• Shushanna (10/5): Всё прекрасно, только шум от соседей. - Очень удобное расположение, несмотря на та, что не в самом центре. Легко добраться до любой точки. Сразу выходя из дома есть остановка, 3 минуты ходьбы и рядом метро. Хозяйка отзывчива и всегда была на связи, когда были вопросы как добраться. Так же благодарны, что разрешила нам оставить наши рюкзаки в коридоре, так как наш рейс на самолёт поздно ночью. Рекомендую эти апартаменты, если хотите хорошо провести Римские каникулы) Единственный минус, это шум из соседних комнат. Всё слышно.

• Tomáš (9/5): Super, určite zopakujeme. - Poloha bola super. Veľmi jednoduché spojenie asi 4 zastávky metrom a vystúpite hneď pri Španielskych schodoch. Byt sa nachádza vo veľmi dobre tichej lokalite, krásne prostredie.
• Denis (9/5): - We had a very pleasant stay. The room looks exactly like in the photos—clean, comfortable, and with a small kitchen that was very convenient. The owner was extremely kind and helped us with anything we needed. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Metro line A and bus 87, which takes you to many important areas of the city. Breakfast at Pompi was delicious and a very nice surprise. We truly recommend this place.

• Alina (8/5): - Зручна і чиста кімната.На кухні є пральна машина і все необхідне. Дуже тонкі стіни,розмовляли ввечері пошепки і навіть так сусідська кімната стукала в стіни,бо ми їм заважали з подругою. Ну неможливо приїхати відпочити з подругою і о 23:00 мовчки лягти спати.

• Demi lee (8/5): Sensational can’t wait to come back 🫶🏼 - Very clean, comfy and in a great location we walked to the colosseum 25 minutes and was very close to the Metro The beautiful window that opened up to the garden , comfy bed, had a lovely kitchen with all the things you need, bathroom was good size with fresh towels and walk in shower Thank you to Gabriele, who stayed in contact with us to check we got to the apartment okay and was there for anything we needed Breakfast was lovely coffee and Croissant 🥐

• Yani25 (10/5): Lo eligiria nuevamente sin dudarlo! - Todo fue excelente! Volvería a elegir mil veces Olafo's, tiene las paradas de los micros muy cerca y todo te deja en el centro de Roma a 15 min. Si te gusta mucho caminar lo puedes hacer a pie. El barrio es muy tranquilo, Debora respondio todas mis dudas todo el tiempo, tuvimos un problema y perdimos el vuelo a Roma llegando 12hs dsps, nos esperaron a la madrugada para dejarnos las llaves, cuando llegamos teníamos muchos refrigerios y comida para nosotros, fueron muy amables siempre. Nunca olvidare nuestra estadía en Roma, hicieron que fuera perfecta! Todo fue excelente

Super miejsce, wszędzie można szybko dostać się metrem (Watykan, Koloseum, fontanna do Trevi, schody hiszpańskie itd.) Ogólnie bardzo pozytywnie a wręcz pobyt przewyższył nasze oczekiwania. Brak

(8/5): - Η κυρία που μας έδωσε τα κλειδιά ήταν πολύ ευγενική κ καλή παρόλο που έφτασε η πτήση μας αργά, η τοποθεσία ήταν φοβερή πολύ κοντά σε συγκοινωνία αν κ εμάς μας αρέσει να περπατάμε ήταν ωραίες αποστάσεις κ πήγαμε με τα πόδια να δούμε κιόλας τους δρόμους..το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, τι μόνο θέμα κάποια μέρα γυρίσαμε από μεγάλο περπάτημα στη πόλη κ δεν είχε νερό να κάνουμε μπάνιο ,το έφτιαξαν αργα το βράδυ κ κάναμε μπάνιο την άλλη μέρα..ο ιδιοκτήτης επίσης πρέπει να πω μας άφησε να αφήσουμε τα πράγματα μας μέσα παραπάνω ώρα για να μην τα κουβαλάμε μαζί μέχρι να φύγουμε ..ευχαριστούμε πολυ
• Diego Sarille Paz (9/5): Trato excelente y muy recomendable. - Lo que más nos gustó fue el trato de Débora ya que llegamos el primer día bastante tarde y nos hizo la entrega de llaves y la atención que nos dio, la ubicación en transporte público tanto en bus como en metro está muy cerca de todo y la habitación y las instalaciones son muy buenas y limpias. Desayuno en Pompi muy rico con capuchino y croissant. Totalmente recomendable. Por decir algo la ubicación está alejado para ir andando, pero vamos tanto en el autobús y en metro se llega muy rápido.

