Excellent accueil Salle de bain petite, literie en fin de vie à renouveler sans tarder, les fenêtres très mal isolées dans une rue assez animée le soir, si vous sortez un peu et que vous êtes jeune ça sera presque parfait !

We could hear people’s conversation word for word in the apartment next door and blow drying hair in the bathroom. Doors not soundproof either. Everytime someone came into the hall it woke me up. There was no shower which was really odd and inconvenient.

La gentilezza di Gennaro che ho conosciuto di persona ma anche delle due proprietarie sentite più volte per telefono. Ci sono venute incontro ad ogni esigenza. Le camere eleganti pulite . La colazione viene servita in camera perché la struttura non provvista di sala per farla. Nel complesso la consiglio .

- Melisa (8/5): - Gastgeber waren sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Bei Fragen oder Problemen sind sie uns sofort entgegen gekommen. Lage ist sehr zentral, man erreicht das Zentrum gut zu Fuß. Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können, da es leider etwas staubig war und der Boden nicht gewischt war, weshalb man ohne Schuhe nicht durchs Zimmer gehen konnte, all in all aber dennoch angemessen sauber.

The room is just steps away from a busy street with shopping and food, the metro station, and the Spanish Quarter. Some of the best food that we had in Italy was from the Spanish Quarter, making the walking distance away even better! The room was clean, comfortable, and plenty spacious. Breakfast was very good and delivered right to our door every morning and they did their best to accommodate us when we had an early morning. We didn't mind this, but as mentioned in the pros, this B&B is near a busy street, so there was a bit of noise outside late into the night. Especially on the weekend. However, this didn't keep us awake and wasn't a problem for us.

Posizione della struttura di quelle imbattibili. Gennaro, è stato disponibilissimo con noi e molto simpatico. Inoltre un grande elogio per dare la possibilità ai clienti di lasciare i propri bagagli in struttura dopo il check-out per poter visitare la città senza doverti portare tutto appresso, oltre che a poter usufruire dei servizi igienici in struttura. La camera numero 4 ha un bagno un po' piccolino soprattutto sei una persona non è fisicamente snella.

Estaba para cambiar. Te hundias. Por lo demás, todo perfecto. Si en vez de ese colchón tuvieran uno, aunque sea de espuma dura, creo que resultaría más cómodo y así el alojamiento sería de 10

- Sara (8/5): Esperienza nel complesso molto buona - Collocazione ottima a pochi minuti da via Toledo, stanza bella e funzionale, letto e cuscino molto comodi.! Ottima pulizia. La responsabile prima del nostro arrivo ci ha consigliato anche una serie di bar, ristoranti e pizzerie da poter provare suddivise per qualità e prezzo ed una serie di attività. Insonorizzate bene le stanze tra di loro. Anche con finestra e porta che dava sul balcone chiusi e con tapparelle giù si sentiva molto il rumore della strada col suo via vai per tutta la notte. Il gradino che porta al balcone non è segnalato. Colazione da evitare.

The room was clean and tidied daily. The bed was quite uncomfortable. Soundproofing was completely inadequate — noise from the street, hallway, and neighboring rooms was clearly audible. The room was located right next to the entrance door, which significantly contributed to the noise level. The shower had low water pressure, and hot water usually lasted only a short while.

Non mi è piaciuto il bagno troppo piccolo, a malapena ci si entra e sbattevo dappertutto! Da migliorare la pulizia della stanza (polvere e capelli sul pavimento e copriletto un po' sporco)

- Federica (6/5): - Ottima posizione e staff gentilissimo. A terra e sulle superfici era un po’ sporco, in più a causa della finestra che dava sulla strada non siamo praticamente riusciti a dormire perché era come stare fuori nel caos, le finestre non sono servite praticamente a nulla.

- Nicola (4/5): Bella, ma da rivedere la vasca idromassaggio e la gestione - La stanza era molto carina e la posizione era ottima Abbiamo riempito la vasca, l'acqua era torbida, l'abbiamo svuotata e infatti ha lasciato una striscia giallina sulla vasca e c'erano tanti pezzettini di ruggine sul fondo. Quindi non l'abbiamo ovviamente usata. Abbiamo riferito alla proprietaria che inizialmente ha proposto un rimborso, ma poi è sparita non rispondendo più.

- Andrea (5/5): Sehr zentrale und praktische Lage - Sehr gute Lage um div. Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen - auch die Metro Linea 1 ist nur fünf Minuten entfernt. Auch der Balkon ist nett, aber bei schlechtem Wetter hätte es keine Möglichkeit für das Frühstück gegeben Warmes Wasser nur teilweise bzw. kurz verfügbar, eine Nachttischlampe defekt, Frühstückssituation nicht wirklich zufriedenstellend; viele Missverständnisse. Zimmer direkt am Eingang; teilweise sehr laut und hellhörig. Keine Putzmittel wie beschrieben und nur Flüssigseife und Dusch-Shampoo verfügbar

- Luigi (10/5): Tre giorni a Napoli - Posizione eccezionale in centro con metro a due passi. Bar, pasticcerie e ristoranti nei dintorni. Ottima pulizia giornaliera. Una chicca la colazione servita in camera. Veloce check-in da remoto. Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out. Bagno grande e ottima doccia. Forse il letto della nostra camera, ma niente di che.

- Chantal (4/5): Séjour décevant - Bien passé et desservi par le métro. Chambres très mal insonorisées, petit-déjeuner souvent tiède avec manque de tasses. Balnéo défectueuse (boutons fonctionnant mal) et hors service le dernier jour, puis accusation injustifiée à mon encontre. Refus de fournir une facture pour mon séjour de 5 nuits malgré plusieurs demandes.
