When the power in the building went out at 10pm, she responded within 60 minutes and had someone on site to resolve it. The location was great - lots to do in the area. When we arrived there was construction noise. We asked and was told there is some work going on in the area. And work there was - 7:30am wake up call was a jackhammer EVERY DAY. On the second day, at 4:30am!! a work crew arrived in the courtyard below our room in our building loading big metal containers making a racket and waking everyone. Had to yell off the balcony to let them know people were sleeping! Place needs some attention: Bathroom - back mold in the shower; bathroom door scrapes on the floor so loudly we were afraid we'd disturb the neighbors.

There was no heat, so it got cold at night.And when we talked to the staff , nothing changed and the shower took ten minutes to get hot water and the water pressure was extremely low period
• JÉSSICA (4/5): - Na entrada houve ótima recepção, o anfitrião muito atencioso, buscou contato, mandou localização explicou as regras cobrou 8 euros por dia de imposto e passou as chaves. O imóvel era completo, tinha cozinha, bons quartos, berço gratuito para meu bebê, me orientaram com todas as dúvidas de locomoção que tive. O banheiro alagava muito, tinha uma cortina de plástico que a água caia toda no banheiro durante o banho. Apesar de grande o imóvel um dos quartos era extremamente gelado e insalubre tivemos que colocar a cama no outro quarto. Como ficamos poucos dias e a acessibilidade do local era dificil saímos as 23h, sendo que deveríamos sair apenas no outro dia, arrumamos tudo correndo quando descobrimos que o horário da balsa era mais cedo. Sei que fizemos o possível para ajustar o apartamento, deixei as chaves no local combinado e avisei da saída. No aeroporto no outro dia recebi um vídeo do anfitrião havia recebido da limpeza que sinceramente foi extremamente ofensivo e desrespeitoso, a pessoa da faxina xingava e dizia que éramos porcos, ria sarcasticamente no vídeo e ofendia. Fiquei muito triste com a situação porque tentamos preservar ao máximo. Tínhamos bebê, cuidamos das coisas, não acho que tenha sido justo ou apropriado, até questionei o anfitrião ele disse que havíamos sido desrespeitosos e porcos. Fiquei abalada e me senti injistiçada. Enfim, apesar de grande e real as fotos publicadas não foi Nada justo, fiquei muito muito chateada com a grosseria do vídeo então não retornarei ao local.

• Elaine (9/5): - The location was great. It had stunning views of the canal. The room was big and well laid out for a family. The bathroom had ample toiletries and towels. There was a coffee station and mini fridge. It had no curfew and could be accessed at any time. There was a TV for entertainment. We unfortunitly left the window open and were not told about the mosquitos. We were badly bitten. There was a lot of dust under the bed which could easily have been cleaned with marble floors. There is unusual rippling on one side of the matress of the master bed making it uncomfortable to sleep on. However we felt one of these were our mistake and would stay again.

• Piotr (10/5): - Może to mało ważne , ale w apartamencie było najwygodniejsze łóżko na jakim spałem. Mini balkonik nad kanałem też fantastyczny. Check inn był późny ale dostałem pełna informację o procedurze zameldowania. Generalnie czysto, miło i świetna organizacja.

• Tom Lawrence (10/5): A Wonderful Week in Venice. - Our room was beautifully decorated and featured a stunning balcony overlooking the canal. There was a kettle and coffee machine which were very useful. The smart tv featured regular streaming services (Netflix, YouTube, Amazon), which was also welcomed. It was quiet at night so sleep wasn’t an issue. Our separate bathroom was large and spotlessly clean with a good quality shower. The staff were extremely helpful, very friendly, and easily accessible via WhatsApp. The building was beautiful and the surrounding neighbourhood had numerous shops and restaurants right on your doorstep. The Venetian vibe was amazing! N/A

• paula (10/5): - Loved the location with a balcony onto a beautiful canal. Also the location in general is close to Rialto but not too close. They stored our luggage safely on our last day as we had a late flight which made our last day perfect. The bed was very comfortable and the room was full of beautiful furniture. There was a kettle and a coffee machine and a fridge to store milk and wine. Nothing at all.