• Niels (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious room. Good location. Delicious caffè and croissant at the cafe they’re cooperating with for breakfast. The laundry machine broke during our stay, but the host was very responsive and helpful and insisted on covering our expenses at the laundromat.
• Jacek (9/5): Superb - The double room we had was nice, clean and of sufficient size, all facilities were working fine. Contact with the owner was spot-on! Good location of the apartment block, which has a charming yard (palm tree, a stone fish bowl, etc.). I liked the feel of staying in such 'municipal' apartment block of Rome (as opposed to a hotel). The only thing I wanted to point out relates to insufficient soundproofing within the apartment, as basically we could hear every cough or sneeze of the guests in another room.

• Ivan (9/5): Decent place for its price - Everything is good. The room was fine, as well as the kitchen and bathroom. Bed is comfortable. Hostess is pretty pleasant woman. The place definitely worth its price. There are some disadvantages (the biggest one is the absence of a kettle 😁), but they are minor. I’ve set 1 adult instead of 2 accidentally, and hostess doubled our breakfast vouchers and other stuff without problem. Thanks a lot for the stay 🙏

• Marina_kareva (9/5): I wish prosperity to the apartment owner. - Very comfortable accommodation option in Rome. The location is excellent. Large room with everything you need. Comfortable bed. Very hospitable owner of the apartment - was always in touch, helped with everything, and answered all questions very quickly. I would like slightly cleaner dishes. It might be worth considering installing a dishwasher. There are no other disadvantages.
• Mihaela (9/5): The best host! - Gabriele is so welcoming!! Our key broke on the first day - he came in in less than 30 mins and fixed everything in 5. The room is spacious, clean and has a small terrace. I loved that it’s quiet. There is a shared kitchen if you need it. Also Gabriele accommodated our need to keep our luggage for the day at the B&B which was great since it made our walking around Rome so much easier! Walls are thin, which is not the best when your neighbors get up at 6 and you at 9😄

• Tina (10/5): Exceptional - The area and building was quiet. Close to the metro station which took us to most of the landmarks. For the Colosseum and Circus Maximus we used the bus. The room was renovated recently and was squeaky clean. Nice sized room for two people, a balcony door with shutters overlooks a garden with trees. The bed was big and comfortable. There is a hair dryer too. There is a small fully equiped kichen which is shared with the room next door. There is an iron and small ironing board. Gabriele our host was very polite and helpful, keeping in touch with messages. We needed extra pillows and he brought them. The cafe Pompi where we had our coffee and breakfast is close by and has the best Tiramisu in Rome. We highly recommend this room as it is comfortable, clean, quiet and all the facilities such as the supermarket, metro, pizza, coffee and gelato places for quick meals are all close by as well as a traditional Tratoria for dinner. These are all within a couple of minutes to 15 minutes walk max.

The local area was great for experiencing local Rome life without the tourist crowds, while also being within a very short commute on the Metro to Termini etc. We stayed for six nights and found many good local restaurants across all budget ranges. • Gabriela (8/5): The nicest b&b - A very good b&b in terms of location, in a very quiet apartment, impeccable towels, with a fairly well equipped mini-kitchen. The only problem was the shower water was not always hot. But Gabriele will definitely solve the problem.

The young man owner although he tried to be very nice but wasn’t so transparent, introducing us to his apartment when we arrived 1st day he offered us few stuff were already in the fridge including 2 small bottles of water then it turned out they don’t belong to him but to the other tenants in the 2nd room who were so rude as they were shouting on us because we used those 2 bottles which were offered by the owner, that was very immature from owner and created unnecessary embarrassment

• Markus (10/5): Can wholeheartedly vouch for the host and the place itself - The host Gabriele was really accommodating - we were able to ask him questions and receive replies really fast. We were able to check-out 1h later, he recommended us really good places to eat and overall made the entire experience so enjoyable. Basically, he is there to help you with the stay in every way. The place itself is rather spacious, looks nice and is clean. It is situated in a rather quiet neighbourhood, but everything (grocery stores, access to public transport, some sightseeing) is in a walking distance. The pictures shown when booking give you a realistic expectations of the place.

• Ekaterina (8/5): Great place for exploring Rome with super-friendly host - The location of the flat is perfect for exploring the city - very nice neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and supermarkets, very easy connection to the city centre. The host was very welcoming, offered a transfer and was checking in on us now and then to see if we need anything. The room is spacious and overlooks a quiet courtyard, is equipped with everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is in a nearby coffee / desserts bar which we liked a lot - coffee and pastries only though, but this was enough for us The water in the shower was slow to go to the drain

Host Gabrielle is very friendly and accommodating. He collected us from the airport and took us back to the airport. The place is very neat. I especially liked the inside garden area. We liked everything.

The location is ideal and is close to 2 metro stations making it very accessible. The building itself is very authentic and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacious. Perfect for a couples get away. ❤️ We liked everything!
