• Pamela (8/5): - I stayed in a single room, and I liked having my own space. For this price, the value is really good. You can use the shared kitchen, and the building has an elevator. The owner allowed me to store my luggage on the checkout day for a few hours. The bed was a bit uncomfortable, and the rooms are not soundproof. The lady who owns the place is really nice but does not speak English, so communication is tricky.

• Hominda (8/5): Good value, good location. - The location was nice. Close to the station, easy to get to, food and gas stations extremely close. The restaurant connected to it was amazing. Beds were comfortable, apartment was spacious. And the owner is very kind. My biggest issue was just the bathroom. I had to clean the shower cause it wasn’t fully clean, and It’s just inconvenient. No place for towels to hang when getting out the shower. Other than that though it was pleasant.

Hice solo una sola noche, dormí bien y la habitación era de 6 personas. La heladera pequeña en la habitación me pareció un lindo detallé. Una sola ducha, así que recomiendo levantarse temprano para bañarse.

Diverse supplies in the kitchen. Shower shoes provided. Mini fridge in room. Signage was not obvious to find the location. Inconvenient to pay in person. Hairs on the towels. A full size body towel was not provided. Sink section of the bathroom did not have a lock. Bedding looked tacky. Kitchen was messy and had crumbs everywhere. On the longer side of a walk from the train station.

• Khan (10/5): Better than expected - I didn’t expected this hostel to be this good. I love everything, they’ve every facility and the host is very very nice, let me use shower when I arrived early , kept my luggage and allowed late checkout as well.

• Pragz051990 (8/5): Very good - The hotel was in a convenient location. Was a quite small room but the staff was very helpful. The room size.

• Keep (9/5): It was cheap, but comfortable and convenient. - It was incredibly cheap, clocking in at around 3,000 yen/night whereas surrounding hotels were at around 10,000 yen. It was also pretty comfortable since I had my own room. It's also right beside a Korean restaurant with the same name, so food wasn't a problem. The restaurant beside with the same name was pretty good; however, halfway through my meal, the staff started smoking, so the air was filled with cigarette smoke. I'm pretty sensitive to smoke, so I didn't like that. If you're okay with cigarette smoke, then you can probably look past this. Room-wise, it might be better to make the curtains thicker so that the sun's rays won't pierce through early in the morning.
• Wouter (1/5): Mean Old Lady, lot of overbookings - Not much The owner is a mean old Korean lady who can't work with a computer. When I arrived nobody was there so I was just hanging out with a guest I just met, when the old lady arrived she got mad and started yelling in Korean. She also overbooked and threw all the belongings from a guest outside to make space for another guest even though he was still staying 2 more nights. Horrible experience.

• Tony (8/5): Very cheap acc. for a night or two. - The location is not to bad, however not smack down in the citycenter. The acc. is very basic, but you got everything you need for a night or two, the pricepoint is hard to beat. Restaurants and otherwise is just outside the entrance. The old Lady who runs the show is doing her best to keep everything tidy, people posting reviews should be considerate and think about that this is an old woman. Well, the neighborhood is somewhat sketchy, but other than that nothing really.
• Verdun (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very kind, even if she didn't knew English she was doing her best to make herself understand and she was always smiling. She is very strict for house rules but it is to maintain cleanless!
• O'neil (3/5): Poor - The shower was alright The lady running it only speaks Japanese which of course isn't the issue as we are in Japan. The problem is that she has no way of communicating with anyone who doesn't speak Japanese which in 2024 when you have easily accessible translator apps is quite bad. Obviously I have my phone but she wasn't happy using that either. I checked in at the same time as another woman and we didn't know which room was for who I tried to pay a couple of times and she waved away my card without explaining why she wasn't accepting my payment. I eventually just gave up as I had to leave to meet people and decided to sort it later on. When leaving I realised the key didn't work so I couldn't lock my room She turned up at my door that night and told me my card was declined. I'm not sure how as I hadn't tried to pay in any way for the reasons mentioned. On booking.com it's mentioned that the payment is handled by the property so I don't think she could have retroactively taken the payment from there or something along those lines. It was my last night in Japan so I didn't have any cash left so I used my translator app to communicate I was going to take out money however she blocked me so I couldn't get out. Eventually she let me out but tried to lock my things in the room (although again the key doesn't work). We went to the restaurant downstairs and I explained to them I was trying my hardest to pay her but she was making it very difficult and they said she wanted to go with me to the ATM which was fine as long as we finally got to go. I had to lift out money but the minimum was more yen than I wanted to have so now I have a lot of spare yen I can't spend anywhere. I had to get change and the shop said I had to buy something and the lady grabbed me and gestured towards the drinks to signal she wanted me to buy her a drink which I found incredibly cheeky and said no.