Możliwość samodzielnego zameldowania - bardzo ważne, gdy przyjeżdża się w nocy. Przestronny apartament. Dobrze wyposażony, jest wszystko, czego potrzeba do spędzenia komfortowo kilku dni. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Po wymeldowaniu możliwość zostawienia bagaży w zamykanym, bezpiecznym schowku. Magiczne miejsce - przez ciężką bramę wejściową wchodzimy na niewielki urokliwy, pięknie oświetlony w nocy dziedziniec, który pozwala "cofnąć się" w czasie :-) Klimatyczne miejsce, które łączy historię i nowoczesność. Ponieważ okna apartamentu wychodziły na uliczkę, bywała dość głośno, zwłaszcza rano, ale to tylko niewielka niedogodność, która nie zmienia bardzo pozytywnej oceny apartamentu.

• Theodore (9/5): Fantastic stay in an old Venetian room by a canal - Grand old room with a canal view in a fantastic location - a quiet area halfway between the train station and the Rialto Bridge. Large comfortable bed, plus a grand piano and a suit of armor for that old Venetian atmosphere... The shower worked and did come up with plenty of hot water, eventually, but the bathtub footing was funky - careful if you have balance problems.

• TravelBuff Katarina (7/5): Quite a good accommodation, but a bit more attention should be paid to maintenance - The location is unbelievably good. You are in the city center and everything is close, yet it’s very peaceful. The accommodation is easy to find and check-in went smoothly. Also, the young man who welcomed us was very kind and professional. The hallway feels like a museum. The room is beautiful, the external bathroom is large and clean. The balcony is like something out of a fairytale. The bedding is excellent, towels are hotel-quality, and you also receive disposable slippers. Smart TV as well… Venice has a very unusual regulation regarding city heating, and we knew this before arriving. However, when we arrived, we were shown the air conditioner, which we could not turn on the next day when we wanted to shower and warm up the room. In the bathroom, it takes ages for the hot water to arrive. The bathroom door squeaks when opening and closing, which doesn’t bother me personally, but since the bathroom is not inside the room, it disturbs the peace of other guests. What disappointed me the most was that unfortunately the coffee machine didn’t work, and that morning coffee before sightseeing is very important to me. As someone who also rents out accommodation, all of this might have been resolved if we had stayed longer and noticed the issues earlier and informed the hosts in time (we discovered the coffee machine issue the next morning, and the air conditioning and hot water late in the evening, the night before departure). Still, I also know that it’s necessary to check the room between reservations. Despite all the negative aspects, I would still book the same accommodation again, and I hope they will take steps to make improvements.

Rezervasyon yaparken fark etmemistim ancak geri donus mailinde size ozel banyonun odanin disinda bulundugu ve bunu istemezseniz rezervasyonu iptal edebileceklerini belirttiler. Rezervasyon ekranında ucretsiz iptal secenegi olmamasina ragmen bunu özellikle belirtip iptal seçeneği sunmalari nazik bir davranıştı. Cok fazla alternatifim olmadigi icin bunu sorun etmedim. Ev sahibi sicakkanli ve biz konuştuğumuz zamanda ve iyi karsiladi. Konum olarak güzel tren istasyonu ve meydana yakın. Odada kettle mevcut soğuk venedik günlerinde icebileceginiz kahve ve yesil cay ikramları bulunuyor. Oda kanala bakiyor. Yastık ve çarşaflar ile havlular genel anlamda temizdi. Her ne kadar bilerek tutsam da banyonun dışarıda olması ihtiyaclar için dışarı gidip gelmek ve kapilarin ses yapmasi diger misafirleri rahatsiz etmeme endişesi sizi geriyor bu çok konforlu değil. Odada yer alan bardaklar iyi temizlenmemişti. Banyoda suyun ısınması için uzun bir süre beklemeniz gerekiyor, duş başlığı bozuk ve sabit durmuyor bu keyifli bir duş sağlamıyor. Lavabodan su çok az akıyor. Diger odalardan cok fazla ses geliyor. Oda kanala bakıyor ancak kışın soğuk olması sebebiyle pencereleri açamıyorsunuz ve dışarıda oturamiyorsunuz, camlarda ise film var dışarısı gözükmüyor en azından içeride oturuken kanal manzarasını izleyebilmek isterdim.

