Limited access to the surroundings, I don't want to talk bad about the place because it is not my business and don't want to put it a bad rating. But it didn't meet my expectations How things went there

Electric blanket: Only one on a queen bed, covering one side. When we requested another, the owner dismissively said we were âlucky to even have one.â Wi-Fi & hot water: Wi-Fi code was missing, and hot water was delayed. Towels & cleanliness: Only one torn towel provided; replacement seemed stolen. Access & smoking area: No-curfew claim was false; my partnerâs movement was restricted. Owner conduct: Messages ignored, and late-night calls were inappropriate. I am taking this up with Booking.com and expect compensation. Future guests should be warnedâthis listing is misleading and service is poor.

- Mpofu (5/5): A bed to sleep! - The price was decent The area is unsafe and access coming in and out is a bit difficult because the care taker is the only person with keys. Being out late is risky because of the area as well as the caretaker puts the alarm on at 10pm and you have to call to enter after that which is inconvenient. Cutlery is dirty and its your responsibility to clean and pack the cutlery after use. The place offers breakfast but upon requesting breakfast i was given a long story of not having ingredients. The TV was faulty and streaming platforms were all logged out of

- Cassandra (1/5): PROPERTY OF NIGHTMARES - Absolutely nothing. The property should not be let out Location is full of crime. The house has cracks all over, it has a horrible smell. Beds were in poor condition, adapters had brown cello tape holding it together. Complete fire hazard. Once the alarm is put on by the caretaker you cant move out of your room until it's disarmed. Property owner does not communicate since he has taken your money and whatever problems arise, you basically on your own. When we drove in there was illegal activities been done on the corner of the road. Absolutely not a safe place. There was no water on the property and no alternatives were made to secure water neither were we informed. We then booked at Birchwood Hotel which was such a relief as it was everything as in its website and it was safe.

- Matimba (3/5): Dirty dirty. - Clean bedding. But the bed does the 'tswiki' 'tswiki' sound. You can almost here conversations from the other rooms It's dirty. Please see photos. Unfortunately I arrived at night, I almost walked out immediately. Had booked for the whole weekend, only stayed for a day because of the condition I couldn't stand. All the positive reviews I saw encouraged me to book. Their bedding was clean, but the rest no no. I've never seen a white door this dirty. They need to do proper cleaning. The fridge was smelly too. Bad experience. I'm putting this here so that they improve

- Tiegom (1/5): After booking an hour before I got to the place, I picked up the rooms are not cleaned and stuffy - I have not slept at the place. I have bad sinuses and the rooms are stuffy and unhygienic. Nothing is as it looks on the website. We were sold a dummy. The manager is arrogant and insists it's clean even when the attendants agree the rooms are stuffy and are not cleaned. I will book another one now @ 1:30 after 2 hours of arguing. Please refund me. The place is generally Unhygienic, inhabitable pigsty. I could not sleep nor stay at the place.
