi, abbiamo dormito benissimo. La posizione è stata perfetta, vicina alla metro Ottaviano e si puo anche arrivare facilmente a tutto il centro storico. Zona sicura con tanti negozi e ristoranti. Consigliato al 100%.

• Marta (8/5): - La ubicación fue lo mejor. La ducha es pequeña y la alcachofa fija. Las camas muy estrechas y las almohadas demasiado grandes. No funcionó el ascensor durante nuestra estancia y había que subir hasta la terraza por el ascensor de la otra escalera, para luego cruzarla y bajar un piso. Por la noche la terraza estaba completamente a oscuras.

• Edita (8/5): - The accommodation was very nice, clean, spacious, comfortable. There was a complimentary pastry, tea, coffee. Check in was very smooth and very detailed, the location was great too, we were able to walk everywhere we needed to. And the view from our window was lovely, the building itself was quiet. There is a kitchen in the apartment but forbidden to use for cooking, which was not mentioned anywhere when I was booking this accommodation. We wanted to make some basic breakfast like scrambled eggs, so we were a little dissapointed that we couldn´t use it. Also, I recommend having an earplugs for lightsleepers as we could hear a little noise from the street in front of the building.

Si bien no tenía desayuno incluido, mi papá sí pudo disfrutar de los bocadillos de cortesía y nutella. No estaba muy caliente el agua de la ducha. Por la noche con frío no tenía mantas. Dentro de la cortesía para desayuno, no había opciones sin gluten Tenía una cocina en común y no encontré utensilios para cocinar.

• Christoph (8/5): Die Interkunft ist rundum zu empfehlen, mit der kleinen Einschränkung bezüglich Des Be- und Endlagers. - Es war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung war gut. Die Lage was super, wir konnten von dort aus Rom zu Fuß erkunden. Restaurants und Caffees gibt es reichlichen der Umgebung. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und sympathisch! Einen kleinen Wermutstropfen gibt es, das ist das be- und entladen vor dem Haus. Es gibt keinen Stellplatz, so dass man kaum Zeit hat Gepäck aus oder einzuladen. Parken kann man in einem Parkhaus einige Straßen weiter für 25€ pro Tag. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Wohnhaus und ist daher nicht gleich zu finden. (Rotes Haus, rechte Seite 5 Stock) . Der Lift im Haus ist sehr hilfreich um das Gepäck in den 5. Stock zu bringen. Parken vor der Unterkunft zum ausladen ist schwierig. Mit Rollkoffern ist aber der kurze Weg zum Parkhaus auch kein Riesen Problem!

• Mathilda (5/5): It’s not a bed and breakfast. It’s only a bed. No breakfast. - Excellent location for exploring No coffee maker. No milk even if there was instant coffee. Breakfast was a bunch of stale and unpleasant looking pastries. Probably weeks old.

• Lidia (10/5): - Ubicación ideal, bien comunicada con el centro y trastevere en bus y metro, aunque andado está a 25-30 min. Roberto el anfitrión súper atento! Desayuno de cortesía. Habitación amplia y ambiente tranquilo

• Avalos (9/5): - Loved the location, you are walking distance to the Vatican and many other sites. The building was fairly secure and the room was big and comfortable. The owner was super helpful and stored our bags as we were going the the Vatican mass and did t get back till noon on checkout day. For the most part everything was fine we only stayed one day for a two day trip to Rome and would stay again for sure.
