• Rafaela (9/5): - O Vincenzo nos recepcionou super bem, e nos explicou sobre a acomodação, o quarto é espaçoso e estava tudo bem limpo, a localização é boa, perto do centro histórico e também da estação de metrô sendo bem fácil para se locomover. Recomendo! Nada a reclamar

Хозяин Винченцо встретил приветливо и радушно, несмотря на наш поздний приезд. Перед этим он прислал подробную инструкцию как добраться до апартаментов. При встрече Винченцо показал апартаменты : это комната с балконом в двухкомнатной квартире. Кухня и ванная комната общие на две комнаты. Нам было комфортно, так как соседи были спокойные. На кухне можно пользоваться чайником и холодильником, есть чашки и стаканы. Хочу отметить прекрасное расположение: аппартаменты находятся в пешей доступности от порта, из которого отправляются паромы, рядом с домом находится метро. От аэропорта и вокзала до аппартаментов удобно добираться автобусом Alibus. При выселении нужно было оставить ключи на столике и захлопнуть входную дверь. Винченцо был на связи и пожелал счастливого пути. Если я буду в Неаполе, то обязательно остановлюсь в апартаментах Винченцо, так как это оптимальный вариант по расположению, стоимости и удобствам. Нет такого

Our room was looking at a busy street and there was some noise coming from there but if you bring ear plugs then it's not really a problem.

• Mária Enikő (7/5): A szálláshely Nápoly központjában található, kiváló elhelyezkedéssel, kedves házigazdával és nagyon jó ár-érték aránnyal - A szállás nagyon jó helyen található Nápoly szívében, szinte minden könnyen és gyorsan elérhető: a kikötő, a pályaudvar, a reptér és a belváros is. Könnyen megtaláltuk, a házigazda, Vincenzo pedig rendkívül kedves, segítőkész és rugalmas volt. Ár-érték arányban kifejezetten jó választás. A közös konyha és fürdőszoba alapvetően rendben volt, egyedül az okozott némi nehézséget, hogy a fürdő és a WC egy helyiségben van, így néha várni kellett. Ettől függetlenül összességében kellemes tapasztalat volt, szívesen ajánljuk. Mivel a fürdőszoba és a WC közös használatú, előfordult, hogy ugyanabban az időszakbaná vendég szerette volna használni, így néha várakozni kellett.

Просто переночевать и посмотреть Неаполь - идеальное место. Номер староват и немного пахнет старостью. Слышимость сильная. Если кто-то в соседнем номере разговаривает или ходит - все слышно.

Vincenzo is a very kind and helpful host--he even allowed us to store our luggage after check-out. I highly recommend this place!

If someone is prone to noise during night it's better to look for something further away from city center. The apartment contains two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. Bedrooms are not well soundproofed. The host was very kind and helpful.

• Kaamiloo (6/5): Warto na krótki pobyt !!! - Pokój dość duży, z balkonem oraz szafą na ubrania. Dużą zaletą była lokalizacja w centrum miasta. Miły, pomocny właściciel, możliwość pozostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu. Łóżka bardzo niewygodne, brak możliwości zsunięcia dwóch pojedynczych łóżek. Brak wymiany ręczników co raczej powinno być standardem przy kilkudniowym pobycie. Aneks kuchenny tylko z definicji - działała tylko lodówka i czajnik, brak przyborów kuchennych, kuchenka elektryczna i piekarnik nie działały. Dość głośni goście innych pokojów.

Très propre et confortable, grande chambre... RAS Un peu bruyant forcément mais ça va car l'appartement donne sur une petite ruelle et non sur la grande artère.

• Carlo (10/5): Todo perfecto - Vicenzo da un increíble trato, es súper amable, me espero hasta noche para hacer el check in, todo el tiempo estuvo al tanto de mi llegada, te manda instrucciones muy específicas, si bien es baño compartido todo está limpio y en orden, la ubicación es de lo mejor para llegar a todos lados y a pie te queda todo, sin duda volvería.

Il signor Vincenzo è molto disponibile e simpatico. La camera è piccola ,adatta giusto come appoggio per una notte. Il pavimento di legno esterno alla stanza è molto rumoroso e le pareti non sono per nulla insonorizzate. Avrei voluto dormire presto visto che sarei dovuto partire presto la mattina ma non è stato possibile

The owner was very friendly and really made an effort to communicate in the face of our language barrier. He was accommodating about the arrival time which was appreciated. I had read beforehand that there is a 4.50€ tourist tax (or thereabouts) which has to be paid in cash so wasn't taken by surprise - be warned!

• Anna (8/5): Двоякое ощущение - Было действительно чисто по сравнению с ощущениями в городе в целом (в городе Неаполь достаточно грязно на улицах). Хозяин был дружелюбный и вежливый. В описании к номеру сказано, что кухня с ее пренадлежностями в доступе и дана такая же фотография. По факту, когда я захотела разогреть бутерброд на плите (микроволновки не было) приходилось просить ее включить. Хозяин ее нехотя включил и промычал что-то типа "это не включено" или "не дозволено". На кухне не было ничего кроме чайника, плиты, у которой перекрыт вентиль и нет зажигалки, холодильника и раковины. Нашла 1 старую кривую скороводу без крышки. В тумбах стоят пустые банки непонятно для чего и какие-то старые ненужные большие кастрюли, которые по всей видимости не нужны больше хозяину. Нет ни соли, ни сахара, даже 1 пакетика чая или порции кофе не предложили. Все очень очень экономно. В номере кондиционер расположен прямо перед кроватью. Не знаю кто может спать, когда холодный воздух дует в лицо. Благо окна выходили во внутренний двор и было тихо, можно было открыть окно.

• Fabio (8/5): - The location is central, next to the metro station Università (which is two stops away from the main train station) and at a reasonable walking distance from Piazza del Plebiscito/Quartieri Spagnoli. All rooms are clean and well-kept.The owner is nice and friendly. If you are a tall person, the bed frame will give you some annoyance. Also, the mattress is a bit too soft. Another thing is: in the night you need to keep the window closed and AC on, since the street is quite noisy. It was not a problem for our stay, still it is an aspect one may need to take into account.

He was most kind to allow me to rest because (fortunately) my room was empty. A most caring gentleman, he advised me against going out alone to look for food 🤩 His apartment is perfect for those who want to experience Naples' authentic local stay - with courtyard and the interior is so pretty & clean (Wished I'd taken more pictures inside the apartment) 😃 Aircon was GREAT relief from the summer heat. I loved the privacy I had with a kitchen, toilet & dining area. WiFi connection was perfect too! Highly, highly recommended 🤩👍🤩

The area considered clean, I feel safe with walking around. For the price, it was definitely great value. Cleanness is a bit concern, flush toilet was not clean properly and there was water which might left over for very long time in kettle. The noise cancellation in the rooms isn’t great, so you might hear other guests noise.
