• Margherita (1/5): - Niente, struttura fatiscente Tutto, bagni non funzionanti, acqua calda a tratti, doccetta che doveva sostituire il bidet non funzionante, doccino rotto, ho dovuto provvedere a rattopparlo alla bell’è meglio con un pezzo di plastica, non c’era serratura nel portone d’ingresso ed ingresso verso la struttura che lasciava a desiderare.

L'appartamento oltre ad essere vicino a molti punti d'interesse importanti è anche circondato da svariati negozi,bar e servizi. Sistemerei meglio l'ingresso del palazzo,un po' trascurato.

Boîte a clef pour arrivée autonome pour chaque chambre avec explication par message whatsapp Prix très corrects Très content dans l ensemble Je recommande Serviette de toilette nid d'ange, salle d eau sans ouverture pour aerer avec arrivée d eau chaude très longue. Ça sent un peu l humidité mais ce n'est pas vraiment gênant On ne peut pas laisser la porte fenêtre de chambre ouverte car elle donne visuellement sur l escalier de tout l immeuble et aussi de la cuisine. Beaucoup de bazar dans la cour qui amène a l escalier de l appartement un peu déstabilisant le 1er jour. Petit déj moyen dans le bar a côté de l'appartement partagé 1 viennoiserie 1 boisson chaude mais le patron est très sympa il apprécie si vous essayez de parler italien au moins le minimum Plusieurs tages d escaliers pour attendre l appartement partagé que pour les mobiles

• Gábor (2/5): - Az apartman nagyon jó helyen helyezkedik el. Elképesztő állapotú házba kellett bemenni. Maga az ingatlan hideg, a klíma nem fúj rendesen meleg levegőt, a fürdőt nem lehet befűteni, ezért nagyon hideg volt. Az egész ingatlanban csatornaszag volt. Az erkély, az egy belső függőfolyosó a tűzlépcsőhöz. Egy festés után a padló, a csapok, a csempék festékesek maradtak ami olyan mintha egy felújításban lennénk. A tulajdonossal a kommunikáció rémes. A reggeli egy croissant, egy kávéval.
• MARCO (9/5): soggiorno in pieno centro storico - Posizione assolutamente fantastica. In pieno centro storico a due passi da via San Gregorio Armeno. Essendo centro storico, ovviamente l'aspetto esteriore lascia un po' perplessi all'arrivo, ma secondo noi, vivere l'esperienza in questa zona della città non ha prezzo e soprattutto le attrazioni del centro sono tutte a pochi minuti a piedi. Colazione buona al bar sotto casa, con bevanda calda e brioches fresca. l'host un po' assente anche via whatsapp... in questa struttura si accede con il self check in, ma un messaggio in più forse sarebbe stato gradito. Quando abbiamo lasciato la struttura, per cortesia, abbiamo inviato un messaggio avvisando che le stanze erano libere e che avevamo lasciato le chiavi dove pattuito e non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna risposta .. A volte basta poco.....

• Manzin (7/5): Carino - Centralissimo, comodo a tutte attrazioni principali dei quartieri spagnoli Il b&b si trova all'interno di un vecchio palazzo del centro storico, non si presenta molto bene, abbastanza sporco...l'interno si vede che è stato ristrutturato è pulito e rispetta le foto, purtroppo il bagno ha parecchi problemini,emana forte odore di fogna,non c'è un bidet e la vaschetta dello sciacquone perdeva acqua, quindi era sempre bagnato a terra.

• Narcis Iulian (9/5): Good value. - Location is very good. Rooms are good value and considering the age of the building they are modern and sort of clean. Very good for a larger group so that you rent all 3 available rooms. Host is hard to contact and does nothing to satisfy any request. In the common living there is a small kitchen corner that needs to be updated and upgraded. Huge bags of dirty laundry always present in the common area. Check-in was cumbersome. Breakfast is a coupon at a nearby café that will buy you a capucino and a muffin or similar. Nothing wrong with that, but this needs to be explained.
• Ibáñez (2/5): Horrible - La ubicación si no eres miedoso tiene encanto por el día, por la noche es un peligro El alojamiento estaba absolutamente lleno de mosquitos (nos hemos alojado en enero). La comunicación ha sido pésima, le hablamos y nunca nos contestaba nadie. Se escuchaba todo lo de la calle, la habitación estaba fuera de la casa y teníamos que entrar por un balcón que daba a un patio interior. La ducha no funcionaba bien y el aire acondicionado apenas daba calor, pero sin lugar a dudas lo peor ha sido la plaga de mosquitos que estaban por todos los rincones.

• Nikolova (1/5): Evitatelo l' inverno! - Delusione assoluta! Senza riscaldamento nella camera essendo fuori 8 gradi. Un condizionatore mai funzionato. Alla mia richiesta di ricevere almeno una coperta è stata trascurata. Alla fine ci siamo raffreddate e dovevamo cambire la struttura e fare ancora spese per medicine.Non ci hanno chiesto nemmeno carte d' identita. Il vero proprietario non risponde al telefono indicato su Booking. Risponde un ragazzo che si è mai presentato al vivo.

