• Petrović (10/5): Perfect!! 😄 - We were delighted with the accommodation—everything was neat and clean, and the location is excellent. You can easily get around on foot if you enjoy slightly longer walks, and metro and bus stations are also very close by. Daniel is a wonderful guy and very hospitable, he explained everything to us clearly and was always available for any questions! We highly recommend this place, and we will definitely come back again! ❤️ /

• Righetti (10/5): - Daniele foi super atencioso, prestativo, educado. Cheguei mais cedo e ele veio até mim para que eu pudesse deixar a mala e esperar até que o quarto estivesse pronto. Deu dicas de lugares e sobre a cidade. O lugar é de fácil acesso aos pontos turísticos. Fiz tudo a pé. Adorei tudo, localização, limpeza, confiança. Voltaria sem dúvidas. Estude os mapas de ônibus e metrô para locomoção, os quais, inclusive tem estação próximas. Porque se optar por uber, os preços são caríssimos, completamente fora do aceitável. Com relação a acomodação, tem uma cozinha coletiva, muito útil, somente senti falta de um microondas.

La douche pas très chaude, l’absence de micro-ondes ou de moyens de faire chauffer dans la cuisine, le jardin petit et pas forcément propice pour s’y poser (très petit, qui donne sur la rue, etc).

• Marcin (9/5): I really enjoyed my stay there! - I really appreciated flexible check-in hours and the ability to leave our luggage in the apartment after check-out for almost all day. The owner is very polite and understanding. The apartment is close to the metro stadion and in a very quiet and peaceful area.
• Bruno (8/5): - Clean space, confortable bed and pillows. The host is very avaliable to help you. Shared kitchen doesnt have stove, micro. Other equipments are in bed conditions, so you cant use them. Location is safe, some 5min walking from metro but not very near from the main attractions. Not a big problem, but there are 5 locks to open, with 4 Keys and 1 card when you come from the street to your bedroom.

To miejsce idealne dla każdego, kto szuka spokojnego wypoczynku po intensywnym zwiedzaniu Wiecznego Miasta. Apartament położony jest w cichej, zielonej okolicy, a jednocześnie bardzo dobrze skomunikowany z centrum – dojazd do najważniejszych atrakcji (np. Koloseum czy Watykanu) jest szybki i wygodny. Wnętrze urządzone z wielką dbałością o szczegóły – czysto, przytulnie, ze smakiem. Ogromnym atutem jest ogród, który rzeczywiście jest „zielonym kątem” – idealny na poranną kawę czy wieczorny odpoczynek przy winie. Gospodarz Daniel niezwykle miły, pomocny – czuliśmy się bardzo zaopiekowani, ale mieliśmy też pełną prywatność. To miejsce wyróżnia się na tle wielu innych noclegów w Rzymie i z czystym sumieniem mogę je polecić zarówno parom, jak i osobom podróżującym z rodziną 👍😍 Wszystko było ok

It is only 35 minutes walk to reach Vatican city however in five minutes walk there are busses with destinations the most important sites and Metro A which is a Metro which feeds other stations. • Yevhen (9/5): Nice house, quiet district, close to Vatican, calm at night hours (Apr 2025). - Corner room with two windows. Quiet at night hours (no screaming people or bars around). Hospitality and ongoing support on a high level. Small backdoor yard adds charming to the overall atmosphere. It would be great to have more hooks and small shelves in the bathroom to have more space for different things.
• Acosta (9/5): Enjoyable and beautiful stay. - The place was overall great. The owner was willing to help at all times and the location is very centric and close to the subway. I mainly used subway to move around the city and never had any type of issue with it, the few times I used car it was a bit complicated to find parking but it was not a big deal. The only thing that could make this place better is a stove and maybe a laundry unit, but other than that, I will probably come back here in my future Rome trips. If the owner reads this, thank you again for everything :).

• Nina (10/5): Serdecznie polecam - Daniele is a great host - our room and kitchen were comfy and clean. Location is also very good - 3 minutes to a bus stop (our main transport at night - few buses going pretty close to this place), 5 minutes to a metro station and max 10 minutes to a shuffle bus stop to the Fiumicino airport, so you can quickly get anywhere 😊 Also few markets open til late hours and two Carrefour expresses.

The rooms were clean and tidy. Great value for the money, especially compared to other bookings in the area. As we forgot our keys from back home in the apartment, the host made the effort to send the package back to me after the trip, and has been extremely helpful in getting important information about the city (transportation, near locations of relevance and similar). It was a shame we couldn't at least leave our luggage before the check in time. Also, the room was a bit small, especially the restroom combined with the bathroom.

Very clean, the bed is very comfortable 😊 The lendlord is great, waited for us even after the check in hours. Yes, there is a person who walks loudly in the appt above, but I took it as a landmark 😂

We enjoyed staying in Angolo sul Giardino - the room and the whole apartment is beautiful, cosy and comfortable 😊 We already knew we liked the location after our last visit to Rome, the area is calm and silent, we always felt very safe. The communication with the host couldn’t be better - he replies really quickly and with many details, even more than we expected. For sure we would like to repeat and stay in Angolo sul Giardino the next time we come to Rome 😊 Nothing to improve.
• Katalin (10/5): One of the cleanest place i have ever stayed, very kind owner, cozy bed - Very close to bus station and metro station, really quiet room, nice, new, and super clean room and bathroom. Everything was as advertised. The air conditioner didn't worked well, and the room was cold.
