They had told us someone else had went into our room so we had to come back later after they cleaned it to come in. We were in a rush for a tour. We never saw any staff on property and had to communicate through booking.com. The walls were quiet thin we could hear our neighbors very clearly having conversations Lots of little hidden fees charging for using coffee pods

A due passi centro commerciale, ristoranti e negozi per tutte le necessità. Nel nostro weekend in famiglia l'alloggio è stato proprio piacevole e lo consiglierei. Onestamente siamo stati benissimo e non ho rilevato nessuna pecca.

- Alvarez (9/5): Great place, will come back! - The pictures show exactly what you get. The room was big and comfortable. This is not a traditional hotel, with a service desk the whole day. However Darío was there for check in and show us our room and the common area. There are basic amenities in the common room, which is great for travelling with kids or large families. Overall, great experience.

- Lucy (4/5): Disappointing but not horrific - The property was reasonably quick to access via taxi from the city centre, however very deceiving to have “central” in the name when it is in a suburb. The pictures compared to the current room conditions have gone downhill, and need refreshed. Staff would only agree to change towels every three days, which was difficult when we all shower twice a day. The bathroom had black mould in the ceiling corners, and the bedroom floor gets wet overnight with condensation. The heating can’t be controlled by individual rooms, and comes on at set times.

- Yun gi (5/5): 방이 많은 아파트먼트 방하나 그러나 상주 직원 없슴 - 욕실이 방안에 있엇다 전자렌지가 잇엇다 일단 체크인시 호스트가 전혀 직접 연락이 안되엇다 그냥 자동적인 메세지만 왓엇고 전화를 걸엇지만 응답없고 머무는 동안 직원들을 볼 수 없다 아침에 시티택스 받을 때만 오는듯 햇다 그리고 시티 택스 다른 숙박에 비해 비쌋다 하루 1인 7 유로 2 인 14유로 3일 42유로 . 영수증을 요구햇으나 받지 못함 직원들이 전혀 영어가 되지 못함 방이 5개인데 상주하는 직원도없고 공용 공간에는 시설 빈약하면 식탁만 5개 설치 부억은 있으나 개스렌지는 쓰지못하게 막아 놈 요리 불가함. 방이 많은 아파트의 방하나 쓰는 것입니다. 호스트는 좀 더 손님들의 요구와 필요, 소통에 적극적이어야 한다 시티택스 금액이 정당햇는지 부킹닷 컴은 알아봐 주기 바람. 객실에 가구도 많이 부족하다 우리는 욕실바닫에 물건을 두고 쓸 수 밖에 없엇다.

- Iuliia (10/5): Одночасно рекомендую! - Дуже чисте і комфортне помешкання. На поверсі було 5 номерів і затишна спільна кухня. На кухні є кавомашина, чайник, мікрохвильова піч, холодильник, посуд та п'ять столиків. В будні дні в першій половині дня на поверсі працює приємний адміністратор. Він дозволив нам залишити валізи в день виселення в комірчині. Це було дуже зручно, адже виселення в 10, а наш рейс був на 6 вечора. Дякуємо! Місце розташування дуже зручне. До метро пішки буквально 7 хв, до ТЦ з макдональдсом і різними магазинами 5 хв. Готель рекомендую! До речі зручний і дешевий спосіб доїхати до готелю з аеропорту Чампіно: автобусом 520 (50м від аеропорту) до станції метро Чіченіта + метро до станції Аурелія. Квиток коштує 1.5 євро і дійсний 100 хв з пересадками. Квитки продають в залі аеропорту у віконці "Інформація". Потім можна купувати на станціх метро в автоматах. В аеропорт так само: метро+ автобус. Дорога займає 50 хв. Тонкі стіни. Чутно туристів з інших номерів якщо розмовляють голосно.

The attention to detail is extraordinary - from all the available appliances, to the smell, to the origami folded toilet paper - You can really tell that the staff puts a lot of effort into the facility. Overall best reccommendations - would definitely return here upon visiting Rome again.

- Bowman (10/5): - The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, modern decor, air conditioning and nice bathroom. The location was very good, just a few minutes' walk from the Metro, which was 2 stops from the Vatican. Not as central as some hotels but for the price it was a very convenient location. Supermarket was very close as well as a few restaurants and takeaways. There is a nice clean kitchen area if you want to eat takeaway or have breakfast. Not really good for cooking but we could put milk in the fridge etc. and there is a microwave. Great to not have to eat in restaurants for every meal. There is outdoor seating in a balcony which was also nice but we didn't use it. The place is not staffed other than the maids coming in, so we did not see the staff to comment on that. The beds were made each day, though. The only small thing was that we were expecting 2 single beds plus a double, but we had 2 large double beds. The 2 kids had to sleep in one big bed, but it was the size of 2 singles, so it wasn't really a problem.
