Le istruzioni per il check-in sono state chiare e precise. Nota di merito per lo staff: estremamente efficiente, sempre reperibile a qualsiasi ora e pronto a rispondere per cercare di risolvere i problemi. Il prezzo pagato non rispecchia assolutamente lo stato della struttura, che si è presentata maltenuta e con gravi problemi all'impianto idrico-sanitario: l'acqua calda è mancata in entrambe le stanze assegnate, impedendoci di lavarci. Inoltre, la camera presentava pareti sporche, l'anta della doccia mancante e la porta del bagno che non si chiudeva perché fuoriuscita dal binario. Inaccettabile anche l'igiene della doccia, dal cui flessibile uscivano residui neri di sporcizia, rendendo l'esperienza davvero sgradevole.

На мое бронирование голос из отеля сказал, что такого бронирования у них нет. Я 2 часа стояла под дверью. Просила пустить, так как я оплатила. Но мне перестали отвечать. Затем я по ночному Риму в течении 4 часов искала отель. Я прошу вернуть оплаченные мною деньги, так как меня не впустили в отель. Меня обманули. Если деньги не будут возвращены, я буду обращаться в суд. Такое отношение недопустимо.Я всегда доверяла Buking , но в этот раз меня обманули. все, обман и хамское отношение к гостю

My bed was not very comfortable; the eating utensils were not complete.

• lorie (9/5): - The location is perfect very close by to vatican and lots of resto that you can eat and accessible to public transport as well. The only one thing is that the elevator is small it only fits two people so if you are in a group it takes time to take all the guest upstairs.

Lugar de 10, ubicación de 10 en una ciudad de 10 - Evidentemente la ubicación es excelente, sobretodo para el motivo de nuestro viaje. La habitaciones amplias, estilo moderno. Mucha iluminación de muchas formas. La chica que nos asistió, Faviola, fue muy amable a pesar de que llegamos muy tarde por retraso del avión. Nos resolvió muchas dudas. Muy muy contenta con nuestra estancia. Hemos dejado el listón muy alto y los próximos viajes a Roma tienen que ser en Zeus Por poner alguna pega insignificante, en la cocina faltaba algún utensilio para servir, un cucharón o pala, espumadera, cazo, algo así. Y una escoba y recogedor para barrer. Lo demás genial.

• Helen (10/5): Rome is a big place and if you are going there to see the Vatican and all the sites, this is the perfect location - The property was conveniently located beside the St Peter’s square. Easy access to busses, I was able to hop on and off to go sight seeing. Love the option to cook. The kitchen was clean and organized. The air conditioner was an important feature as it was quite hot in Rome. The room was clean and modern. The hotel was easy to contact and communicate with. No concerns at all. I would highly recommend staying with Zeus. I will sure to be back. If I came with my whole family I would have to rent out all the rooms.

• Antoine Haden (1/5): Bad. Avoid. - I paid for 5 nights. Left after 1. 5 lane highway next to Vatican is the location next to sad shops and grim terraces. The obligatory check-in process is highly invasive in terms of requested information ( WAY beyond common practice/ legal requirements) and takes for ever. No answer to calls for assistance for 30 minutes outside. The cleaning staff do a great job but owners can’t be interested in maintaining the property that I saw. Peeling paint, shower didn’t work except for thin drizzle of cold water, more peeling paint. Just a sad experience in a wonderful town.

I tried text with booking, what’s app, email… until I called booking 3times and brought the concern and considered cancel the booking.
• Lynne (8/5): I would not choose to stay here again. There are better, more accommodating places to stay for the money. - The location was good for visiting the Vatican with good eating nearby. It was reasonably clean and had minimal supplies to begin our stay. There is a lift. Communication was not good. I tried to communicate before arriving with no response. I was actually concerned that there would be no apartment waiting for us when we arrived. They indicated self-checkin, but their link to pay the city tax did not work, so we had to wait three hours (sitting on the stairs) for someone to come and let us in to the apartment. I had requested early check in because our flight was changed to an earlier arrival (had looked and the apartment was not booked for the day before); but again, no response. If they would have responded that they could not accommodate early checkin, I would have made luggage storage arrangements, and we would not have missed the papal audience. It took a full day for the apartment to warm up. I think they could have turned the heat up anticipating our arrival.

Somebody was working at the top floor at the midnight with a hammer and drilling and it was noisy. No glasses in the kitchen (just disposable glasses in individual bags).
• Laurie (6/5): Our stay was unpleasant due to lack of hot water and a lack of host communication. - It was newly remodeled and clean and close to the Vatican. The room was really small and we didn’t have hot water. The host never responded to our concerns regarding the lack of hot water. Then, they offered to get us a ride to the train station but said it would cost 80 euros. We got our own ride via Uber for only 30 euros. I would not recommend.

The rooms were all en-suite and we were all together, rather than a hotel going from room to room and hoping we’re all on the same floor. We liked everything except the lift (I don’t like open ones) and 4 flights of stairs after many pizzas became challenging 😊

Firstly,communication with the owners/managers was poor-they did not reply to anything during or before the stay. Whilst we booked what appeared to be a 3 bed apartment in fact the rooms are generally let separately with a communal kitchen.This was not clearly apparent in advance & appeared to mean that the kitchen could possibly be accessed by others.The kitchen was extremely poorly equipped-eg 2 glasses of any type for 6 people & not enough crockery to even have breakfast. The apartment smelt very very strongly of cigarette smoke-we complained about this & got no response whatsoever. The cleaner( who was lovely) had already let herself in before the check out time of 10.30 even tho we were out & coming back to finish packing The lift-this could be an issue with anyone with a phobia of getting stuck in one.The rooms are 3 floors up & this feels a long way in stifling heat.My husband & young son got properly stuck on the first day.The lift stopped a few inches from the ground floor & the door would not open.We tried everything for over 20 mins,the occasional passer-by failed to find a solution & left us to it.The emergency number wasn’t answered.Eventually my husband forced a piece of cable & the door sprung open.it wasn’t pleasant.I also advised the owner of this & got no reply.
• Barbiern97 (10/5): Would definitely stay again if traveling with a group of friends - Location was great. We had a slight mixup at checking but host was very helpful in rectifying the issue, even with the language barrier. Can't think of anything
• Grace (7/5): It was a good stay as it was very accessible by bus and by foot around the Vatican. Minor improvements to be made (eg, m - Location, very near to the Basilica and bus stop is right outside the door. There are restaurants just outside. Communication. It takes awhile to get hold of the owner. There were not enough cups for 6 people and we asked about trash collection no reply.
• Dwight (9/5): Very good location and comfortable stay - The location is great to come and go the Vatican. The appliances are complete to prepare meals. We also like that the beds are comfortable and complete with linens. The mugs and glasses are not enough for 7 people. I suggest to provide enough based on the number of guests.
