BENILDA (8/5): Custo beneficio eficaz! - Ótimo custo beneficio. Muito silencioso e regras bem categóricas e bem estabelecidas! Localização interessante. Infelizmente os móveis da acomodação deixaram a desejar. Se você planeja um colchão no mínimo confortável, esqueça. Leve suas roupas de cama e banho. O enxoval é péssimo! Mas pelo custo beneficio, vale a pena!

Quarto cheirando a mofo e em péssimas condições, roupas de cama com cheiro ruim, muito barulho de outras pessoas, eles tem um gato que fica sempre entrando nos quartos e em cima das camas, nenhum momento pediu pra trocar roupas de cama sabendo que iria ficar 5 dias. Fico a pensar porque não investir no seu trabalho? São qse 10 Quartos alugados oq esse povo faz com dinheiro? Poderia da uma pequena reforma. Fica a dica! Nunca mais ficaria aí, infelizmente não indico.
