• Jensen (10/5): Repetiría siempre este lugar. Lo tiene todo - La habitación es genial y super cómoda para dos personas. El tener disponible una cocina equipada y aunque sea compartida, poder disfrutar de ella, es algo que no debe pasarse por alto.tambien como punto a destacar la cercanía con la parada del tranvía, hace que la conexión sea super fluida con el resto de la ciudad de Florencia! Es difícil pensar en algo, puesto que ha sido una estadía más que genial.
• Lauren (10/5): Great stay! - Location was great, only a short walk from the central train station and not far from the centre of Florence. Room had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Quiet room, good shower!
• Romain (9/5): - Arrivée dans le logement facile grâce à des instructions très claires. Logement très propre, moderne et bien équipé. Literie confortable. Relativement accessible depuis la gare de Florence. Le logement pourrait juste être un peu plus chaleureux, en rajoutant un peu de décoration/de couleur, des tableaux par exemple.

• Igor (9/5): Escapada a Florencia - El alojamiento está muy bien: es cómodo, amplio, dispones de una cocina común donde poder prepararte lo que quieras, todo está muy nuevo y limpio... La ubicación es muy buena ya que en 10 minutos andando estás en el centro, tienes una parada de tranvía cerca, y si quieres hacer algo de ejercicio, tienes bastante cerca un parque junto al río. Y en cuanto al personal, llegamos más tarde de lo previsto por problemas con el vuelo pero no nos pusieron ninguna pega para el check-in. Más bien todo lo contrario, todo fueron facilidades. Y un día coincidimos con la persona que hace las habitaciones y también fue muy agradable. No hay nada negativo reseñable...

• Mateja (10/5): Bivanje v Suiti Sweet Florence je preseglo naša pričakovanja. Še se bomo vrnili! - Navdušeni smo nad lokacijo (5 minut peš od železiške postaje, 15 minut peš do centra mesta), čistočo, urejenostjo, udobjem, komunikacijo. Vse je bilo odlično. Hvala.

• Leslie (9/5): It was a very nice stay in this accommodation! Worth it! - Location is walkable distance to the train stations. Roselli station one tram ride takes you to the airport around 20minutes. The tourist sites you can reach by foot around 20minutes. The host is very welcoming and kind. He answers our inquiries quickly and provided all the info for smooth check-in/out. Room is clean and spacious with comfy bed and pillows. Shower heater works well also a plus for us is that the toilet has a bidet!👌🏻 Overall a perfect stay!

• Francesco (4/5): The room was ok, but overall not a good booking experience - The apartment was Ok and a good value for money, just next to the city centre. It was clean and the air conditioning worked quite well, which was very useful in Summer. I was a bit disappointed by the lack of flexibility of the property, when I had some issues and checked with them on possible solutions (in the past, when I contacted other accommodations to address issues, we could alwways find a solution, but in this case there was really zero communication and willingness to help). It was also a but cumbersome the communciation on the arrival, when I had to call three times to signal I was reaching the apartment - at the airport, when I arrived in the city centre, when I was in front of the accommodation - even if I managed to organise myself to arrive perfectly in time a the announced hour.
• Rewell (9/5): Superb - Great place to stay few days with my wife. Very clean and modern room near to train station. Check-in was smooth and everything worked well. I recommend this accomondation and host. Everything was great.
• Orlando (9/5): We enjoyed our stay in Florence. - The staff were kind. The property was spotlessly clean. Olly met us in front of the apartment and showed us around. He was easy to contact via WhatsApp. His mum arranged a bed for my daughter at no extra cost. Fresh towels and extra pillows were a bonus including complimentary mineral water. The kitchen had the things we needed when we wanted to cook. Beds were comfy. WiFi was good. Air conditioning unit kept us cool during our stay. Location was good. The property was within walking distance to the attractions we wanted to see and also close to Santa Maria Novella station. I would stay again in this property. None

• Susanna (8/5): Very good - Perfect location, not far from the center. It was very quiet and calm with no outside noises. The host was very punctual and kind. The room was simple/basic but it had everything that we needed. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom wasn’t has clean as we had hoped. We found hair in the showers, in the sink and in the toilet. It was rather unfortunate.

• Elsa (8/5): Very good - Claudio was great, always willing to help. The bedroom was comfy and clean. They have a shared kitchen that you can use. The train station is located 10 minutes walking. The apartment is located in a second floor with no elevator so can be a little uncomfy when you are traveling with big luggage. You have to walk a little (around 12 minutes) to find places to eat.
