• Lothar (8/5): Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und würden wieder dieses Hotel buchen - Das Personal zuvorkommend und man fühlt sich in familiärer Umgebung. Das Frühstück ist reichaltig und von guter Qualität. Die Gerichte im Restaurant sind kreativ und sehr schmackhaft, Ambiente ist sehr angenehm. Sanitäre Einrichtung hat gehobenes Niveau und Bett ist bequem. Keine hoteleigenen Parkplätze, aber es gab immer Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel.
• Michael (4/5): A Major Disappointment - Breakfast was OK. As a repeat customer of this Gasthaus, my recent stay was a major disappointment. I only booked one night between travel from a lengthy apartment stay in Kaiserslautern before departing Germany from Frankfurt. The staff seemed more focused on the restaurant business than their hotel business upon my arrival. I can understand their focus on local customers but their initial welcoming could have been less cold. No on-site parking was available; I was told to park across the street in parking slots for an interior design business. Things did not improve later that evening as I asked if I could go to the restaurant for a beer as I was considering dinner. But the restaurant staff claimed they were too busy and to come back later. As I walked past the restaurant’s windows on my way to another establishment, I observed many empty seats in the restaurant. So a lack of seats and tables was not the issue. The room I was assigned was clean, orderly, spartan, minimalist, with plenty of heat, but lacked any extras except for one bottle of sparkling water. The breakfast the next morning was on time, as I requested it at 0800h since I arrived around 1700h the day before. The available selections of bread, cold cuts, cereals, juices and yogurt were pretty much standard fare. I was pleasantly surprised they offered eggs cooked to order: fried, scrambled, etc. And I was provided more than just two cups of coffee. However, after I finished eating, I was told I needed to check out well before the published checkout time of 1100h. I was advised no staff would be available at 1100h to do checkout then. So I went to my room, quickly packed instead of relaxing prior to departure, loaded my luggage into my vehicle, and checked out paying in full and returning my room key at 0922h. Quite frankly, I felt more welcome and treated better as a paying customer at the nearby Pfälzerwald-Jugendherberge Hochspeyer than this Enkenbach Gasthaus.

• Samantha (2/5): Nicht mehr wieder!!! - Garnichts Die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage und somit waren es gefühlte 50 Grad im Zimmer Am Montag hat das Restaurant geschlossen und somit gab es auch kein Essen am Abend

Will stay elsewhere in the future. - breakfast was adequate, choices were limited. massive construction directly in front of the hotel, numerous streets were closed making getting to the hotel very difficult. No elevator, second floor rooms are only accessible via a long, outside staircase. very difficult with luggage.
