• Valentina (9/5): - La posizione è perfetta, la vista dalla finestra sembra una cartolina, non si può desiderare di meglio, ottimi anche i servizi. Il bagno è proprio davanti alla camera quindi il bagno esterno non pesa per nulla. 4 piani ripidi senza ascensore si sentono, ma per quella vista ne valgono la pena, almeno se viaggiate leggeri. Detto questo ci tornerei assolutamente La finestra era parecchio sporca, e il phon funzionava solo se si premeva con una certa angolazione, niente di grave che non si possa sistemare in un attimo. Darei una rapida sistemata all’intonaco dietro e alla sinistra all’altalena.

• Kathryn (2/5): Horrendous!! Most unprofessional, hostile individual I have had the misfortune to engage with! This should have been a p - Excellent location The manager contacted us to inform how to gain access to the property and the necessary instructions. On the day of check in I received a phone call from the manager stating she had made a mistake and that we would be in a different room. Previous to the phone call we had dropped our cases at the accommodation, spoken with house keeping and showed them the messages we had received stating our room which was most satisfactory with a beautiful view of the Duomo. During the phone call, the woman became irate and began screaming down the phone for eight minutes!! (not sure why I didn’t hang up) I said I could send screenshots of her messages stating the room she had allocated however this was pointless as she was not listening and continued to ball with passers-by staring in dismay! I have never experienced such hostility and unprofessional behaviour in my life! It most certainly tainted our trip to Florence as this was a shocking experience! If you are planning on staying in this establishment DONOT question this woman or failing that don’t stay there!! You have been warned!

• Ian (8/5): Would not stay again - Very central. Room was ok though not exceptional. No tea coffee makes my facilities, there was a kettle and cups but no tea, coffee, sugar or milk. Whilst I was there the front door was locked myself and other residents were effectively trapped it was annoying not mention dangerous. You have to climb 4 flights of stairs, not for the unfit.
• Yang (4/5): - Abbiamo prenotato la camera con la vista alla cattedrale ma quando siamo arrivati abbiamo scoperto che la metà vista è stata bloccata dalla impalcatura, e visto il prezzo coincide principalmente alla vista quindi non corrisponde alla esperienza ricevuta.
• AnYu (6/5): 定了兩晚只成功入住了一晚，自助入住指南可以再調整一下，有圖片的話會更清楚一點。至少不會找錯間。也是很難過浪費了一晚的錢，旺季一晚真的蠻貴的。好在商家理解幫我們付了一晚上的城市稅。還是建議入住指南要陪圖片。 - 房間地理位置好，走哪裡都很方便。有空調，乾淨整潔。環境安靜。 住宿地址有問題，複製google map搜索不出來，跳轉過去是7號的位置。因為我們到達的時間很遲，找到了錯誤的位置發現進不去，因為太遲也沒辦法聯絡。導致第一晚的住宿無法順利住宿，住宿費也浪費了。只能去朋友家住一晚。半夜流落街頭的感覺真的太糟糕了，入住指南至少可以配圖，更完整清楚一點。

• lesage (1/5): The place is infested with bedbugs - Location seems nice at first-but it very loud in the night till 5 am and after when cleaning cars arrive This stay was completely unacceptable. The apartment was dirty, and the windows were so filthy that the Duomo view was barely visible. Worse, there was a bedbug issue. Both my son and I were bitten multiple times, and I had an allergic reaction. This is a serious health and safety concern, not a minor inconvenience. Our stay was significantly impacted, and I expect appropriate compensation.

• abisha (5/5): The location is great and the rooms were small - Great location, close to everything, and only a 10-minute walk to the train station, which was very convenient. We were aware there was no lift, but didn’t realise the property was four storeys up, so the stairs were quite challenging, especially with an extra flight for room 4. The bed also consisted of two single mattresses pushed together, which kept sliding apart during the night and created an uncomfortable gap. The staff did try to secure them on the second night, but it didn’t fully solve the issue. We still found it uncomfortable and woke up with a sore back.

• Michela (5/5): Posizione ottima, interni da rivedere - La posizione della struttura è sicuramente il punto più favorevole. Centralissima e comoda rispetto ai punti di maggior interesse della città Scarsissima insonorizzazione dall’esterno. Essendo in piazza si sono uditi schiamazzi e rumori fino a notte fonda. Consiglio sostituzione infissi. Doccia sporca con soffione incrostato dal calcare. Non è presente alcun kit di cortesia nè ganci appendi asciugamani. I saponi posizionati in doccia non sono monodose e quindi utilizzati da tutti gli ospiti. Testiera del letto usurata. Bollitore presente in camera ma senza nessuna tisana o tè.

• Ayelen (9/5): - Ubicación inmejorable! Viajé sola y me quedé en la pieza que da al patio interno: me sentí cómoda, todo estaba limpio, tenía un tocador, una hervidora y una heladera a disposición. Las instrucciones para entrada y salida eran muy fáciles. En la ciudad, me paseé mucho caminando desde este punto. Es un verdadero sueño disfrutar de Firenze saliendo cada día de este lugar y comenzando con la vista al Duomo. Volvería siempre! Me parece bueno que en la descripción del lugar ya avisa que no hay ascensor, por si alguien de movilidad restringida haya tenido intención de reservarlo. La presión de agua de la ducha y el inodoro eran de a momento más bajas, tampoco fue un verdadero problema. Para buscar insumos de limpieza al momento de acomodar las otras, tuvieron que entrar a mi pieza. Fueron muy amables, tocaron la puerta y pidieron permiso, lo menciono más que nada porque era una hora atípica para que yo siga ahí (~11am) y no sé si lo hubiese sabido de no estar presente, personalmente me gusta estar al tanto si alguien entra a mi cuarto cuando no estoy. Como digo, en todo momento fueron muy muy amables, lo menciono de por ahí para que los sientes huéspedes de ese cuarto sepan que es una posibilidad.

