• Melanee (7/5): Reliable and great customer service, things were fixed immediately and fast. - Close to bus stop, great ac, extra pillows. Toilet wouldn’t completely flush, bathroom door wouldn’t open easily, no way to cook even though there was a kitchen, lots of bird poop near entrance Hour bus ride from colosseum, 2 hour bus ride to Vatican City, $35 taxi ride to city center.
• Patrick (9/5): - The owner sent clear instructions (WhatsApp),in relation to accessing the property,connecting to WiFi, cleaning the room and generally asking if everything was Ok. The room was large,very clean and it had a balcony. You also had access to a kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities,tea and coffee was provided.The bathroom was also clean and bright with plenty of ventilation. There is a supermarket within a five minute walk and a number of restaurants. The building was a straightforward 15 minute walk from Tiburtino Railway Station. All in all,the accommodation met all of our needs and we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Isabel.

A localização é um bocado suspeita, a vizinhança é de uma residência universitária e tem muitas pessoas a fazer barulho ate de madrugada, o isolamento acústico deixa a desejar uma vez que da para ouvir todos os vizinhos na casa de banho e a falar. Tambem gostava de fazer uma menção à quantidade de mosquitos e melgas que entram no quarto, ficamos todos mordidos.
• Finnland-Institut (8/5): alles gut. - alles enstprach den erwartungen. bahnhof tiburtina fussläufig erreichbar, ca. 15-20 min. sehr praktisch, aber auch notwendig, da "das schöne rom" doch ein stück weit entfernt ist und auch der stadtteil der unterkunft, zumindest baulich, nicht besonders attraktiv ist. zimmer groß, relativ ruhig und hell. ich hatte aufgrund der beschreibung genau das erwattet, also nichts hätte besser sein können.

• Rebecca (8/5): Soggiorno piacevole, struttura servita dai mezzi di superficie ma distante dalla metro - La stanza era molto pulita e la struttura aveva tutti i servizi necessari La distanza dalla metro da percorrere tutti i giorni non si é rivelata indifferente, però c’è un autobus che passa sotto casa che ti porta proprio a Tiburtina e viceversa.

• Sviatlana (10/5): Отлично, рекомендую! - Заселение прошло легко и быстро. Номер чистый, все необходимое есть, даже мелочи вроде зонтика:) Уютный балкон с хорошим видом. Из центра добирались на метро, потом пару остановок на автобусе. Хозяйка приятная, ненавязчивая, на вопросы всегда отвечала. Рядом есть супермаркет и несколько кафе. Все понравилось! Звукоизоляция отсутствует))), но это проблема в целом жилья в Европе)

While the room was clean and Isabel communicated well, we unfortunately did not feel safe in the location of this room. Throughout the night, we heard loud noises, yelling, and banging throughout the building. In addition, the neighborhood and walking to/from this location did not feel incredibly safe. Because of these, we did not feel that the cost of the room truly met the value of the experience.

• Fabrizio (8/5): Per un weekend senza pretese - Posizione comoda a 20 minut a piedi da Tiburtina e la completa disponibilità dell'host, zona comune molto fornita e pulita. Consiglierei di dare una sistemata al bagno, il soffitto ha l'intonaco che cede, il phon non funziona. Il balcone é carino sulla carta ma é completamente inutilizzabile per via del guano di piccione (basterebbe coprire il tavolino a mio avviso)

• Oltean (9/5): - Curățenie, dar precizez că în cele 5 zile nu se intra pt curățenie în camera . Locație foarte buna in ceea ce privește transportul local . bucătărie dotată foarte bine ! Baia necesita mici îmbunătățiri .

• Tiziana (8/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo - La stanza ha proprio un buon rapporto qualità - prezzo! Inoltre si trova a 5 minuti di autobus e a 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Tiburtina, inserita in un contesto tranquillo. Molto gradita l'offerta di tisane, caffè e distributore dell'acqua. La stanza è arredata in modo moderno ed è pulita, abbiamo apprezzato molto la disponibilità dei gestori che ci sono venuti incontro per lasciare i bagagli oltre l'orario del check-out. Quando torneremo a Roma, terremo sicuramente in considerazione Isabel. I riscaldamenti non erano accesi pur avendo soggiornato in pieno inverno. Nella stanza abbiamo acceso il climatizzatore a pompa di calore, ma la cucina, ossia l'area comune dove poterci servire con tisane, acqua e caffè era fredda! Il bagno della stanza in cui siamo stati era cieco e non c'era nemmeno un aspiratore. Ci hanno dato solo due asciugamani: uno per la doccia e uno per il viso, senza quello da bidet. C'erano pochi ganci in bagno per appendere le cose. Piccolo consiglio: graditissima l'area ristoro con bevande, se si desse anche la possibilità di mangiucchiare brioche preconfezionate, biscotti e fette biscottate con creme spalmabili e marmellate, si darebbe la possibilità di fare colazione praticamente e sarebbe molto più comodo.
• Alice (10/5): - Appartamento molto pulito con tutto il necessario, abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo anche il fatto che c' è la macchina del caffè per un buon caffè di prima mattina!! Il check-in è stato facile. Dalla stazione Tiburtina sono meno di 20 minuti a piedi quindi facilmente raggiungibile. L' appartamento è in una zona tranquilla con supermercati bar e ristoranti. Sinceramente è stata un' esperienza perfetta e consiglio vivamente.

Le camere sono spaziose con un ampio bagno. ottima la pulizia. la struttura è dotata di alcuni servizi aggiuntivi tipo macchina per caffè, frigo comune, bollitore. Non abbiamo interagito direttamente con la proprietaria ma è stata gentile.

• Michał (10/5): Short stay in Rome - Room was very spacious and very clean. Location is great - 15 minutes walk from Tiburtina Train Station. There was a common kitchen - with coffee machine, tea and coffee. Our apartment had a balcony with nice view. The bed was very comfortable.
