Pienamente soddisfatta! - Già prima di arrivare è stato tutto perfetto Susy Cinzia e Adriana mi hanno assistito e dato tutte le informazioni per rendere il mio viaggio e il soggiorno più semplice più emozionante e più tranquillo possibile.... all' arrivo ho avuto un accoglienza meravigliosa,calorosa e professionale, per non parlare della camera e servizi all interno di essa non mancava assolutamente nulla.... comodità del letto, pulizia perfetta, doccia che ti permetteva di rilassarti dopo un giorno passato a visitare la città, il benvenuto con delle dolcezze e tipicità, frigobar con bevande fresche....tutto veramente unico ...Lo consiglio vivamente!!! Grazie per avermi fatto iniziare l anno con voi!!!

This place was an excellent choice to stay in this city, Cinzia makes you feel like you are part of the family, was very kind and all the time being happy to help with any questions you might have. I will definitely recommend this place to stay in Naples, also because the rooms were not only very comfortable but also very clean, I want to remark this because for me it is the most important. Also they explained everything very well, conditions, arrangements, and what you see in the pictures is what it is. • Rhi (10/5): The owners of La Casa di Maria are exceptionally hospitable and make you feel at home, even before you arrive! Communic - The property was very traditional and authentic. The front door was huge and led us to a large open communal foyer area leading to the stairs. It was useful to have a lift to take us to the 3rd floor, if needed. The decor of the communal area was clean and tastefully decorated. Each of the three bedrooms and en suites were spotlessly clean, classy and each had their unique feel. The beds were very comfortable. Each has air conditioning, which is a great benefit. The owners obviously are very proud of their ‘home’ and the feel of this property is very inviting and warm - coffee is available at all times and drink & snacks are provided in each too. We were celebrating my daughters 21st Birthday during our stay and the owners gave her a beautiful red rose and birthday card - Such a personal service they offer. As a family of 6, we rate this property 10/10 absolutely outstanding! Nothing! Loved everything.

Incredible, fully renovated room, super comfy mattress. They even let us check out late, without even asking! Absolutely recommended. Yes they are a bit on the expensive side, but the room is totally worth it. 100% recommended.

It must clear that it’s not an private apartment it’s room in apartment so it’s different, we didn’t felt the privacy that we thought while we booked. we that that we will have apartment. 2. The pressure of the water shower was very low. 3.The air condition made noise.

• Liam (10/5): What a lovely host! - What a lovely host! The accommodation itself was in a good location, clean and well presented but Cinzia the host was the absolute star! Introduced herself via whatsapp prior to our visit to confirm check-in details but also sent through recommendations for our stay. After meeting and talking about our plans for the days we were there, Cinzia sent even more tips and recommendations that were perfect for what we were looking for! Top tip... the train to sorrento saved us a fortune compared to the ferry price! Thank you for making us feel so welcome in your home and I'd recommend to anyone.

The host, Cinzia could not do en - I loved absolutely everything about this property! exceptionally clean, comfortable bed great shower and an outstanding hostess!! the location was great lots of shops and coffee shops , restaurants very near. I will definitely stay here again it is my new ‘go to’ while in Naples. Cinzia could not do enough to make my stay amazing. even a chocolate on my pillow!!! She called Taxi’s brought corkscrews and umbrellas, Cinzia is the best hostess I have ever had!! I loved everything about this property.
• Laura (10/5): Dream experience in Naples - The room was gorgeous, super clean and well thought out down to the small details like storage, mini fridge, etc. We also loved the location - perfect for visiting Naples for the first time and lots to see within walking distance. Most of all we loved the host, Cinzia. She is so kind and thoughtful, with interesting recommendations and very attentive in making sure we had everything we needed - it made the trip a breeze. There was nothing we didn’t like - would give it an 11/10 if possible.

Our room and the common area were sparkling clean and very cozy. And SO quiet, we slept so well! Such a calm and restful place to return to after visiting the city! • Helene (10/5): Simply perfect! - Everything was great! Cinzia is perfect host! She helps you with everything you need and more, gave us great tips on where to go and what to eat, also tips on transportations. She is quickly available on whatsapp for anything. The place was a good location, close to mostly eveything you want to see by walking. Since you are in the city it is a bit noisy from the streets, but this is to be expected, and all worth it when you have a cozy, clean room with great bed and shower, and good ac. There is a small elevator, fits to people, or one person with one big bag, close the doors properly and it works fine. And if you have any questions at all, she will happily help you with anything. Nothing. I realy recommend this place.

Cinzia was a perfect host, meeting us and giving us lots of local recommendations. when we next come back to Naples we’ll definitely stay here again!
• Iulia (10/5): Perfectly clean and the best hosts, highly recommended - Location was very good - easy to reach train stations, Napoli Beverello for Ferry, very close to Centro Storico etc. The place in itself was perfectly clean, the host waited for us with complimentary water, juice, chocolate, coffee and candies (yes, kids really enjoyed the candies and not only!). Bathroom is spotless clean as well. Special thanks to our hosts who guided us through the main attractions of the city and the best pizza in the world locations! The only disadvantage is that during the peak season, the surroundings were not the cleanest, but this is a common and known issue for Napoli. Nevertheless, it is compensated by the conditions of the place - or at least for us it was.
