• Ulrike (7/5): - Die Lage war super, Metro und Bus nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Es gab viele Restaurants und Cafes in der Nachbarschaft und etliche Sehenswürdigkeiten waren fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es wäre schön, wenn am Tag der Anreise schon vor der offiziell genannten Check-In-Zeit eine Benachrichtigung versendet würde, wie die Unterkunft betreten werden kann.

• Diana (7/5): Ideal - La ubicación es la más perfecta de Roma, para turistear. La calle del hotel es ideal. Iluminada, amplia y viva, sin ser ruidosa. La habitación es demasiado cómoda y limpia, está remodelada aunque un poco oscura. La persona que te recibe es muy amable te ayuda con todo, creo que su nombre es Sazi. El hotel está en el segundo piso de un edificio,se comparte la copropiedad con otros negocios y residencias. Pero es funcional. toca subir la maleta porque el ascensor está a mitad de los pisos.
• Enzo (1/5): Pessimo - La posizione In pratica, dopo aver piu di 500 euro per due notti, non c'era neanche l'acqua per fare la doccia. Ma il problema più grave era che loro lo sanno, infatti alla porta del bagno c'è scritto di aspettare 5 minuti per l'acqua calda lasciando i rubinetti aperti. Ho seguito le istruzioni, ho aperto i rubinetti della doccia alle 8,30 di mattina andando a controllare ogni 5 minuti sperando che arrivasse. Dopo mezzora ci ho rinunciato non facendo la doccia. Incredibile!

• aymore (10/5): Estadia excelente. - A acomodação é muito boa. A única referência a fazer devido a idade é sobre um degrau existente na entrada do quarto. Creio que uma pequena rampa dá mais segurança.

Accueil très agréable, arrangeant et réactif Forte odeur de tabac dans notre chambre pendant toute la durée du séjour Ménage fait en surface, énormément de poussière derrière les meubles. On a même trouvé des sous vêtements dans les placards. Toujours un problème avec l’eau chaude. On arrive à en avoir au bout de 10 minutes à faire couler l’eau par tous les robinets.

• Maya (8/5): - The location is excellent and very convenient. The real highlight of our stay was Sasi at the front desk! He was exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful. He assisted us with everything we needed with great patience and a very pleasant attitude. I would happily come back just because of him! The room was a bit dark, there were some issues with the hot water, which could definitely be improved.

• HADAS (8/5): אחלה כייף, ממש מומלץ, אחלה מחיר - המארח אקסטרה אדיבף המקום שקטף קרוב מממש לרחוב המרכזי, יש מפרסת נחמדה לחדר ויש עוד מרפסת נחמדה בהחלט טענקית לחלל המשותף. שווה ממש המים החמים נגמרו ממש מה אבל אולי אחרים התקלחו במקביל. מעבר לזה הכל היה מממממש מושלם:) המארח ממממש שירותי ואדיב ומבין אנגלית ומבין ענין.
• Blanca pascual (10/5): - Nuestra estancia fue absolutamente perfecta. Desde el primer momento, todo superó nuestras expectativas. Las camas eran increíblemente cómodas, lo que hizo que descansáramos de maravilla cada noche. Además, el servicio de limpieza diario fue impecable, siempre encontrábamos la habitación en perfectas condiciones al volver. Un detalle muy práctico es que la habitación cuenta con nevera, algo que se agradece muchísimo durante la estancia. La ubicación es ideal: a tan solo unos 15-20 minutos andando del Coliseo y a 10 minutos de los principales monumentos de la ciudad como Plaza de España, Panteón o La Fontana di Trevi. Por lo que, permite disfrutar de Roma cómodamente a pie. Pero sin duda, lo mejor de todo fue el personal: muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa en todo momento. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo. ¡Una experiencia de 10! No hubo nada que no nos gustara.
• José (8/5): Muy bueno pero hay que mejorar. - Situación muy céntrica. Amabilidad del personal de recepción. Diariamente nos facilitaban gratuitamente cápsulas de café descafeinado para la cafetera. El frigorífico se estropeó y lo repusieron por otro que funcionaba bien. Poca limpieza. Hubo días que no repusieron el papel higiénico. La ventana no era insonorizada (climalit) por lo que el ruido de la calle molestaba.

• Smadar (5/5): - The location Don’t be tempted by the low price and central location. If everything goes smoothly, you’ll be fine—but if there’s an issue, don’t expect much help. The management was dismissive and tried to shift the blame instead of taking responsibility. We had no hot water throughout our stay, despite complaining several times—the receptionist did try to fix it, but without success. When we asked to escalate, the manager's response was rude and unhelpful, and we were simply told to contact Booking.

• Ioanna (10/5): - The location was excellent and very convenient to explore Rome. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Another positive detail was that the towels were changed daily. There was an issue with the plumbing and the day we arrived there was no hot water. However, the staff responded quickly and resolved the problem. Also some of the messages sent by the accommodation were in Italian instead of English which made communication a little confusing.

