• Marianette (7/5): The location was great if you are there to tour The Vatican. The Host was very kind! - The host was very pleasant! The view from the window was very nice! The bed was hard and made of springs and each one of those hard springs was felt when laying down, and the pillows felt like your head was on top of shredded foam. My suggestion is My Rooms should spend some money adding thick comfortable mattress covers, and upgrade the pillows to something more like tempurpedic foam.

Minor fixes in the room required. - Sabrina was a great host, she met us at the property and explained the facilities well. The toilet leaked at the bottom on one occasion, the shower drainage was very bad and was filling up while showering, so it felt very unhygienic. There was a smell from the fridge, which also had some black mold. These are easy fixes for a more pleasant experience, especially since we stayed 4 nights. It would have been nice to have extra towels in the room too.

• Katrina Velasquez (10/5): Clean, convenient and comfortable - The location was so convenient. The main attractions, and the transportation was so accessible: the Vatican, metro and bus stops were less than five minutes' walk away. You also will not go hungry and look far for necessities: we were surrounding by dozens of restaurants and convenience stores. As long as you don't mind hearing pedestrians and traffic, you're in a great location! Our host, Sabrina was also very friendly and immediately answered any questions we had via text. I would recommend My Rooms to any family and friends who'd like to stay in Rome and I would stay here again if I come back :) I didn't mind it, but if you're the type of person who is easily distracted by the sound of traffic and crowds, during the daytime and early into the night, the location may not be "quiet enough" for you. It only gets quiet after 9-10pm until it picks up again after 9am. Honestly, not an issue for me as I was so exhausted after a full day of sight-seeing that even if I take a nap midday, I can easily sleep despite the noise. If you're sensitive to sound and sleep during the busy times, bring noise-cancelling headphones.

Vatikanas praktiškai delne. Erzino tai, kad langas nebuvo sandarus ir gatvės triukšmas labai girdisi. Jei norisi, kad būtų galimybė ramiai pailsėti, reiktų pakeisti langą, arba turėti su savimi ausų kamštukus. Jei esate stambesnio kūno sudėjimo, dušo kabina bus per maža.

• Nicolas (6/5): Bon emplacement près du Vatican, mais confort, propreté et insonorisation décevants. - L’emplacement, sur la Piazza del Risorgimento et à proximité du Vatican où nous avions un mariage, est très agréable et pratique pour se déplacer à pied. Il y a également pas mal de petites commodités à proximité. L’état de fraîcheur de la douche et la qualité du matériel ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix ni de l’emplacement, ce qui nuit à la sensation de propreté. Les portes des chambres ne sont absolument pas insonorisées : vous n’aurez aucune intimité et entendrez tous les passages et les bruits provenant du couloir et des autres chambres.

• Anh Quynh (10/5): Great central location at Riso square and Wonderful Hostess - Great central convenient location. Just 10 minutes walk to St Peter Square. Restaurants & shops right outside. Room facing Riso square, so lively and cheerful. Room was spotlessly clean, with mini frig & ekettle. Plus, hostess provided good tea & coffee. Building & area were safe. 5 minutes walk to Taxi rank. 10 minutes walk to Ottaviano metro. Check in was 11 AM, the earliest in Vatican area, plus Sabrina met & let me check in 10:30 AM! Sabrina was very professional, helpful and nice. Her BnB is classic elegance like her. I enjoyed the stay and highly recommend Sabrina’s My Rooms. Thanks Savrina! For a longer stay in Rome, I need a flat with a Private kitchenette especially a microwave, and a clothes washing machine. But NO BnB provides these.

• Ema-Gabriela (10/5): Wonderful stay if you’d like to be as closer to the Vatican as possible! I really recommend it! - Absolutely everything! The host, signora Sabrina, was such a wonderful human being - one you rarely find these days! The location is right across Porta Angelica entrance to San Pietro Square, so it’s extremely comfortable if you want to wake up in the morning and go to stay in line for the square and Basilica San Pietro. The neighbourhood is very safe, always full of tourists. The subway is 5-7 minutes away by foot and you have direct line to Roma Termini train station. The room is spacious, extremely clean, you can see the Cupola of the Basilica San Pietro from your window. The room has a kettle, coffee and tea which is super comfortable if you enjoy taking coffee indoors, but there’s also a restaurant right at the entrance in the building, so you can also have it there. Pharmacy is next to building entrance. The bed is super comfortable, as well. I loved everything about it! It is a bit noisy at night, since there are still tourists and cars passing by, but not something that really bothered me.

