Purtroppo il bagno, nella camera da 4, oltre a essere piccolo è stato aggiunto di recente, quindi nn collegato direttamente alla colonna di scarico ma tramite tubi più piccoli. Quindi c'era un problema di scarico lento nella doccia e di non buttare neanche la carta igienica nel water per il rischio di intasare il trituratore. C'è da dire che il ragazzo che si occupava della casa passava a pulire e fare i letti tutti i giorni, però coi bambini è stato un po' scomodo da gestire.

The room had a strong, musty smell, as if it had been furnished 70 years ago and barely maintained since—cleanliness and hygiene were clearly not a priority, and frankly, never have been. The hallway was extremely narrow and almost claustrophobic, lined with several doors before eventually leading to a tiny bathroom. The bathroom was so small that it was barely possible to turn around; taking a shower felt like standing stiffly in place, with no room to move. It’s honestly surprising that such a setup is even allowed. Next to this area were random boxes and very old wooden pieces that seemed to pass as furniture, perhaps even a desk. The host, dressed in an oddly flashy street-style outfit, spent most of the time talking excessively and criticizing other hosts, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. Behind him were ancient wooden dressers and decaying cabinets—likely built decades ago and of poor quality even then. This entire space was presented as a kitchen, but it smelled just as bad: damp, stale, and strongly of old food. It was unbearable. We even offered to pay 50% and leave to stay somewhere else, but the host refused—unsurprisingly. This place should not be rented out in its current condition. It is simply unacceptable. On top of everything, the host was arrogant and insulting. In short: avoid this so-called apartment at all costs.

The water flow from the showerhead is somewhat unstable. The hot water won't be available when my roommate use it. Although the quilt is relatively thin, heating is working well.

Ubicación perfecta, tanto para ir andando a los sitios turístico (es un paseo de media hora) como para coger cual cualquier bus. Es modesto pero esta limpio y para ir a dormir esta perfecto. No le terminamos de coger el truco a la maquina del aire acondicionado /calor.

No és un Hotel, es un pis en un edifici antic com molts de Roma on hi ha 3 habitacions i una cuina comunitaria. La persona que ens va atendre molt bé però no et canvien les tovalloles ni el llit .

- Fernanda (10/5): Quarto em um apartamento de hospedes, mas tem privacidade necessária e uma cozinha ótima. - Pertinho da estação, é um quarto em um apartamento de hóspedes, tem mais dois quartos lá, tambem tem uma cozinha compartilhada bem equipada e completa. Achei um pouco dificil de achar, é no quinto andar de um prédio residencial, tem uma plaquinha pequena no prédio. Mas o ideal é avisar antes o anfitrião quando estiver chegando, que ele vai até a porta para recebe-lo. Nada, tudo ótimo

- Francesco (1/5): Pessimo. Non c'è niente di "luxury" - Pessimo. Avevo prenotato due notti, ma me ne sono dovuto scappare dopo la prima. Il mio sonno è stato molestato dal rumore terribile proveniente dalla macchina esterna dell'impianto di condizionamento/riscaldamento a servizio della camera accanto (boato e vibrazioni impressionanti, con le canaline dei tubi a vista passanti appena sopra la testa del mio letto) e poi anche a causa dello sciacquone della camera accanto, anch'esso incredibilmente rumoroso. Un incubo. Non ho chiuso occhio fino a quando, su indicazione dell'host (da me contattato), ho bussato nel cuore della notte agli ospiti accanto pregandoli di spegnere il riscaldamento. Per fortuna era una comitiva di gente comprensiva, ma sono stato fortunato... Solo così il rumore infernale si è interrotto. Ma alle 5:00 sono stato svegliato di nuovo dal loro rumorosissimo sciacquone del wc. Qualsiasi prezzo, anche minimo, per una simile agonia, è troppo. L'host ha ignorato la mia richiesta di rimborso, inventandosi che avrebbe sistemato il rumore (e come pensi di sistemarlo in 12 ore? Smonti le macchine esterne del condizionatore? Ristrutturi il bagno della stanza accanto? Siamo seri...). Me ne sono andato la mattina presto, alla ricerca di un'altra sistemazione. E Booking si è comportato anche peggio, proponendomi l'elemosina di 10€ di "buono", nonostante l'ingannevolezza del termine "luxury" nel nome di questa struttura, che di "luxury" non ha niente!

The accommodation is located in a very convenient area, close to the train station, which makes it easy to move around Rome and reach all the main attractions. The neighborhood feels safe and well connected. The room was comfortable and clean, and everything was just as expected. What really stood out was the staff — everyone was extremely kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations or any questions we had.

- Antonio (2/5): DE LUXURY TIENE EL NOMBRE - La ubicación Es un piso en un bloque de personas de nacionalidades Indias poco más que añadir que desde que entras apesta…piso dividido en tres habitaciones donde el amueblado es de pena,el baño fuera,donde peor hemos estado,mal olor,mal estado de paredes,esa supuesta cocina es mas propia de un basurero cuando vi lo que pague por ese trastero me eche las manos a la cabeza…Eso si las risas con mi pareja por el nombre de “LUXURY”no faltaron

Se escucha mucho el ruido de alrededor, en una noche había un ruido muy fuerte repentino como de la presión del agua, si tienes el sueño ligero es complicado dormir y la cama no era muy cómoda, pero cumple su función.

- DELUXE VACATIONS GT (1/5): pésima - la ubicación Todo, no parece hotel, no hay nadie en recepción, mucho ruido de los baños de otras habitaciones, el aire acondicionado en mal estado, si otra habitación encendía el aire se escuchaba estrondoso, puertas inseguras, llaves rusticas, mucha inseguridad, el baño esta fuera de la habitación, todo mal, cuando llegamos al hotel no estaba abierto no tiene apariencia de hotel si no de hostal. todo muy malo
