• Vanderlei (8/5): Tudo certo - - Apartamento é bom, bem localizado, perto de estação de metrô e restaurantes! Fica a algumas quadras da DUOMO! O quarto tem um tamanho bom, cama grande e chuveiro com duas duchas! Amamos! Duas observações: eles precisam indicar melhor como chegar à recepção do hotel fica no segundo andar de um prédio dentro de um beco 😅!! (Pra achar foi necessário ajuda de um vizinho!) e o banheiro não tem porta o que criou uma dinâmica diferente para o casal 😂.

• Duygu (10/5): - Otelin konumu gerçekten iyiydi; merkezi ama aynı zamanda çok güzel ve keyifli bir sokakta yer alıyordu. Odamızın balkonunun sokağa bakması da ayrı bir güzellik kattı. Tesis son derece temizdi, odalar oldukça düzenli ve bakımlıydı. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Odaya bırakılan kahve ve su gibi küçük detaylar ise gerçekten çok ince ve özenli düşünülmüştü. Konumu, temizliği ve genel atmosferiyle bizim için çok keyifli bir deneyim oldu. Milano’ya tekrar gelirsem kesinlikle yeniden burada kalmayı düşünürüm.
• mimi ned (1/5): - Nuestra experiencia fue muy desagradable. La habitación premium era muy pequeña. Tenía focos fundidos , la tapa del wc rota , desconchones en los muebles , la ducha no tragaba y el agua te cubría los pies mientras te duchabas y se mantenía así horas, NO está climatizada como pone en el anuncio, había un radiador pero no funcionaba, tampoco había mantas. En mayo , diluviando y en plena ola de frío , tuvimos que dormir con toda la ropa que teníamos, algo propio del tercer mundo. La recepción solo está hasta las 15h, llamamos a la persona que tienen de contacto a las 23h y nos dijo que ya era tarde para que nos diesen mantas, que la calefaccion es central la cortan en mayo y que la habitación no dispone de ningun sistema particular de calefacción el resto del año para sus clientes, es decir , NO están climatizadas las habitaciones , solo la calefacción del edificio de vecinos , porque estas habitaciones están en la tercera planta de un bloque de viviendas particulares, No es un hotel, en el anuncio ponía calefacción y aire acondicionado pero no es verdad. El secador estaba roto y la balda del baño estaba suelta. Lo único bueno la ubicación. No repetiríamos jamás , de hecho está reportado a Booking. Solicitamos al contacto el importe de la segunda noche para alojarnos en otro sitio donde no pasar frío y se negó.

There are some steps in the room for the bathroom and main area, but you just watch your step going up and down. The pillows were great, the location was very central and we really enjoyed our stay! The main issue is the lack of signage for the hotel, we got a little confused but it’s a big wooden door across from the clothing store and you just dial the hotel on the gold intercom panel. The wifi dropped out regularly. However overall this was a great stay!

WiFi ממש גרוע. כמעט ולא היתה קליטה ביום האחרון אחרי ששילמתי את ה TAX של התיירים, הפסיקו לענות לי בוואטסאפ ולא ענו גם בבוקינג. מבאס.

• Victor (9/5): Ótima estadia, contudo dificuldade para achar a entrada. - A localização é muito boa, dá para fazer tudo a pé, as acomodações são muito boas e bastante espaçosas, foi a melhor estadia da minha viagem até o momento. Apesar da ótima localização a entrada deixa bastante a desejar, para entrar pela primeira vez é bem confuso, a entrada é por um portão de madeira que parece entrada de garagem, não tem identificação do hotel, para chegar na recepção tem que entrar no prédio e ir até o segundo andar, para isso vc tem que achar por conta ou receber ajuda de alguém pq tbm não tem identificação, tirando isso o restante foi muito bom.

• Disch (10/5): Wir kommen wieder - Das Zimmer und das Bad waren groß und sehr sauber. Das Bett war bequem. Es gab Wasser, Tee und Kaffee. Die Nähe zum Dom ist unschlagbar, man ist wenigen Minuten gelaufen und mittendrin. Geschäfte, Supermarkt, Bars und Restaurants... alles in der Nähe. Es ist etwas hellhörig, wenn im Nachbarzimmer die Dusche läuft oder die Spülung betätigt wird, hört man das. Das war aber nicht schlimm für uns. Leider war der Aufzug kaputt und unser Zimmer war im 4. Stock, aber das kann auch passieren.

No me contestaron los emails que envié o mensajes para saber cómo accedía al apartamento y sobre la recomendación de un parking, por encontrarse en zona ZTL. Nadie nos indicó previamente, cómo era el funcionamiento del check in. Tuvimos que entrar por nuestra cuenta al alojamiento, hasta que llegamos a unas chicas que nos atendieron amablemente.

Mein Zimmer war schön, geräumig, sauber und für diese Innenstadtlage sehr ruhig. Ein Feedback der Unterkunft dauert manchmal ein wenig.

• Maria (3/5): - They advertise the stay as having an AC unit. However, during the winter season—something they don’t disclose—the AC units are turned off and the heating is kept on without considering the outside temperature. Despite repeatedly asking them to at least turn off the heating in the room, NOTHING was done, and we had to sleep at 27°C inside the room every night. Opening the balcony doors wasn’t an option because the mosquitoes were HORRIBLE, and the street noise made it impossible. They need to be clear if they are not going to provide AC, especially for those of us traveling from the Caribbean, and be more empathetic with guests. There was absolutely NO follow-up or solution during the three nights we stayed. NOT Recommended
