• DEAN (10/5): Perfect short break stay in Venice. - We stayed in the Gold room with ensuite for 2 nights and it is beautiful! A very clean traditional Venetian style room with great views out of the window over looking the gondolas going by below. Although it is bang in the centre, (a few minutes walk from Rialto Alilaguna water taxi stop/orange line) the room is set back so you cannot hear tourists nearby. There are some very wide stairs leading up to the room but these are not a problem to anyone mobile. Very secure property too with 3 locked doors to get through and CCTV. Communication from host Matteo is fantastic, providing various information via WhatsApp and instant response with any questions. We were also able to leave our cabin cases with Matteo as our return flight wasn`t until 11pm, thankyou! We will definitely stay here again if we return to the most beautiful city in the world, Venice. Nothing.

• Gisela (10/5): Maravilloso para volver! - La ubicación es ideal para recorrer. Además una vez allí descubrí que era muy fácil recorrer Venecia entero caminando. También buen acceso a muelle para excursiones. El host muy atento me envió instrucciones súper claras (incluso con video) de cómo llegar desde la estación de tren a la propiedad y es súper simple. Las instalaciones muy cómodas y la decoración de la habitación un sueño. Gracias!

Les instructions reçues pour trouver le logement et accéder à la chambre sont parfaites et notre hôte était attentif, prévenant et particulièrement gentil ! La chambre est exceptionnelle et dépasse largement la très belle impression que nous avions déjà eue sur les photos du site. Tout était plus que parfait! Quel magnifique séjour ! It was clean, beautiful and most important staff was very helpful, polite and professional. Even tho the location of the flat is perfect for cute viewing, it felt like it’s too many people there, however that’s just my own preference.

Hôte de bons conseils via whatsapp, et disponible par message. Les vidéos envoyées pour accéder au lieu/en repartir sont claires. Boissons gratuites dans le minibar. Literie peu confortable, très molle. Salle de bain exiguë. Le check-in est à faire soi-même selon horaires. Pour le prix, je trouve qu'il vaut mieux vaut laisser tomber la vue sur le canal, dont on ne profite réellement qu'en étant sur le balcon, au profit du confort d'un hôtel.

• JAE-HEE (10/5): 럭셔리하고 깨끗해요. 위치도 좋아요. - 정말 럭셔리하고 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 된 방이었어요. 바로 운하라서 곤돌라 소리가 들려요. 친절했어요. 위치가 정말 좋아요! 바로 근처에 맛집이 잔뜩 있고 주요 관광지를 편하게 걸어다닐 수 있었어요!! 화장실도 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어 있었어요! 알고 있었지만 계단이 많아서 짐을 들고는 조금 힘들었어요. 대신 체크인 때 스태프가 짐을 같이 올려주셨어요! 베네치아 특성 상 엘리베이터는 잘 없기 때문에 감안할 수 있었어요. 우리 전용 화장실이 외부에 있었지만, 다른 방 사람이랑 마주친 적이 없고 가운도 제공돼서 딱히 불편하진 않았어요!

• Joanne (10/5): Beautiful Venetian room in the centre of a beautiful city - We couldn't have been any more central. The room was spacious with a lovely canal view and the beds were super comfy, we slept so well especially with the blackout curtains. There was also a fridge with refreshments that was replenished daily. It went above our expectations. If we were being picky, the only downside was the limited English channels on TV. We weren't there to watch TV so it wasn't important, but when we got back to he room after a long day there wasn't much to view.

Matteo was helpful and gave us precise directions to find the accom and offered to help with bags. He was great with other questions while we were there too. I'd definitely return to stay here.

Property was exceptionally clean. Very romantic . Does not have a lift/elevator , altho it was not an issue for us i would not reccomend to someone with mobility issues.

• Larissa (10/5): - Dieses Zimmer war einfach wunderschön man hat sich gefühlt wie eine Prinzessin. Außerdem gab es im Kühlschrank alkoholische sowie Softdrinks for free. 150 m weiter könnt ihr direkt das Wasserboot nehmen einfach ein optimales Zimmer, was sich wirklich gelohnt hat zu buchen.

• Robert (10/5): A wonderful place to stay in historic center of Venice - This is a superior with a view of narrow but well used canal, complete with gondolas and occasional accordion and singing from those boats. If the window are open it is a treat to hear it, and lean out and see the view. The room itself is elegant. The host, Matteo, was wonderful being attentive. This is not a hotel with breakfast and so on, and that was not wanted as the neighborhood is brimming with cafes and restaurants. One potential negative for some people is the bathroom for your room was indeed private but required going across the hotel in robes which were provided. The bathroom itself was superior. I would certainly stay here again. Highly recommended. Note the flight of stairs to the second level. Not a problem for us!

Centrally located and an easy 2 min. (straight line) walk, from the canal. Very grateful for the bag storage, both before and after my stay. Amazing response time! All communications by text, were answered simply within minutes. So great to have a small refrigerator with complimentary alcoholic and soft beverages. The two windows in the blue room overlook a canal. All day and night, lovers pass by quietly in gondolas, with church bells ringing in the background. This was an affordable fantasy dream stay that I will never forget.
• miles (8/5): We had a wonderful stay but the exceptional status it is given on bookings.com needed the finishing touches for us to ag - It was very Venetian, in a great location and Matteo was very polite and helpful. He offered us a drink on arrival and gave us many recommended places to eat which were great. The bedding was clean, but the duvet that was laid on top of the sheet didn’t have a duvet cover on it. And although there was a kettle and instant coffee sachets I expected a coffee machine given the price and grade of room. Shower tray could do with a through clean.
