• Sandra (10/5): Estudio genial en Nápoles - El estudio ha sido fantástico. Tiene una genial ubicación, donde puedes ir andando en pocos minutos al centro histórico. Tienes una charcutería -carniceria, tiendas multiservicios, cafetería, peluquerías....en pocos metros. El propietario ha sido un perfecto anfitrión donde nos ha hecho muchas recomendaciones y nos permitió dejar las maletas después de realizar el check out. Es el lugar ideal para conocer y descubrir Nápoles.

• Giuseppe (6/5): Posizione buona, stanze fredde e rumorose al mattino. - Posizione strategica. molto centrale. letto va bene. Riscaldamenti praticamente inutili per una stanza cosi alta. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere piu' volte di accenderli. Se sei freddoloso questo potrebbe essere un problema. La mattina dalla stanza di fronte sempre nello appartamento si sentiva un casino dovuto agli inquilini.Un risveglio non dei migliori.

• Francesco (9/5): Posizione ottima, in generale consiglio per un soggiorno a Napoli - Ottima posizione, a due passi da via dei tribunali e in generale molto centrale Insonorizzazione scarsa tra le due unità che compongono l’alloggio, si sentono chiaramente le voci provenienti dall’altra stanza, in alcuni casi anche già la mattina molto presto. Il letto non è lunghissimo, io sono alto 1,85 m e non riuscivo a distendere completamente le gambe

Estintore non presente (nonostante ci fosse nella descrizione della camera) Letto lungo 180 cm Il Sacco della biancheria sporca degli ospiti precedenti è rimasto fuori dalla camera per tutti e 3 i giorni
• andrea ugelli (1/5): Mai vista sistemazione più sporca - Posizione centrale Aria condizionata non funzionante e la presenza di 2 ventilatori sporchissimi fa pensare ad un non funzionamento da tempo. Asse del Water rotto. Tv non presente se non come pay tv. Non esiste alcun parcheggio prenotabile a 25 euro al giorno come dichiarato su booking, in centro si paga 100/120 euro giorno oppure l'host indica un parking comunale non prenotabile a chilometri di distanza con conseguente uso di taxi se si hanno valigie per arrivare a destinazione. Stanza sporchissima in ogni sua parte tanto da rendere imbarazzante anche solo fare la doccia. Stanza non arieggiabile per la presenza di una solo finestrella a 2 metri di altezza. I prodotti da bagno in kit omaggio sono 2 dispenser presumibilmente di shampoo e bagno schiuma talmente sporchi da non azzardarsi ad utilizzarli. In tanti anni di viaggi per il mondo usando booking è la prima volta che vivo tale imbarazzo.

• Simona (9/5): Quiet and good value - Location is excellent, right in the historical center. It was surprisingly quiet, considering how loud this area is. Getting in for the first time requires an app to open the door; we got the instructions from the host in advance. Large bathroom. Overall good value for money. Small things: it feels a little damp, perhaps a dehumidifier would help; the coffee machine is in the bathroom; not enough toilet paper in the bathroom.

• Marcin (8/5): Historical, atmospheric, safe and quiet staying in Centro Storico for a few nights to visit Napoli - The room is located in a flat on the first floor in a very old building (from XVII c.). You can feel the climate of past centuries on the yard and the stairway, where you can see drying laundry. Inside the flat you can find room and apartment. Heavy doors with special anti-theft pins makes you feel safe. The door to the flat can be open remote by host (in the self check-in) which is very comfortable because we arrive at evening very late. In the night in the room was very quiet (no traffic and any noices). The room is spacious and decorated in old style which fits well with the building and creates specific atmosphere. The bed is old but comfortable. The window which is located very high is controled automaticly by switch in the wall near bed. The air condition works well. In the room is a small frige and cools well. Nice lighting with few combinations add the good climate. In the bathroom there are few colours of lights in the shower. The bathroom is quite big and funcional. The host was helpful and organized for us the transfer from the airport and text me before the arrive. The location was good - close to the main street - Via dei Tribunali (with the best pizza places) and San Biagio Dei Librai - where is the best street food. Also not far away to the metro station (Museo) where you can find good places to eat italian breakfast (you need to try baba and fiocco di neve - local specialities) and drink neapolitan coffee. At first time the neighborhood was dark and creepy. The area is not so clean and you need to be careful on the narrow streets - scooters and cars don't care. In the room you can feel the moisture and musty smell, but the air conditions helps a lot. In the bathroom there were some places with mold and the room could be refreshed. Shower doors was dirty and damaged. There was no plates, cups or glass. The room door handle needs repair - the screw was falling off the door. At the airport we had to find on the parking the taxi which was reserved for our transfer, he wasn't wait for us in the arrivals.

• Rachel (3/5): Location great, room damp - The host was responsive and helpful. The location was very central. The room was so damp, including the bed sheets. It was so gross crawling into bed and feeling wet. There was a small window that we would leave open while we were out during the day to try to get the place ventilated. We would then come back to a musty smell and everything still damp. After the second night of this, I texted the host and he had a cleaning lady come the next morning to change the linens. When we got back that day, the new linens were damp—obviously just not enough ventilation in this room. There was only a small weak fan provided that didn’t do much to help. There is an air conditioner in the room, but there was no remote left for it.

The room had mould in it, safe didn't work, WiFi was patchy, the noise in the building was dreadful and could be heard through paper thin walls, also dangerous exposed wires from light fittings, the door handles weren't overly secure and missing screws!

• Agis (8/5): In case we visit Naples again, we would definitely stay at this place. - We had a fantastic time in Naples and our staying in Domus Sanfelice Suite contributed to that. We were close to the center, the room was big and clean. Totally worth its value. The fridge and the coffee machine locate in the bathroom. It was not a big deal but we would prefer to have them somewhere in the restroom.
• Estevan (9/5): Location, comfort and good value for money - The place was exactly as shown on Booking pictures. Comfortable bed, spacious place, good & hot shower and also a towel dryer. The suite is established in an apartment built in a historical building - you'll feel part of Napoli's historic center and its walls. Location is excellent for exploring the region and connecting with public transport. The staff was great as well, always ready for any clarification when needed. Lack of natural light and humid place, obviously due to the construction in a historical place. If you have any issue with these conditions, you'd better avoid. Apart of it, nothing to complain.
• Rory (8/5): Good base to explore Centro Storico - Gigi was a helpful host providing lots of recommendations. Good shower, enough space, fridge and tea/coffee making facilities were useful. Many restaurants within a short distance. Noisy at times due to bustling city location and high population density.

• Miroslav (10/5): Great place to stay in Napoli - Very confortable suite, with all the things you might need, good WiFi, in the hearth of Napoli. All the attractions are walking distance. Host is great, very responsive, send some great recommendations. Easy check in with app. noting to object. Be aware that Napoli is not the city you will like when you see it first time, but after hour or two you will fall in love with it.

• Terri (7/5): Good - The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Coffee machine in room was nice as was the Netflix connection on the TV. The room was a bit stuffy/damp, but there was a fan and air-conditioning to help move the air around; just an old building with only one small window. The check-in procedure can be a bit complicated, especially if you won't have cellular service without wifi (there was a technical issue with a keypad that was supposed to be attached to the outer gate but was supposedly damaged the very same day we showed up 🙄 so we were unable to follow the check-in instructions and had to wander around to find a restaurant with wifi)
