• Joe (10/5): - The location of the property was superb and easily accessible to all of the local attractions. The host, Hugo, was very attentive and there for us on arrival to welcome us and help us out with restaurant recommendations etc.
• Norah (9/5): Lovely accommodation - We loved the location. Gabrielle and Hugo were so helpful regarding information on restaurants and tourist attractions. They were also very thoughtful leaving some processco for a birthday celebration Bed was also very comfortable and a lovely shower. For first couple of days there was a bad drain smell in bathroom although it disappeared then. Lots of steps up to the accommodation which we could handle but for some it may be an issue.

Il top è la terrazza, all'ultimo piano (4) del palazzo, storico (NB. Non c'è ascensore!) con vista pazzesca sui tetti, cupole, campanili e mercato di Firenze. Noi abbiamo acquistato la cena al mercato e abbiamo cenato sulla terrazza dotata di divanetto, lettini e tavolini, illuminata da carinissime lampade. Che dire di Ugo è sua moglie... Gentilissimi e super disponibili! Niente

• Josh (8/5): Comfortable stay in a great location to explore the city - Great location, easy to explore Florence and an awesome rooftop. Hugo was very attentive and helpful! A little outdated but comfortable. A bit of mold in the bathroom ceiling but otherwise clean.
• Victoria (10/5): Great value for money, excellent location, clean and safe room in central Venice. - The best thing about the property was is central location. Great to be by the market and you are at the duomo and central Venice within 10 minutes easy walk. Gabriella and her husband were also so lovely and generous with their advice and help, and for accessing the property. We also felt safe there( staying with my teenage daughter) which was important. The rooftop terrace as gorgeous but we didn’t spend a lot of time there. It’s on the market street so you can pop across to central market for a look about, shop and coffee. On market days the street is busy with stalls selling mostly leather bags. Great fun for the teenage daughter! Nothing.

It was great staying in one of the apartments as it felt very authentic, and the roof terrace was a nice addition in the evenings. Hugo our host was very welcoming and shared lots of recommendations with us for places to go and visit.

• Barry (9/5): Enjoyable stay in a great central location with a friendly host - Communication with Hugo was great and he met us at the accommodation, showed us around and provided some recommendations. The location was great, across the road from the central market and a few minutes walk from both the train station and the sights. We very much enjoyed the terrace area with its views - we had breakfast out there most mornings (grabbing fresh pastries from the market) and ate out there a couple of evenings. The bathroom in the 'Queen Room' was smaller than expected and a 'large person' would find it a challenge.

• Florence (10/5): Séjour merveilleux avec un accueil extra et des conseils et accueil de Hugo et sa femme formidable ! - L accès très facile, L’emplacement, l’accueil exceptionnel par Hugo et sa femme, la propreté, le confort, la sécurité impeccable. Les escaliers mais on est au cœur d ela ville donc je ne pense pas que ce soit possible de faire autrement ! 😉
• craig (6/5): Great location - but be aware of the stairs with suitcases! - Great location right in the centre of all the main attractions - hosts were very welcoming and provided helpful guidance on the local area and places to eat. Sun terrace was very pleasant. there was 3 flights of stairs to climb to get to the property which is an issue with heavy suitcases. Unfortunately, there was a very nasty sewage smell when opening the windows which took away from the overall comfort.

• Herder (6/5): Okay for a couple of nights. - Great location. Short walk from train station, across the street from Central Market, 5 minutes to Duomo and other sights. Nice rooftop area but weather was a bit too cool to use it. We stayed 6 nights, it would be better for 1 or 2. Could not open windows as sewage smell would come in. 65 concrete steps to climb, stairwell light was on timer, if you didn't make it you were in the dark. Door next to us very noisy when it was closing. No cleaning of room, difficult to eat any food, for example crumbs from breakfast croissant difficult to clean up. Had coffee maker but difficult to wash cups in bathroom. Had to ask for new towels and to empty trash. Bathroom quite small, would be difficult for a large person to sit on toilet. Had cold shower one morning, apparently breaker issue. They reset within an hour.