Quindi la stanza pulita e messa a nostra disposizione dopo le 14.10. 2)Malfunzionamento del condizionatore. Condizionatore impostato a 30 gradi, ma dopo 5 ore continuative continuava a fare freddissimo, nonostante la stanza fosse piccola. Doverosa e necessaria una revisione, perché la giustificazione non può essere " oggi è stata una giornata fredda". Abbiamo chiesto una coperta ulteriore, ma alla fine risultata insufficiente. Mi aspettavo molto di più.

• Giulia (10/5): Nel cuore di Napoli - La posizione è eccezionale, nel cuore della Napoli storica. La struttura è di recentissima ristrutturazione, estremamente pulita ed accogliente. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è molto vantaggioso, tenendo conto che abbiamo usufruito anche della colazione al bar sotto, ottima. Le indicazioni per il check in e check out sono molto chiare, complimenti per l'organizzazione Nulla da segnalare
• MARCO (6/5): Odore decisamente fastidioso - Posizione strategica. Pizza di fogna in bagno, senza un aspirazione forzata, purtroppo l' odore si diffondeva anche in stanza. Nessuna cassettiera o armadio dove sistemare i vestiti, ok le grucce all' ingresso, ma non basta. Nemmeno una sedia dove sedersi per scrivere o fare altro.

Niestety w łazience naszego pokoju na ścianach była wilgoć i pleśń, przez co cały pokój śmierdział wilgocią. Dodatkowo jest bardzo słaby kontakt z właścicielem obiektu.

La finestra non chiudeva benissimo quindi si sentiva un po' la confusione fuori. Il cellullare non prende bene quindi siamo riuscite ad entrare grazie alla donna delle pulizie. Sarebbe comodo ricevere in anticipo la password del wifi per aprire la porta con il link

• MARZIA (5/5): Potenziale alto, gestione scarsa - Ottima la posizione e la stanza è anche carina. Il phon funzionava molto bene. Bene il bar vicino, dove si fa colazione grazie alla convenzione. Eravamo nella stanza grigia. Fin da subito si avvertiva un forte odore di fogna, di cui il proprietario era a conoscenza ma non ci aveva minimamente avvisati. La ventolina del bagno non funzionava e questo ha reso il soggiorno davvero poco piacevole. L’host, dopo ore, ha provato a rimediare dicendo che nella zona comune fosse presente un deodorante, ma in realtà non c’era nulla. Inoltre, non è presente il bidet: c’è solo un doccino dal quale non esce acqua calda ed è anche molto sporco. I prodotti per il bagno erano già usati e il bagnoschiuma aveva un odore simile al sapone per i piatti. La comunicazione con l’host è stata complicata e non c’era nessun altro referente a cui rivolgersi, rendendo la gestione dei problemi ancora più difficile.

In normal circumstances I wouldn’t mind but I specifically was looking for a place offering other types of breakfast due to my dietary restrictions. I’ve contacted owner and he said “well I changed it because was no interest in other types of breakfasts” well, would be nice to update info so people won’t get tricked while booking their stay. Another thing - shower was barely working. My partner went to the shot to buy the needle so he could clean with it shower head bunnings.
• Maribel (10/5): Bella Napoli - Mi estancia en Nápoles en agosto fue perfecta gracias a este alojamiento. La ubicación es inmejorable: en pleno centro, con todo lo que necesitas a pocos pasos. El apartamento es muy cómodo, bien cuidado y con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. El desayuno, incluido en la cafetería justo debajo, era excelente y un detalle que hizo la experiencia aún más especial. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue fácil y rápida, siempre disponible para ayudar. Lo recomiendo absolutamente a quien quiera disfrutar de Nápoles desde el corazón de la ciudad.

• Fernanda (9/5): Well located in the heart of Spaccanapoli; easy to explore Naples on foot. - The staff were always nice. The location was perfect, especially because I was attending an event at the university, just a couple of steps from the flat. At the same time, it is right in the heart of Spaccanapoli and perfect for tourism. The link to open the door didn’t work after my checkout when I came back to collect my luggage — luckily, I arrived at the same time as a few guests who were able to let me in.

• Alessandro (1/5): My worst experience in 15 years of Booking.com - Only the position is interesting, but the location is terrible, with a run-down building and an extremely noisy street. I’ve been a Booking.com user for over 15 years and have stayed in hundreds of places around the world. I’ve never written a review like this, but this was by far my worst experience. As someone from Naples myself, it's painful to say this place borders on a scam. From the start, there was zero support or communication from the host. The location was hard to find, only to discover it’s inside a dilapidated building that looks like it was bombed. None of the automatic entry systems worked, and there’s no phone signal in the building—so you have to go back out to the street just to contact the host. When we finally got in, things got worse. To reach the room, you walk across a dangerously unstable walkway. The room itself was small, poorly maintained, with deep cracks in the walls. To top it off, I’ve been requesting an invoice for over six weeks and have only received empty promises. Booking.com seems powerless to help. This place reflects the worst of Naples—a sign of the city’s out-of-control tourist development, where people with no experienze and zero sense of hospitality are cashing in while damaging the city’s image. It’s shameful that accommodations like this are allowed on Booking.com.