• Gobbi (8/5): Nel cuore di Firenze con vista sul Duomo - La struttura si trova in una posizione centralissima che permette di raggiungere comodamente a piedi qualsiasi punto della città, inoltre risulta facile da trovare grazie alle istruzioni per il self check-in che erano molto chiare. La camera è abbastanza spaziosa arredata in stile contemporaneo, anche il bagno è recentemente ristrutturato. La vista dalla camera è impareggiabile! Cambierei i materassi del letto matrimoniale, sono due singoli che si separano ad ogni movimento, creando un buco al centro del letto. In generale rivedrei la manutenzione e la pulizia dalla testiera del letto consumata visibilmente, alla fodera della poltrona federe del cuscino sulla stessa, anche la doccia del bagno aveva il soffione in alto poco pulito.

• Joseph (9/5): Good location but def a work out heading upstairs - City center Checking out is so early and check in is so late. If we’re going to check out so early at 10am we should be able to check in at 1pm.
• Cicek (8/5): - Location is perfect! You leave the building and the Cathedral is jsut facing you. Also the room was small but decently clean. The building where the rooms are is an old building, so no lift and its on the 4th floor. A bit tiring, but bearable. Internet does not work properly at times. The radiators in the rooms do not work and you depend on a/c for heating as well, which is not ideal.

La camera era pulita, accogliente e curata in ogni dettaglio, perfetta per un soggiorno rilassante. La proprietaria è stata carinissima e gentilissima, sempre disponibile e attenta a ogni esigenza, facendomi sentire come a casa. Si percepisce subito la passione e la cura con cui gestisce il posto. Consiglio assolutamente a chiunque voglia trascorrere qualche giorno in tranquillità e con un’accoglienza impeccabile!

Stanza carina, con qualche segno di usura che sarebbe bello sistemare Peccato per le finestre che isolano molto molto poco I rumori: Essendo in pieno centro si sente un brusio costante, di giorno e di notte, delle persone che passeggiano, chiacchierano, ridono, cantano, urlano! Più il passaggio notturno di tutti i furgoncini della raccolta immondizie e pulizia strade.. Consiglio vivamente di avere con se' dei tappi antirumore. Un occhio di riguardo anche per le scale: le stanze si trovano al quarto piano. Posizione perfetta per una splendida vista, meno perfetta se si mette in preventivo di uscire e rientrare più volte nel corso della giornata. 4 piani di scale potrebbero essere piuttosto impegnativi!!!

Katta kalıyorsunuz asansör yok biz bilerek geldik ama burada Toskanada 3-4 gün geçirip gezip yorulup 4 kat çıkması zor. 3-Sanki konser alanındasınız bence çok güzeldi ama sese dayanamayanlar uyuyamaz mümkün değil sürekli meydanda bir olay var 4- check-in saatinden yani 15:00 10dk önce bile giriş yapamazsınız o nedenle planınızı uygun yapın valizlerle gezersiniz

• Gisela (4/5): Solo la ubicación es buena! - La ubicación! Que son 4 pisos por escalera y eso no te lo avisan! Es tremendo subir con equipaje o cuando llegas cansado de caminar todo el día. El baño es oloroso.
• Kaitlin (8/5): Great location and views, some inconveniences. - The location can’t be beat. You’re right in the middle of everything here. And the view is breathtaking if your room faces the duomo! It’s a climb to get to the unit (5th floor) but the view does make it worth it. The bathroom needs some work. There are no towel racks or places in the shower to store your toiletries other than the floor. The shower head is also too big for the narrow shower, so most of the water hits the shower door before it can make it to your body, forcing you to basically press against the door to wash. The water pressure is also bad, which makes washing a bit difficult.
• HSU (4/5): To be honest, apart from the convenient location, the stay was quite disappointing. The biggest issue was the very poor - Location • Very poor soundproofing — I could hear every movement and conversation from the room upstairs, even late at night. It was hard to sleep well for four nights. • The bathroom floor was slippery, which could be dangerous for elderly guests. • One side of the bed was sagging, causing back pain after sleeping.

• Nikhil (6/5): Good - The location is hands down the best one can ask for! Open the window and you see the brunelleschi dome and the tower. Bars, restaurants and all you need right at the doorsteps. If you have luggae the cab drive takes 20 mins but the walk from the station takes barely 10 mins. This place gets 10/10 for location in case you are traveling light and want to stay right in the heart of the city. The whole stay felt so cramped up. The room was extremely small and going up and down to the room even from the main door was a nightmare. If you are traveling with luggage - please do not select this place.
• Sofia (5/5): la ubicación compensa el resto de servicios que son más bien justos - la habitación no puede estar mejor ubicada, justo en la plaza del Duomo pero aunque se anuncia como habitaciones con vistas, nos alojaron en una habitación con vistas a un patio trasero. la cama es cómoda, pero la habitación y el baño son pequeños y están algo decadentes. cumple con las necesidades básicas y gana puntuación por la ubicación en la que se encuentra. la habitación y el balo son pequeños y algo viejos por lo que la relación calidad precio es algo cuestionable. aunque se anuncia con vistas al Duomo nos alojaron en una habitación con vistas a un patio interno. el apartamento se encuentra en una cuarta planta sin ascensor y nuestra habitación estaba en una quinta planta, por ello si viajas con grande equipaje es algo que hay que valorar. no nos guardaron el equipaje tras el check out.
