Der Chef des Hauses unterstützt mit all seinen Wissen die Biker, gibt Tourentipps, unterstützt bei technischen Problemen und hilft wo er nur kann. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die kochkünste der Chefin! Sehr, sehr leckeres österreichisches Essen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
