- François (5/5): Trop cher pour la prestation. - L'emplacement est bien, proche du métro et des bus. Par contre, l'entrée est d'un immeuble ordinaire, dans une rue pas belle du tout. La chambre est très spacieuse. Le personnel est sympa. L'insonorisation est presque inexistante. Le bruit de la rue est trop fort, on entend bien les voisins aussi. Impossible à gérer la climatisation qui est a priori automatique. Le placard est trop simple et vieillot. Des petites choses sont gênantes : la cuisine qui est commune a une serviette de table de 5€ max, toute déchirée. Le lit n'est pas confortable. Le WC est trop proche de la cabine de douche. Si vous avez 1,90m, ce n'est pas pour vous ! La salle de bain a aussi besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Peut-être virer le bidet ?

Very noisy - Location is great We stayed at this hotel in Rome and the location was excellent — very convenient for exploring the city and close to many attractions. The staff was polite and check-in was easy. However, our overall experience was disappointing. The place felt less like a real hotel and more like a hostel with private rooms and bathrooms. The shower was very dirty, with visible mold in the bathroom, and the bed linens and pillows also did not feel clean, which made the stay uncomfortable. Another major issue was the noise. Even with the windows completely closed, it was extremely loud outside, making it almost impossible to sleep. Unfortunately, we had four sleepless nights because of the constant noise. Overall, while the location is great, the cleanliness, comfort, and sound insulation really need significant improvement.

- Denise (1/5): - Das wir für die 1. Nacht nicht auf die Straße gesetzt wurden. Unsere Buchung wurde 30 Minuten vor Ankunft storniert mit der Begründung, es gäbe keine Zimmer mehr. (In der App wurde die Stornierung mit einer inkorrekten Kreditkarte begründet.) Auf unsere Nachfrage, wie das 20 Minuten vor Anreise erst passieren kann, gab es keine Antwort. 5 Minuten später kam der Anruf vom "Chef" der dem Mitarbeiter die Info gab, wir können das Zimmer doch haben, "we can manage it", allerdings würde das Zimmer dann das doppelte kosten. Ich rate jedem ab, hier ein Zimmer zu buchen. Die Umgebungen ist gruselig, das Zimmer spärlich ausgestattet, das Personal kaum hilfreich und das ganze Unternehmen unseriös.

Kuchnia ogólnodostępna z lodówką i podstawowym sprzętem, kawą, cukrem, ... W kuchni ciemno i niezbyt ergonomicznie Łazienka i pokój posprzątany pobieżnie jedynie przed przyjazdem (śmieci w szufladach, kurz na zasłonach, ...).

We had some issues with check-in, but the young man at the reception was very helpful, understood us, and assisted in resolving everything — it all turned out great. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The location is excellent — any point in the city is within a 15–20 minute walk. There is a metro station just two minutes away, which is very convenient. They also offer free tea and coffee, as well as light snacks in the shared kitchen. When we were checking out, we didn’t manage to leave on time, but they were very understanding and allowed us to check out later without any extra charge. The staff is very friendly and polite. Huge thanks for the help, understanding, and great service ❤️❤️

La camera era pulita, il phon funzionava bene, il ragazzo del ricevimento è stato molto gentile, ci ha aspettati perché il nostro volo era in ritardo, ci ha fatto pagare e ci ha regalato una bottiglia d'acqua, dopo di che è sparito e non l'abbiamo più visto. c'è un mini frigo e un mini armadio. Nella sala comune c'è a disposizione una macchina del caffè e un forno microonde. Vicinissima alla stazione termini con diversi ristoranti vicino c'è il bagno in camera ma senza bidet però c'è il dolcino. Ci sono due livelli di illuminazione ma nessuna luce sui comodini, per la finestra c'è solo una tenda oscurate, non abbiamo capito come e se funzionasse la serranda. c'erano solo due prese elettriche e lontane dai letti. Ci hanno dato solo 1 bustina di bagnodoccia a testa ma tanto avevamo il nostro personale. Vicinissima alla stazione termini da evitare la sera tardi e la notte

The staff are extremely kind, polite, and always willing to accommodate guests, which is a great value nowadays. We felt welcome from the very beginning. We especially appreciated that bringing our own food was allowed, which adds extra flexibility and a homely atmosphere. Another big advantage was that they kindly kept our luggage after check-out, which made the rest of our day in the city much easier. A szobánkban a WC lehúzó nem működött, de mivel egy éjjelt voltunk csak, így nem foglalkoztunk vele túlságosan. Bizonyára ezt kijavítják a következő vendégek számára gyorsan.

- Temenuzhka (1/5): Declined our booking of the day of arrival - We have booked a month in advance because of the good reviews but our experience was different. They declined our reservation on the day that we have arrived pretending that the transaction didn't pass. The guy didn't want to communicate in booking chat/phone but only on whatsapp. We went on site and apparently the appartment that we have booked was under construction but the guy was continuing telling us that he cannot give us the appartment because of the decline. He intended to propose us a different appartment, showing us pictures of a totally different one that seemed in very bad condition. Honestly, we felt that it is some kind of scam and we insisted to book via booking and not pay him and stay in a different appartment without being secured, he said it is not possible. At the end we didn't have where to stay and we needed to search for something last minute. I have no idea why the appartment was listed on booking if it's under construction but on site the situation felt fishy.

Изключително некоректно беше от тяхна страна да ми анулират резервацията два дни преди пристигането ми при условие, че я бях направила месец по рано. Направих нова резервация след анулирането на старата, но разбира се с 30 евро по висока цена, като съм ползвала за плащане същата кредитна карта. Резервациите са с невъзвращаема стойност, а в същото време не изтеглят парите. Аз смятам, че това е трик, с който да получават по висока цена на нощувка! Некоректни!!!
