• Alexis (1/5): Avoid like the plague. Rude staff. Bad value for money. - The location is great. Nothing else. Extremely rude staff. The place smells like humidity. There's no natural light coming into the room. Everything smells after being in the room for just one day. Double bed is just two single beds put together which makes it very uncomfortable. One of the worst places I've ever stayed in. No noise isolation between rooms.

• Mariele (10/5): - Gostei muito da recepção, limpeza e simpatia da funcionaria que nos recebeu. Colocaram até uns mimos no quarto por estarmos em Lua de Mel, o que achei incrivel tambem. O hotel deixa snacks no restaurante, o que facilita muito para nos turistas. Super recomendo, tudo funcionado direitinho e muito limpo

• Tamara (10/5): Ótima recepção , conforto e bom custo benefício. - O atendimento da Tiziana é excepcional , ela é muito preocupada e nos apresenta tudo durante o check in . O quarto era espaçoso e ainda tínhamos a opção de snacks em uma cozinha na acomodação . Havia alguns ruídos no quarto acima , mas isso não interferiu em nada na nossa estadia , pois acordávamos cedo para passear.

• Lea (2/5): No warm water, very disappointing handling - During our 9-day stay, we had no warm water for 5 consecutive days, and the issue was never resolved. This caused significant discomfort (no shower and in freezing December). There was no solution offered. The only compensation offered by owner Tiziana was a reimbursement of the city tax, which does not reflect at all the inconvenience experienced. Very disappointing handling of a basic service issue, that should be fixed immediately - and can be - at least in a range of almost a week - even in Italy.

• Sissy (10/5): - Struttura molto bella, anche la camera accogliente, pulita e silenziosa. C è anche una stanza comune fornita di cialde per tisane e caffè oltre che a prodotti confezionati sia per la colazione che per una merenda offerte dalla struttura osa non da poco e che ci ha fatto veramente piacere. Posizione ottima vicino alla Stazione, Stadio e Mandela. Un grazie particolare allo staff e alla signora Tiziana che è stata gentilissima e professionale. . Sicuramente sarà il nostro principale punto di appoggio per un prossimo evento. Nulla.

• shiki (6/5): - スタッフの対応は親切で、鍵の開けしめの方法を丁寧に教えてくれたらり、タクシーの手配をしてもくれたり、助かりました。部屋も衛生的でキレイでしたが、空調が21度までしか上がらす、朝夜冷え込む秋などは部屋が寒くて、困りました。またシャワーの温度もとてもぬるくて冷え込む夜や朝に浴びる気にはならなかった…メインの中央駅から遠すぎてフィレンツェの観光には不向き。とにかく衛生的でキレイで静かな宿に泊まりたいと思う方向けかな。軽い軽食や飲み物が無料で食べれるのはありがたい。 とにかく部屋が寒い。空調が暖房きかないのが致命的。言えば薄めの毛布はくれましたか…

Los cafecitos con unas galletas nos hacían perfecto el día. Quizás la ubicación no era la más inmediata. Pero la verdad nada realmente negativo.

• Bacaimis (9/5): Lovely clean stay out of the main centre - Beautifully clean and comfortable accommodation. The hotel manager was welcoming and helpful. We had access to common coffee room which had some snacks which was great. Beds and pillows were comfy and we had our rooms tidied with fresh towels. Although the bus stop and train station were not too far, around a 5 min walk it was quite far from the city centre and the bus/ train systems were not very user friendly. We arrived on a weekend with most restraunts etc closed in a suburban neighbourhood. We often had to use 2 buses to get to our destinations and this with bus wait times could take 45 min. The walk is also a good 45 and in Summer peak heat it often meant we rethought our choice to back into the city. Definitely not the fault of the property and this would be easier to manage in non Summer heat.

• Angeliki (9/5): Overall a good stay - Tiziana was very helpful and super kind! she made us feel welcome and explained everything in detail the moment we arrived. There were a lot of things for breakfast in the common kitchen area which was great as it was open 24/7 so you could grab something during the day as well. There was some water for us in the room which was highly needed as it Italy gets quite hot. The room was fine, not a lot of space, but definitely enough. I got a bit sick the day we arrived so I had to spend a lot of time indoors and it was quite pleasant. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was fine. It is located very close to the bus stop, so commuting was easy. Although it takes around 15-20 minutes to get to the city center. All in all a good stay! There was quite a lot of noise coming in from the street.

• Iulian (10/5): Exceptional - Location in a very quiet area (near the stadium but if there is no event it is very quiet), close to the train station, easy to get to the center by bus in 15 minutes (you can pay by card on the bus...17B or 17C to the center) and 17 on the way back) or on foot 25 min. The location is clean and very beautiful. The host is very attentive and willing to help you. Right from the reception you will find out about a pleasant and totally unexpected surprise... If we travel to Florence again, we would like to find a free room here.

• Chua (9/5): Friendly owner, Comfortable stay - The owner Tiziana was really friendly and responsive. She personally brought us from the reception to our room as it was a distance away and there were a few doors that we needed to learn to unlock. She explained all these clearly. The room was comfortable and clean. Not about the property, but the buses around that area was always delayed. We could wait up to 15min more from the given bus arrival time. This mattered because the property is a distance away from the city centre, meaning it took even longer due to the bus delays.

• Xinyan (8/5): Very good - There is a shared kitchen available for customers. Some snacks are provided, which is very convient for tourists! We can just grab some bread and take it with us when going out. The staff is very friendly, providing much help to us, like the baggage deposit. We have to pay cash for city tax; we have paid by card in other departments in Italy. The staff's English is not that polite online - maybe it's because she's not good at English which is understandable.

• Katherine (7/5): Overall a pleasant stay for 2 nights - Location was great for us, 5 minute walk to the Campo de Marte train station and an easy 30 minute walk to the centre of Florence. Very friendly staff Could have been a bit cleaner, and the room we stayed in needs a bit of maintenance in the bathroom - the shower head holder was cracked so the shower head kept falling off and the toilet buttons were also coming off the wall
