Francesca (1/5): Pay an extra €100 and enjoy your holiday. - I thought the sauna would be nice. The location next to the electric grid. This property is wedged directly between two pylons. The air is thick with static electricity - you can literally hear it. Outside the balcony there was an extremely ugly electric field. I don’t know why it was other than industrial ugliness. It is appalling that this isn’t mentioned on booking.com. I booked this place to write and end enjoy st Anton - I found this freak house and immediately rejected it. The owners seemed relaxed and understanding when I said I needed to cancel — I presumed I wasn’t the first to do this from their ambivalent response. They said “oh have you booked?” Like they weren’t expecting me (this is all in German, my partner is German.) They told me to sort it out with booking.com so I cancelled - but saw they rejected the cancellation and I have been charged in full. Not even the 50% refund I should expect from booking. Terrible service all round and a deceptive listing. Do not stay here.

iain (6/5): Please accommodation but awkward hosts - Rooms good size and clean, nice wellness centre Owners spoke no English and even german guests struggled to be understood . Hosts not very friendly, and even rude at times, and instructions for use of wellness were not clear.

Will B (8/5): - We had such a lovely experience at Landhaus Zauser in St. Anton. The property feels instantly welcoming and cozy, with a warm atmosphere that makes you relax the moment you arrive. The facilities are excellent—especially the wellness area, which was the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes. One of the biggest conveniences was the ski bus, which runs regularly from the end of the road. It made getting to and from the lifts incredibly easy and stress‑free. The hosts were fantastic throughout our stay: communication was quick, clear, and very efficient, which really added to the smoothness of the whole trip. Overall, Landhaus Zauser is a great choice for couples or small groups looking to enjoy St. Anton in comfort. Highly recommended!
Garth (8/5): - Very affordable and accessibility to St Anton town (via buses) made this ideal for an affordable option for our group to ski in St Anton. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. We didn't need to use the kitchen and lounge area a lot but it more than met expectations.
Jacob (8/5): Amazing location, lovely facilities, significant language barrier - Superb location. Just outside of the main town so it was quiet but close enough to a bus stop to get around easily. The facilities were great. They had a small, onsite naked sauna and steam room open every day except Sunday. The apartment we stayed in had nearly everything we needed to self cater (except an oven). The hosts were (overall) great, despite language barriers they tried their best to help and be friendly. We were in Austria where people speak German. I don't speak German. The hosts don't speak English. Ultimately, it's on me to try and communicate in German. I tried my best (using Google Translate a lot), but there were just a few too many miscommunications to give them a 10/10 review. Miscommunications often resulted in anger and frustration from the host. For example, I told him our taxi to the airport was at 16:30, and then he randomly booked us a taxi for 14:30 and got angry that we didn't use his taxi.

Gazda, in dorința de a ne servi cat mai bine, a cazut in extrema opusa, devenind cam pisalog. Micul dejun cam frugal. Automatul de cafea a dat multe rateuri. Noroc cu ceaiul, care a fost foarte bun.

Hei Man (9/5): Everything is good - Everything. The owners are an old couple who speak limited english. They are so nice and try to explain everything to us. It's far away from city center, but we drove so it's not really matter. There is free on-site parking.

Very nice wellness with sauna and steam bath No opportunity for dinner in the hotel. You have to go somewhere else for dinner

Jack (9/5): Nice place for a reasonable price. - Great SPA area with towels provided for free. Big parking. Nice ski room with boot dryers. The hosts are an old couple that only speaks German. Relatively good continental breakfast. It is very clean and the towels get changed regularly. The ski bus #2 and #5 stop is in the 5 min walking distance. It takes 15-20 min to get to the Main village (West stop), and ~10 min to get to Nasserein. The host provides with the vouchers for a ski depo, so one could leave the equipment direct at the lifts. There is no "do not disturb" signs that one could put on the door. We had a couple of cases when a host would come in while people were in the apartments. The breakfast is ok for 15 EUR but not great. The only warm option is an egg that can be boiled for you by the host. The coffee machine can be operated by the host only. In general you feel like you are being watched :) We had a bit of confusion on the day of arrival and people got mixed up between the rooms and apartments. The host sends an online form to fill out the guest details 2-3 days before the check-in, but you are still being asked to do the same in paper during check-in