Clear instructions were sent prior to our arrival. Owners were there to meet us upon arrival and very friendly and helpful with lots of recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Our room was spacious,very quiet, comfortable bed,good hot shower,lots of thoughtful extras Roof terrace was lovely and private with amazing views. • Julián (9/5): Inmejorable ubicación... sin ascensor - Inmejorable ubicación, habitación muy cómoda y los anfitriones muy agradables que dan mucha información sobre la ciudad y lugares próximos. Terraza preciosa desde la que se ven las azoteas y cúpulas de Florencia Es un tercero sin ascensor y hay olor a alcantarilla en los baños.
• ERHAN (5/5): Kime göre neye göre ! - Hugo çok ilgiliydi ve bize her konuda yardımcı oldu. Yemek yerlerini tek tek mesaj attı ve gezilecek yerleri söyledi. Oda temiz ve düzenliydi. Suya da para vermedik çünkü Floransa’da çeşme suyunın içilebildiğini söylediler. Odada kahve ikramı da hoştu. Yağmurda bize şemsiye temin ettiler çok işe yaradı. Burayı bir apartmanın en üst dairesi olarak düşünün ve bu daire odalara bölünerek konaklama için kullanılıyor. Tesiste asansör yok valizim 22 kg idi ve tam 65 basamak dar merdivenden yukarı taşıdım, zor oldu. Size bir tomar anahtar veriliyor. Apartmana giriş ve en üst kata girişler kodla yapılıyor ama olur da çalışmazsa diye tedbir için anahtarları var. Odanın elektriği de küçük anahtar takılarak aktif edilebiliyor. Hepsini yanınızda taşımanız lazım yazın sıkıntı olabilir. Yorumlarda teras mükemmeldi falan deniliyor ama yazın gelmiyorsanız hiçbir önemi yok bu terasın. Sokak seyyar satıcılarla kaplı hiç adım atamıyorsunuz tamam her yere yakın ama çok kalabalık bir sokak sizi karşılıyor. Oda arkaya bakıyordu hep karanlık biz Ocak’ta geldik kış şartları için oda iki kişiye hem ufak hem de karanlık kalıyor. Eski bir evi tadilatla düzeltmişler güzel olmuş fakat çok dar ve minimal. Çok eşya ile gelmeyin, kalabalık olmayın, iki ayrı arkadaşsanız yataklar ayrı olsun diye gelmeden önce Hugo’ya muhakkak mesaj atın yoksa birleşik yataklı oda veriliyor. Son olarak şehir vergisi için gelir gelmez çok ısrar edilmesi hoşuma gitmedi. İki kişiye 14 € verdik ama kart geçmiyor nakit dediler bunu da geldiğiniz akşam saati almadan gitmediler. Göya hemen alınıyormuş onlardan ama ertesi günü bekleyebilirlerdi.

They provided us with the list of restaurants and must try meals. Also, we liked the location - it's only 5 minute walk to Santa Maria del fiore The minor thing - no light in the area once you entered the house. But it's rather issue of the building itself, not the hotel
• Elisabeth (1/5): Utrivelige faciliteter kalt Bead&Breakfast, men uten frokost - Har ikke noe godt å si om Central View Botique. Sted annonsert som Bead&Breakfast i annonsen på nettet, men dette stedet serverer ikke frokost- en misforståelse fikk vi høre! Vindu fra rommet var ut i en sjakt, der det stinket kloakk, så lufting gjennom vindu var uaktuellt. Opp til rommet var det 65 trappetrinn opp i en bratt og smal trapp, vanskelig å få med seg bagasje. Beliggenhet i en markedsgate med mye folk og støy, + kloakk lukt. Ble oppfordert av drifts ansvarlig til å evaluere henne godt mtp. ranking blandt andre kollegaer i Milu Holidays. Dette er ikke gjort, og det er skammelig i det hele tatt å spørre om slikt. Jeg har vært mye i Italia, både i sør og nord og syntes landet har en fantastisk historie med kunst og kultur. Dette oppholdet ble en skuffelse pga. bo fasiliteter og ugrei holdning fra driftsansvarlige Gabriella. Usikker på når neste tur går til Italia!
• Honoka (10/5): 最高！フィレンツェならここに泊まるべき！ - ・細かい気遣いのある設備(机と椅子、コーヒーマシーン、電気ケトル、カトラリー類、十分な数のトイレットペーパー、たくさんのハンガー、アイロン、追加のデュべ、ワインオープナー、ワイングラス、大きな鏡等) ・安定したお湯のシャワー ・大きいベッド ・景色のいい屋上、滞在中は使い放題(ほぼ貸切でした) ・オーナーのHUGOさんがとても親切です。周辺の美味しいお店やジェラート屋、バールを教えてくれた ・ミラノ中央駅と主要観光地の距離が近くて良い ・チェックイン前とチェックアウト後に荷物預かり ・ 良すぎて1泊じゃ足りなかった。 悪いところは無い

• DIANE (7/5): Comfortable stay in a great location but be prepared to climb a lot of steps. - The hosts at the Central View were very welcoming and accommodating. The location was perfect to walk to any point of interest we had. The terrace was beautiful but the weather kept us from enjoying it. Although the location was ideal it was on the same street as the Leather Market which was a bit annoying. The street was crowded and noisy. The room was comfortable but seemed a bit tired in the decor. There was no elevator and we had to climb many steps to get to our room.

