Und doch ist es angenehm ruhig in der Pension. Ein wunderbarer Ort, um sich vom Sightseeing zu erholen. Die Betten sind bequem, die Zimmer sauber und die Ausstattung z.B. Küche sehr gut. Es war alles da und hat an nichts gefehlt. Top Service vor der Anreise und währenddessen. Es war einer der schönsten Städtereisen und die Unterkunft hat dazu beigetragen. Wir kommen sicher wieder! Es war alles super!

Would be nice if the owner would let us know that the apartment was on the 3rd floor - as advised upon arrival my mother suffers from asthma so it was a bit of a struggle. But we asked the host for any availability in the lower levels but were advised that they had full occupancy - which is understandable. Would have been better if we were notified though. Thank you

Although there were only 3 rooms (bedroom, shower/toilet and kitchen) it was nicely decorated and light and bright. Was very clean and comfortable for what we required on our short stay in the city. Instructions for entry to property were easy to follow. Would stay again. The windows were thin so could hear the noise from outside.

L'arredamento è di gusto e caratteristico, gli spazi ampi, luminosi e puliti. Siamo rimasti solo una notte per cui non mi saprei esprimere sulla fornitura della cucina. Lo staff è stato davvero chiaro e disponibile. Check in e check out sono comodi, flessibili e intuitivi, con anche la possibilità di usufruire dello spazioso locker per lasciare i bagagli il giorno del check out. La convenzione per la colazione ottima sia per location che per rapporto qualità/quantità/prezzo. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della nostra permanenza presso Domus Plaza.

Comfortable beds and lovely decor too. Great service with an offer to bring clean towels during our 5 night stay. The communal kitchen area was a bit small with limited room for our family of 3 (only 2 chairs at the dining table and no sofa) and kitchen was limited, not that we stayed in much, as there were great restaurants nearby. It would have been fantastic if there was a washing machine as we stayed 5 nights.

La terrazza una vera bellezza con la vista sulla cupola del Duomo. Ci sono da fare parecchi scalini ma ne vale veramente la pena. Ringrazio Elena che fin dal primo contatto ci ha accolto con cordialità ed efficienza rendendo il nostro soggiorno confortevole. Consiglio i buoni per la colazione sia per la qualità e quantità di cibo sia per la location.

• anna (5/5): - Posizione Ho soggiornato in questa struttura con aspettative piuttosto normali, ma purtroppo l’esperienza è stata deludente sotto diversi aspetti, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la pulizia e il comfort. Appena entrata in bagno ho trovato una mutanda che chiaramente non apparteneva a me. Una cosa del genere è inaccettabile: dà immediatamente l’impressione che la stanza non sia stata pulita adeguatamente tra un ospite e l’altro, se non addirittura per niente. Come se non bastasse, anche il riscaldamento era insufficiente. La stanza risultava fredda, soprattutto nelle ore serali e notturne, rendendo il soggiorno poco confortevole. Inoltre, ci è stato detto che i condizionatori emettevano solo aria fredda, quindi inutilizzabili per riscaldare l’ambiente. Per di più, in camera non era nemmeno presente il telecomando, rendendo impossibile qualsiasi tentativo di regolare la temperatura o utilizzare il sistema in autonomia. L’unico punto a favore è la posizione della struttura, sicuramente comoda e ben collegata. Tuttavia, i servizi offerti non raggiungono la sufficienza. Nel complesso, tra la scarsa pulizia, il problema del riscaldamento e la gestione poco funzionale dei condizionatori, non posso consigliare questa struttura.

It is very well maintained, clean and the staff is very curious and helpful. Located right on piazza del Duomo in the heart of the historic center of Florence my family and me had an excellent stay and it met all our expectations. Thank you Ms Elena. This may be difficult for elderly people as it has no lift and you have to climb stairs if your apartment is booked on the top floors.

La vista da entrambe le camere sulla cupola del Brunelleschi, la vicinanza alla piazza del Duomo e a tutti i punti di interesse, locali, ristoranti, bar, negozi è impagabile. Ad accoglierci c'era Elena, gentile e disponibile che ha risposto a tutte le nostre richieste in tempi celeri. Consigliatissima! E' disponibile un servizio deposito bagagli dopo il check-out. Aggiungerei qualche utensile in più per la cucina e migliorerei la pulizia del pavimento (sempre della cucina).

Our legs got tired after so many stairs, and large luggage would be inconvenient to take up that many flights of stairs. But for the view, it is arguably worth it! The bathroom was not as modern as the rest of the apartment, but overall, it was a pleasant property.

The balcony view was fantastic- never had this kind of great view room :) The room was super clean and the bed was comfy. The only downside was that the building didn’t have an elevator, and our room was on the third floor, so I had to carry my 20 kg luggage up the stairs. • Irene (8/5): La ubicación está muy bien - Lo mejor del apartamento es sin duda su ubicación. El apartamento es amplio, quizá se echa de menos un sofá. En términos generales se está bien. La cama es cómoda. Lo que menos me gustó fue el ruido del termo, es bastante molesto. También hay ruido de la calle por la mañana temprano. La ducha es estrecha. La cortina de la ventana de la habitación es fina y sin persiana así que entra toda la luz desde que amanece pudiendo ser un inconveniente si no puedes dormir con luz. Además, no hay puerta de separación entre la cocina y la habitación así que también entra la luz de esa ventana. La calefacción es por radiadores programados, no puedes graduar la temperatura según tu gusto. En el baño pasé un poco de frío al ducharme. Los utensilios de cocina son mínimos. Solo una copa de vino (supongo que en algún momento se rompió la otra y no la han repuesto), y muy poco de todo lo que suele necesitarse en una cocina. En la mayoría de los apartamentos y b&b que hemos estado si te dejaban botellines de agua te decían que eran gratis, aquí costaba 1€ cada botellín, no es por el dinero, es el detalle.

Fully functional kitchen and a supermarket nearby to stock up on yummy fresh produce; cheeses meats breads veges...as well as all the other necessities you need when travelling. Exceptional location... piazza il Duomo is right there.. David is an 8 minute walk.. T2 San Marco is nearby .. I made a great choice to stay here (solo traveller).

• Utku Bilal (7/5): A really good choice for accommodation. - The property is very close to the cathedral. The internet is free and really fast. It's possible to contact the staff constantly via WhatsApp. Towels and trash were changed twice in 5 days, which I think is a very good feature. The room gets cold if you go at the beginning of March; there's heating, but it's insufficient. Also, there should have been slippers in the room; the floors were cold, and there was a risk of getting cold.

• MariO (9/5): Fantástico - La ubicación. A medio minuto de la Plaza del Duomo y la catedral de Santa María del Fiore. Muy limpio y con todo lo necesario. No tenía vistas, pero está tan céntrico, que se lleva bien. Faltaba alguna percha más en el baño.