• Sofia Franca (10/5): Molto comodo e accogliente - Ho soggiornato per tre notti in questa stanza a Roma e l’esperienza è stata positiva sotto ogni punto di vista. La camera era accogliente ma soprattutto ho apprezzato molto la posizione strategica, perfetta per rilassarsi ma rimanendo ben collegati a principali punti di interesse raggiungibili a piedi in pochissimo tempo. Un ringraziamento speciale va al receptionist, Sasi! una persona estremamente gentile, sorridente e sempre disponibile che ci ha fatto sentire i benvenuti fornendoci anche consigli utili, sempre pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi necessità.

Bu sebeple hem oda içi hem odanın dışındaki gürültü bizi çok rahatsız etti. Bizim odamızın dezavantajı olabilir belki de bilmiyorum. Ek olarak klima yeterli ısıtmıyordu üşüdük. Genel olarak hijyenik de bulmadım.

• Michelle (5/5): 50/50 - Die Lage ist absolut unschlagbar. Zwischen 5 und 20/25 Minuten zu den eichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten (5 Minuten zur spanischen Treppe). Ca. 35 Minuten zum Vatikan, aber ein toller Spaziergang, bei welchem man einiges zu sehen hat. Ins Zimmer kommt man mit einem Link in den Nachrichten, bei welchem man den Türcode erhält, oder per Direktbutton öffnen kann. Das ist vor allem dann sehr praktisch, wenn man am Abend ankommt. Das Zimmern ansich war ok, aber das Bad war dreckig. In der Dusche hatte es Schimmel und zwischen den Duschtüren Dreck gefühlt vom letzen Jahrhundert. Angestellte haben wir erst am letzen Tag/Abend gesehen. Das Wasser war ewig nicht warm und teilweise von jetzt auf gleich weg. Das haben sie dann am letzen Abend in den Griff bekommen. Wem Sauberkeit im Bad nicht soo wichtig ist, wird sich daran nicht stören. Aber auch wenn die Lage wirklich absolut unschlagbar war, würde ich es aus diesen Gründen nicht nochmals buchen.

• Zahra Bani (8/5): - Ottima posizione, appartamento molto pulito e in zona centrale, a circa 300 metri da Piazza di Spagna. Abbiamo avuto inizialmente un piccolo problema con il check-in, ma le proprietarie sono state molto professionali e lo hanno risolto rapidamente. Check-out gestito con grande disponibilità, venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze. Host gentili e sempre pronti ad aiutare. Consigliamo davvero questo appartamento.

The entrance into the hotel was a little daunting on first impressions. The entrance at ground level and the stairwell wasnt inviting at all but once the reception level it was reached it was pleasant

• Jure (6/5): Može puno bolje ili je to standard u Rimu - Super osoblje ostavljali i više ručnika i šampona nego je potrebno i odlična lokacija blizu svega. Nije kao na slikama, na slikama ima 2 vrste apartmana, a njih je 6 i onda smo dobili jedan sličan samo po WC-u, a soba je puno starije opremljena nego na slikama. Tuš kabina ima plijesni na fugama pločica i rubovima te ispod umivaonika u WCu silikon je ostario bar 3 godine, cijeli je crn. Radijator za ručnike je hrđav pa nismo ni koristili. Daska školjke ima 2 rupe. Kad se koristi umivaonik više vode prska vani jer su kratke slavine zato je drvo oko njih počelo truliti i silikon pocrnio u tom 5 apartmanu. Voda prska iz tuša te pola wc-a poplavi nakon svakog pranja, staklo nije postavljeno dobro (možda zato i ostavljaju više ručnika nego je potrebno da se sve obriše). Bavimo se inače turizmom, te da je to kod nas to se nebi ni moglo iznajmljivati ili bi imalo Max. 2 zvjezdice.

Una manita de pintura le iría genial. No vi mucho al recepcionista en horario de recepción; pero no puedo decir que no estuviera.
• ANTONIO (2/5): Molto molto inaspettatamente deludente. - Soltanto la posizione Impossibile l’accesso e l’utilizzo per una persona disabile o con difficoltà deambulatorie per accedere all’ascensore bisogna salire e poi scendere una stretta rampa di scale. Le stanze nn sono state pulite il 25 e il 26 dicembre perché (?) inoltre la sensazione era di un ambiente nn troppo pulito. La gestrice era affabile ed educata ma sconsiglio fortemente questa scelta cercate altro.

• Shilat (10/5): נדיר - מיקום מצויין קרוב להכל! מרחק שתי צעדים מהויה של קורסו ועוד חמש צעדים למדרגות הספרדיות והמזרקה. הכל מצויין, בידיוק איך שנראה בתמונות. מענה מהיר בוואצאפ לכל בעיה (למרות שלא היו) אם אחזור לרומא לגמריי לפה! כלום הכל היה נדיר!

Prenotazione per le ore 21:00; arrivo sul posto e l’host, dopo avermi inizialmente rassicurato su un check-in a distanza, mi richiama dopo 5 minuti dicendo che la camera è occupata per overbooking. Mi è stato letteralmente detto di 'arrangiarmi' a notte fonda, con freddo e umidità, ignorando totalmente le normative vigenti sulla presenza fisica dell'host. Booking ha risposto con rimborsi irrisori e un’assistenza latitante nel momento del bisogno. Mi chiedo: se al mio posto ci fosse stata una persona anziana o fragile in una zona isolata, l’avreste lasciata al gelo? La sicurezza delle persone non vale i pochi euro di bonus che offrite per lavarvi la coscienza
