• Cheryl (8/5): It was quite enjoyable - The mattress was extremely firm. That hurts my back however that is a personal choice I understand. The end of the bed has extremely sharp corners and we banged our knee every morning and every night on the end of that I would recommend putting something on that to ease the pain The location was just perfect for all of the tours that we did The gal that checked us in was extremely helpful

But the family suite is on the first floor, with the head of the bed against the buildings entry. Every time someone entered the building you heard every conversation and the man door open and slam shut.

Il bagno senza finestre e con lavabo e rivestimenti di colore nero non mi sono personalmente piaciuti compreso il tappetino doccia non di spugna e non di colore bianco.Mobilio della camera datato. La notte la finestra non garantisce l'insonorizzazione dai rumori esterni. Inoltre la tassa di soggiorno di euro 7,00 a persona al giorno è una esagerazione per non dire un furto ai danni del cliente, ma ovviamente non è responsabilità della struttura.

• Liisi (4/5): Would not recommend to go there. - If you like dark and humid places this is the place to go. And the location was ok, althoug it was quite noisy at night and early morning. It eas dark and humidity in the room emwas really high. All the beddings was moist and the air confitioner didnt work.

The metro stops are not very close but the location was so central, you don’t really need the metro. There are two bus lines that are easy to/from the e train station

Pudimos hacer algunas comidas allí, pues teníamos cafetera con cápsulas dolce gusto, unos croissants, microondas y nevera. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo. La habitación olía un poco a humedad y el espacio del estudio es un poco justo para 4 personas.

The room was small but the bed very comfortable and it was nice to have coffee in the morning. Natalia was very helpful and there were no communication issues at all with us being delayed. Being in such a central location means sometimes it was loud and busy outside the window near the bed.

• Pedro (4/5): - Location is quite central and we were able to reach all major locations by foot. Staff was also friendly and helpfull when contacted. Major issue was the cleanliness. We were not expecting the pillows to be yellow and smelly, or the sofa bed structure to be so dirty. We requested the pillows to be replaced and did some cleaning using the hand towels. The sofa bed was also very noisy. Every time my son turned around in bed, we would wake up. That seriously needs to be replaced. We also suffered a bit with the excessive heating. Although the wall heater in the bedroom could be turned off on the water valve, the towel rack in the WC had no regulation and turned the WC into an oven.

• GABRIELE (6/5): Non ci tornerei - Camera situata in un vecchio palazzo nella zona est del centro storico, comoda per visitare un pó tutto. Ogni giorno rifornivano il frigo con bottigliette d'acqua. L'ultimo giorno ci hanno permesso di lasciare la camera oltre l'orario di check-out. Camera quadrupla a piano terra con finestra direttamente affacciata sulla strada. I rumori esterni si sentivano chiaramente in camera a causa di un'insonorizzazione inesistente (fortunatamente la strada era poco frequentata). Le dimensioni della camera erano abbastanza ridotte, un po' al limite per quattro persone. I letti erano comodi ma piccoli. Pulizia decisamente da migliorare: polvere qua e là e macchie su lenzuola e copriletti. Di notte abbiamo dovuto spegnere il riscaldamento perché troppo rumoroso; essendo in inverno non è stato il massimo del comfort. Ho visto recensioni positive quindi probabilmente le altre camere sono migliori. Io questa eviterei di offrirla.

• Mena (8/5): Great value for a great location - Great location, easy to access and check in, friendly and helpful staff/owners. Price and quality is great when you consider the area, almost across Castelo Sant Angelo, it’s near Vatican City, and walkable to many tourist sites. For a few nights it will definitely be comfortable enough.