• Marina (10/5): Favoloso❤️ - Eravamo già stati a Firenze nel settembre 2018 una mini vacanza di fine estate ….Cercando su Booking mi era sembrata interessante la vostra struttura 🥰 e così è stato si è rilevata una struttura perfetta in tutto , dalla posizione alla camera ai servizi senza nulla togliere alla signora Paola che ci aveva accolti all’epoca …. Quindi quando ho deciso di regalarci qualche giorno per salutare il 2025 e accogliere il nuovo anno nella splendida Firenze, ho cercato di nuovo la vostra struttura ed ho prenotato….. e poi come mi aspettavo tutto è stato di nuovo perfetto…. Nonostante non ci fosse più Paola ma Ugo altrettanto gentile e disponibilissimo !!!!! Quindi grazie per tutto consiglierò la vostra struttura a chiunque voglia passare qualche giorno nella città culla dell’arte per antonomasia …… e quando tornerò sicuramente soggiornerò di nuovo da voi . The apartment is very comfortable and cozy. The room was warm, and both the bedroom and the bathroom were well heated, which was especially nice. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept really well during our stay. The terrace was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed a lovely dinner there and spent a very memorable evening, it was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place. None

• Morales (10/5): Maravilloso departamento cerca de todo lo que te interesa de Florencia - Todo, para empezar fuimos con 2 maletas de 10 kilos y una de 23, y llegando en tren, nos fuimos caminando y en solo 15 minutos ya estas en el alojamiento. Luego la recepción espectacular, el anfitrión nos apoyo del minuto primero en subir el equipaje y la recepción estupenda. explica todo como te debes mover, lugares cercanos, etc. Además te reciben con una botella de vino lo que es muy agradable. La terraza es linda y serena. Y lo mejor de todo, estas absolutamente cerca de todooooo, estás al lado del Duomo de Firenze, a 10 minutos de Ponte Veccio, etc etc, del Palacio Vicci, etc. De todos mis viajes a Italia, esta ha sido una de mis mejores experiencias. • Elizabeth (10/5): Authentic Florence in a great location - Great location opposite the indoor market for fab food and drink. Comfortable bed, authentic Florentine atmosphere. The host, Ugo Cozza, and the couple who welcomed us, were extremely helpful and attentive. The roof top terrace boasting amazing views of the Duomo, was very welcome. My husband spent several hours up there! Having to use a key for electricity was awkward.

Il, nous a expliqué les points clés et les bons restaurants du quartier et nous a facilité la tâche pour laisser nos bagages avant l'heure d'enregistrement. La terrasse offre une vue magnifique sur les deux coupoles (Duomo et San Lorenzo) et l'hôtel se trouve à deux pas du marché central (Centro Mercato). Son emplacement en plein centre permet d'accéder facilement à tout (restaurants, attractions touristiques, boutiques, gare). La chambre est confortable et fonctionnelle. vous serez au cœur de Florence et vous ne le regretterez pas. Je le recommande vivement et j'y retournerai bientôt ! Cet endroit a tant de merveilles ✨, et je suis sûre que je le choisirai à nouveau lors de mon prochain séjour à Florence

Ability to leave bags on last day. Stairs could be an issue if you have mobility issues. I didn’t feel it was obvious on booking.com that this is a guest house rather than a hotel.

• Diana (10/5): Wonderful and awesome! - Great location, about a 6 min way to Santa Maria Novella train station. Right across San Lorenzo central market so nice food choices during the day! The hosts were there to meet us and they were both exceptionally welcoming. They helped us with our bags which were very heavy and explained things and gave us ideas and places to eat and visit. The building has an amazing terrace where you can see a beautiful view of Florence and even the Duomo. We relaxed up there all nights of our stay with a bottle of wine. The room was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Love it and would stay there again! Nothing

Host, location, room, rooftop verandah - exceptional ! - The host Hugo and his wife were absolutely delightful, they made us feel so welcome. The room was beautiful, very pretty with thought going into all the conveniences. The rooftop area was a highlight, overlooking the Duomo and Florence, just stunning.