• Alina (1/5): BEDBUGS - Great location and quick contact with the staff Frustrating point was the water quality. There were constant temperature fluctuations: warm water could suddenly turn cold, and vice versa. It was difficult to take a comfortable shower, and we didn't understand why this was happening - whether it was due to Venice's specifics or some system problems. Additionally, we had to wait an incredibly long time for hot water to come through. The bathroom door was incredibly squeaky, making it impossible to go to the toilet at night without waking someone up. Additionally, a flashing street lamp outside prevented me from leaving the window open, which was quite disruptive, and the bedding had small blood stains, meaning it did not look visually clean. Most importantly, I was very disappointed to find bedbugs, and we were bitten! This is a major hygiene and comfort issue that completely ruined the experience, and I hope the management takes immediate action to fix this. We contacted the owner, who only responded with "I'm sorry, I'm really sorry," and avoided direct questions about compensation, only saying he would discuss it with a colleague next week. Her response was completely inadequate—the only thing she offered was to move us to 'Room Number 2. We are receiving compensation, but only thanks to Booking support, and I'm grateful for their help in resolving this.

• Paola (9/5): Excelente opção para Veneza - A equipe foi muito atenciosa, nos oferecendo orientações sobre a chegada a Veneza com antecedência. Apartamento limpo, super amplo, silencioso. Senti falta de cesto de lixo na área comum da hospedagem. O box do banheiro é bem pequeno (apesar de o banheiro aparentar ter sido recém reformado). Pela foto, na reserva, parecia ter uma sacada para o canal, mas a sacada do apartamento era para a via, o que não impactou em nada a estadia, é só um apontamento que as fotos são de mais de um apartamento.

• Camille (9/5): Bel appartement bien situé - L'appartement est très bien situé : dans un endroit calme mais proche du Rialto et de la place Saint-Marc. Il y a une supérette à 5 min. L'intérieur est spacieux, bien décoré dans le style vénitien et la vue sur le canal est un vrai plus ! Les lits sont confortables. La cuisine n'est pas très bien équipée, pour un court séjour ça fait l'affaire.

• Alison (5/5): Good location with bad facilities - The location was good when we eventually found the place Not really a hotel. No staff on site. It’s just a few rooms. No reception. We were met when we arrived and given keys. That was the only time we saw anybody. No daily service. Bathroom was across the hall but exclusively ours. No hot water on second day. Mould in shower which also wasn’t clean. Mound on walls. The place was full of air fresheners and damp removal pots - smelled like a nursing home
• B (10/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder - Die Unterkunft ist nur einige Gehminuten von der Rialto Brücke entfernt, sehr zentral in der Altstadt mit Blick auf einen der unzähligen Kanäle. Die Wohnung selbst gleicht einem Museum. Wunderschön.

• Leonardo (10/5): Veneza e suas surpresas - A hospedaria é simplesmente incrível. Uma porta rústica e pesada que dá acesso a um pátio nada convidativo, mas que ao subir as escadas você é transportado para uma Veneza do século XVIII. O salão de entrada possui várias decorações que fazem o hóspede entrar no clima. Com pinturas, móveis e itens dignas de um museu. O quarto possui uma atmosfera única com móveis clássicos, pinturas e decorações venezianas. E claro que a modernidade que nos traz conforto está presente também. Possuí uma cozinha muito funcional com tudo que é preciso, e com o charme da mesa e cadeiras clássicas. Só tenho elogios a essa hospedaria!

• Patricio Torre Soloaga (1/5): - Location, bathroom. Bedbugs. We had bedbugs in every bed. Sheets seemed clean but bedbugs were in the beds and bit us during the night. Woke up to find them everywhere... Inadmissible. Impossible to have proper rest worrying about this. Now I'm flying back home and I have to make sure I'm not carrying any with me.