Everything you need is nearby-- attractions, restaurants, good (Pam) grocery, and transport! Super clean. Owner Sabrina went above and beyond for my friend who had just gotten out of the hospital, so my friend needed extra TLC. I'll stay again on my next visit 100% Thank you, Sabrina! • PAOLO (8/5): Buon soggiorno - Mi è piaciuto tutto , soprattutto l accoglienza , sarebbe eccellente se avesse il serramento nuovo. Purtroppo il serramento non chiude bene , il vetro è datato , sembra di dormire in piazza. Consiglio di cambiarlo per insonorizzare. Se lo fate sarà da 10.

• adrien (10/5): - Absolument génial !!! Réservation effectuée pour un citytrip en solo, de deux nuits. L'hébergement est fidèle à ses photos, l'emplacement est incroyable, situé à deux pas de la basilique Saint-Pierre. Et d'une station de métro pour rallier le centre-ville ainsi que la gare centrale directement sur la même ligne. Énormément de choses à faire à pied depuis l'hébergement, restauration et toute commodité dans le quartier, un grand merci à Sabrina qui s'est montrée très réactive pour répondre à mes messages et m'accueillir à l'horaire souhaité sur place.

• Sophie (9/5): Chambre très pratique pour 3 jours à Rome avec un très bon accueil de Sabrina - Emplacement parfait pour accéder au Vatican et au château San Angelo tout proches Equipements très pratiques : 3 serviettes de toilette pour moi seule, une bouilloire, un petit frigo. Rapport qualité - prix très intéressant Sabrina est de bon conseil (demande de restaurants dans le secteur) Vue un peu sombre sur la loggia intérieure et un peu de bruit le soir avec les blocs de climatisation extérieurs quand la fenêtre est ouverte.

Unfortunately the room had some problems, only one charging plug worked & we both needed to charge our phones. Shower super tight & water leaking from the toilet. The place is very safe but we found the main 2 gates wide open everytime we went in & out so it might be good to advice guests to follow protocol. Thank you for everything though.

• diego (9/5): Gran apartamento céntrico - La ubicación es lo mejor, al lado del vaticano. el trato de Sabrina inmejorable. Estaba super pendiente a nosotros y nos puso todo muy fácil y cómodo. La habitación muy buena, con aire acondicionado y vistas a la ciudad. El ruido de la calle a la noche, pero andando mucho durante el día a la noche caes rendido y nada te impide el sueño.

Good selection of gelato places, restaurants, bars nearby Value for money for the location, room is on the smaller side but just right for my use Check in was very smooth, I had to check something urgently on my laptop but it was before cleaning was complete. So the lady let me sit at the reception to connect to the internet/ charge my phone and laptop It does have lift but you still need to walk up some small stairs to get to it. So you still have to be able to lug your luggages up a small flight of stairs before you get to the room

• Jade (8/5): :) - Staff was helpful. Reached out early to help plan my arrival and helped me to reach the property. The location was very good, close to the vatican and close to metro stop, and the area felt safe. Allowed to leave bags free of charge after checkout. The keys / locks for the property were a little difficult - the owner explained that this is a building issue and nothing can be done about it. However, it was extremely difficult to get into the building and would sometimes take about 10 minutes until the key would work! The room is quite small, but you spend most of your time outside of it, so no issues! The shower is very small, and I had issues with the shower screen door coming off the track and thus water going everywhere! Despite all of this I would stay here again.

Lovely view of Saint Peter’s Basilica from the room. Room was the perfect landing pad for all the various walking trips around the city. Shower cubicle was a little tight for space but really this wasn’t a major issue.

Rome overall is a busy city but once you close the window, the noises are blocked out. The host Sabrina was super friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and neat and bed comfy. The metro line is 500m away so you can easily jump on and go to the side where the other main attractions like the Trevi fountain, coloseum etc are.

• Lorenzo (9/5): Very comfy for a short stay, definitely recommend! - I liked that the room was furnished with everything needed for a short stay: a comfy bed with additional pillows and duvets, a fully furnished bathroom, towels, fridge and air conditioning. The position is quite optimal, since the area is safe, very central, close to the Vatican (if you’re interested into the museum), and close to key public transports. Plus, Sabrina was very friendly and available, definitely an amazing host! The bathroom ventilation could be better, if you leave the door open you might find the room with a light unpleasant smell. However, it’s not a deal breaker and can be easily fixed by making sure the bathroom door is closed, or by ventilating with the main window or running the AC.

Not only were we close to the Vatican, but the train st - It was easy to get to, amazing view of St.Peter’s Basilica right out our window, and many great restaurants and bars within a block! Our hostess was very helpful in all aspects of our stay! There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like!

Sabrina the host was fantastic, she was flexible with check in time when I arrived slightly earlier than expected, and also accommodating and flexible on the day I left. Room itself was a good size with desk and a small fridge, as well as a good sized bathroom with shower. Room was on main road so was occasionally a little noisy at points in the day, though fine at night.
