- Marina (9/5): Muito bom! - A kitnet tem o necessário para conseguir fazer pequenas refeições e trabalhar da mesa. A localização é muito boa para aproveitar Boipeba, principalmente as praias de Cueira e Moreré sem abrir mão da proximidade com o centro. Dava para fazer tudo a pé!

- Nilla (3/5): - The room was infested by mosquitoes even before we were in it. It was not clean, even hair in the bathroom. Some wooden decorations on the wall fell in the middle of the night. The bed is basically a mattress on a concrete structure, really weird. The whole room just made us feel uncomfortable. However the location was great, same distance from the center and the beach. Maybe the other rooms are different but don’t go for the triple ones.

- Leo (7/5): Sympa mais attention à la chambre - Chouette Hostel. Le lieu est agréable dans un jardin ouvert avec deux cuisines très chou. Le ménage est en revanche impeccable, les employés et bénévoles sont adorables mais le problème réside plutôt dans la construction en elle même qui nécessiterait une rénovation. Bon prix, localisation un peu excentré mais proche d’une très belle plage. Est ce que nous reviendrons? Oui si des travaux étaient effectués, autrement rien à dire :) île magnifique Le problème vient plus de la chambre (en tout cas celle dans laquelle on était). Un rat vivait dans le faux plafond et nous réveillait toutes les nuits. Des crottes tombait du plafond, bref, pas idéal. Le toit de la salle de bain n’était pas étanche non plus et il pleuvait dedans comme dehors. Une forte odeur d’égout venant de la salle de bain était aussi présente.

- La Barre (10/5): - Tout était parfait! Les chambres sont très spacieuses et munies de l’air conditionné. Il y a un service de lavage de vêtement. La cuisine est assez grande. Le staff est sympa et nous aide avec plaisir. Rien à redire :)

- Dora (9/5): - Sandro foi sempre atencioso, nos recebeu incrivelmente em sua pousada. Os quartos tem ar condicionado e ambiente agradável. A cozinha é boa mas faltam utensílios e a localização no booking está incompleta o que dificulta o momento de chegada.

- Mélanie (6/5): - L'emplacement est parfait pour être tranquille, 12min à pieds du centre et 10min de la plage magnifique. Le personnel était présent, à l'écoute et toujours sympa. Le logement tombe un peu en ruine, une étagère murale nous est tombée dessus à notre arrivée, cassant le robinet et innondant nos affaires. C'était un moment drôle, mais qui aurait pu être dangereux. Le personnel a été très réactif merci. La clim était compliquée à mettre en route, elle ne marchait pas correctement. Les plaques de cuisson n'étaient pas fonctionnelles un soir et il y a eu des soucis de canalisation.

- Georgina (9/5): - Mare Alta es un hostel muy agradable. Esta un poco alejado del centro ofreciendo un entorno mas tranquilo y relajado. A 15/20 minutos a pie llegas a praia Cueira por un camino muy agradable. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas, con aire acondicionado y luz natural. El personal es muy agradable. Tiene cocina compartida bien equipada para poder usarla cuando quieras. Lo recomiendo!!

Nos trataron muy bien, nos cayeron muy bien y además respondieron a todo lo que pedimos (ej: pedidos de limpieza de la habitación). El precio muy barato para lo que era la habitación. Wi-Fi andaba excelente. Al principio no nos convenció tanto la ubicación porque esta a algunas cuadras de la zona más céntrica. Luego nos acostumbramos (tampoco era tanto) y además nos dimos cuenta que termina siendo muy buena ubicación para ir a playas hermosas y a minutos caminando.

Es mi tercera vez en la isla y la ubicación me resultó espectacular. La posada es limpia, ordenada, se puede descansar. Sandro es un excelente anfitrión. Me aloje en la habitación q tiene cocina. - Iris (8/5): Very good - Very nice pousada with very friendly and helpful staff. The common spaces were very clean and the yard was very pleasant to be around with a lot of flowers. The room was comfortable, not something superb , but still perfect for its very cheap price. I would say that the only negative is the location and this goes for (solo) female travellers, since it is around ten minutes from the main village and the night was a bit scary to return home (the time was around midnight) , also a guy followed us and was telling us some weird staff and the street was completely empty and not very well lit till the pousada.

- Martina (4/5): Disappointing - The Pousada has a commun kitchen, is outside the center and the surrounding is quiet and green. The room I had has no windows! (the pousada has more rooms without windows) which was not! announced! Hot shower does not work. The mattress is disastrous, thin and hard. The common kitchen is just in front of the room, so of course it is noisy. Garden and kitchen are quiet rustic. Considering the price I would disadvice.
- Merle (8/5): Very good - My room was on top with a wonderful view of the surrounding tree tops & foliage. The room was a decent size with a comfortable double bed, small kitchenette area with one working portable burner/refrigerator & sink large enough for washing my clothes daily. Enjoyed the friendliness of the owners & guest. A very bohemian laid back pousada for surfers & young backpackers who I enjoyed chatting with. The pousada was not as clean as it should have been with spider webs under/around the bed/mattress; a dirty refrigerator in need of defrosting; a foul sewage odor emanated from the bathroom/toilet each time I entered the room from outside. Burning incense was a necessity to mask the smell. And lastly the steep staircase up was not very secure & a bit dangerous to climb with only loosely tied rope to hold on to and one side with a loose post that could be pulled from its' broken cement foundation. I truly hope they will fix & improve their steps. Would not recommend for the average 78 year old. I'm a relatively fit 78 year old.
